I had no power from about 2am. I messaged the number I had the day of check in and received no reply. So I was left in darkness and with no fan or aircon it was an uncomfortable stay. Yes the staff apologised and said there was a different number to contact for the night so why wasn't I told this. Electricity is basic when you run a hotel.

Nothing really, small room but enough for a couple of days. I extended one day and they made me pay the tourist tax twice which is not honest I believe, I only realized it later :(

Bett war sehr weich. Das Zimmer war sehr günstig, daher muss man sich hier etwas zurückhalten. Unser Aufenthalt hat trotzdem 30 Euro gekostet, was an der möglichen Stornierung lag, glaube man kann schon für 20 Euro dort übernachten, dann ist alles voll ok. Kann aber dafür keine 8,0 geben

Reviewed Mar 16, 2026Fabulous place. Such a lovely mattress and pillows. The decor is very tasteful. Lovely compact bathroom. They provided everything you'd expect from a top end hotel. I highly recommend this place. There are some lovely cafes close by serving good Western food if you are in need of a good coffee and familiar food. Big bonus is, it's in a quiet area so no late night noise from the boy racers.

Il bagno è molto piccolo e non essendoci il box doccia, si allaga completamente e si bagnano tutti i sanitari. Abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà a trovare la reception perché una volta entrati dalla porta principale, ci sono rampe di scale con tante porte, come tanti appartamenti, e la reception, con poi le stanze, è in una di queste, ma non è ben segnalato.

Reviewed Dec 9, 2025A very nice family run hotel in a great location for a fantastic price! Very easy to either hail a taxi or explore the city or the riverfront on foot from the hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and offers all a traveler needs: comfy bed, small bathroom, AC and also a TV. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a common area with a water dispenser, a big table and fridge, which is super useful.
Not a problem, but be aware that the hotel has no elevator and the initial stairs are steep.
