Reviewed Feb 28, 2026We loved the beautiful panoramic garden view from the open plan kitchen/ Lounge area and how open and clean the studio was. It was more like a 1bdrm unit with a walkin wardrobe than a studio. Everything was there for you to make it feel like a home away from home. Even chocolates on arrival. A lovely touch. The address is Equestrian Drive which is tarsealed and goes into Pukeko Ln which is all metal. Follow the private signs to 50 A & B. The big deck with out door furniture was great to relax on, after doing several bush walks in the area. There are several places close by to eat in without having to go into the Kerikeri township including a lovely winery..
The one thing that could be supplied is a pyrex container to use in the microwave or oven to cook in.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Had an amazing stay at Michelle’s place. She and her husband have a real piece of paradise in Kerikeri. We loved spending time in the beautiful gardens and of course the accomodation was awesome. Comfortable, clean and cozy. Overall we had a very relaxing and peaceful stay. Would definitely love to stay again next time :)

Pool access - unfortunately we went to use the pool and the owner was using it, she was topless on a blow up floating lounger so we weren’t comfortable using the pool till they’d gone

Reviewed Mar 23, 2025The location was a bit out of town but was surrounded by orchards and gardens. Very quiet, away from the road, with a nice garden setting. Even though the owners were fairly close, their property was surrounded by lush vegetation which allowed both parties privacy. The unit itself was well set up and modern with comfortable furniture and bed and an excellent TV. The shower was awesome. Everything was clean and easy to keep clean. It was thoughtfully furnished.

Reviewed Mar 12, 2025We loved our stay! A beautiful peaceful spot, looking out onto lush gardens. Spacious, comfortable, private, well equipped, and spotlessly clean. We booked for 2 nights but couldn't help but add on an extra one. Highly recommended as a base for your Bay of Islands getaway.

Reviewed Jan 18, 2025This place is excellent with all amenities. Amazing backyard. Small studio suitable for couples but family of 4/5 can also manage. Everything is very professionally laid out. Only thing is that it is about 10 min drive from the city center but lot of kiwi orchards near by. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay. My family enjoyed it througly.
