Spacious apartment. Ideal for 4 persons.

Appartement was best mooi maar lag in een afgelegen slechte buurt, waar niets te beleven was. Als je naar het strand wilde moest je een taxi nemen.

De hygiëne, haren in bad en doucheputje. Er staat een nespresso koffie apparaat maar er zijn nergens koffiecupjes te koop. Er staat in de beschrijving dat er onder het appartement een supermarkt is maar die is al lang dicht. Er is wel een wasmachine maar geen wasrek.

1. 가장 큰 장점은 넓어요. 거실이 넓고 주방도 넓고 침실, 메인 화장실도 공간이 넉넉해요. 2. 문제가 있어 메시지를 보내면 답장이 빨라요.

1. 화장실 하수구 냄새가 너무 심해요. 2. 에어컨 리모컨, 티비 리모컨이 모두 잘 안 돼요(아마 배터리가 거의 없어서일 수도). 화장실 3. 방음이 너무 안 되요. 윗집 소리 계단 오르는 소리, 밖에 차량 소리.. 너무 시끄러워요. 저는 자다가 저희 집에 누군가가 들어오는 줄 알고 깜짝 놀랐어요.

My boyfriend and I loved the loft feeling of this apartment. The ceiling is high, the windows are big, and the sofa is large enough for two people to lie down comfortably. We enjoyed slow breakfasts at the dining table by the window, with sunlight coming in and a glimpse of the sea. In the evenings we took a short walk to the beach, then came back to soak in the tub and relax with a movie. The Wi Fi never dropped once and made it easy to stay in touch and upload photos.

In the afternoon, the living room can get a bit warm if the blinds are open, so we kept them partly closed and used the fan together with the AC.

부부 둘이서 머물렀는데, 넓은 거실 덕분에 여유가 느껴졌어요. 낮에는 근처 해변을 산책하고 돌아와 시원한 에어컨 바람 아래서 쉬었고, 밤에는 따뜻한 조명만 켜 두고 소파에 나란히 앉아 영화를 봤습니다. 발코니에 나가면 멀리 바다가 보여서 아침마다 커피 한 잔 들고 앉아 있기 딱 좋았어요. 실내는 굉장히 깨끗했고 수건도 넉넉하게 준비되어 있었으며, 호스트님 응답도 빨라서 필요한 점이 있으면 바로 해결해 주셨습니다.

해안 도로 바로 건너편에 해변이 있어서, 아침에는 둘이 슬리퍼만 신고 산책 나가기 좋았습니다. 돌아와서는 거실 통유리 앞 작은 테이블에서 간단히 아침을 먹었고요. 실내는 모던한 인테리어에 정리도 잘 되어 있어서, 짐이 조금 많았던 우리도 불편함 없이 지낼 수 있었습니다. 침구는 뽀송하고 에어컨도 금방 시원해져서 더운 날씨에도 쾌적했어요. 무엇보다 호스트님이 체크인 시간을 맞춰 기다려 주시고, 택시 호출 방법까지 자세히 알려주셔서 든든했습니다.

My partner and I both needed to do some remote work during our trip, and this place was perfect. The Wi Fi was strong in every room, and having a proper table with natural light made it easy to sit with our laptops side by side. In the evening we switched from work mode to holiday mode by taking a bath, then ordering dinner by Grab and eating on the balcony while the sky turned pink. The shared laundry downstairs was easy to use and free, which helped since we stayed almost a week.

Only small downside: there are a few flights of stairs to reach the apartment, so we were glad we brought backpacks instead of very heavy suitcases.

남자친구와 둘이 이용했는데, 사진보다 실제가 더 넓게 느껴졌습니다. 침실은 조용하고 침대도 폭신해서 바로 깊이 잠들 수 있었고, 거실 쪽 큰 창문 덕분에 낮에는 자연광이 가득 들어와 인스타용 사진 찍기에도 좋았어요. 욕조가 깊어서 둘이 번갈아 따뜻한 물에 몸을 담그며 이동 피로를 풀 수 있었습니다. 와이파이는 빠르고 안정적이라 영상 통화나 넷플릭스 시청에 전혀 문제 없었고, 호스트님이 다낭과 호이안에서 갈 만한 데이트 코스를 친절하게 추천해 주셔서 커플 여행지로 더욱 만족스러웠습니다.

도심과 조금 떨어져 있어서 밤에는 정말 조용합니다. 창문과 커튼이 두꺼워서 도로 소리도 거의 안 들렸어요. 에어컨이 잘 나와서 습한 날씨에도 실내는 항상 시원했습니다. 와이파이도 잘 터져서 넷플릭스 보는 데 전혀 문제 없었어요. 호스트님이 수건이나 추가 물도 바로바로 챙겨 주셔서 편하게 지냈습니다.

엘리베이터가 없어서 짐이 많다면 계단 이용이 조금 힘들 수 있어요.

The location was very good for us. It is between Da Nang and Hoi An, so it was easy to take a Grab to both places. We woke up early and watched the sunrise from the balcony. The apartment was clean, bright, and the aircon worked well when we came back from the heat. The host replied quickly on chat and check in was simple.

Just be careful crossing the main road when you go to the beach.

거실이 정말 넓어서 캐리어를 다 펼쳐도 여유가 있었어요. 큰 창문 옆으로 바다가 살짝 보여서 아침마다 기분이 좋았습니다. 실내도 깨끗하고 침대도 폭신해서 푹 잘 잤어요. 욕조가 깊어서 하루 끝에 따뜻한 물에 몸을 담그니 피로가 풀리는 느낌이었습니다. 호스트님도 계속 메시지로 잘 지내는지 확인해 주셔서 든든했어요.

주변에 걸어서 갈 수 있는 식당이 많지 않아서, 식사는 주로 그랩으로 시켜 먹었습니다.

숙소가 해안 도로 옆에 있어서, 그랩 타고 호이안이랑 다낭 시내 왔다 갔다 하기가 정말 편했어요. 낮에는 호이안 구시가 다녀오고, 저녁에는 숙소 발코니에서 바다 쪽 하늘을 보면서 쉬었습니다. 실내는 사진처럼 모던하고 조명도 따뜻해서 사진 찍기 좋았고, 욕실이랑 주방도 아주 깨끗했어요. 1층 세탁실 덕분에 옷도 자주 빨 수 있었습니다.

바로 주변은 아직 한적해서, 카페나 식당을 가려면 택시나 그랩을 부르는 게 더 편합니다.

가격에 비해 진짜 넓고 상태가 좋습니다. 거실이 커서 요가 매트를 여러 장 깔아도 자리 여유가 있었어요. 욕조도 커서 반신욕하기 좋았고, 와이파이도 빠르게 잘 터졌습니다. 1층에 마트가 있어서 물이나 간식 사기 편했고, 호스트님이 체크인 시간에 맞춰 기다려 주시면서 다낭 맛집도 알려주셨어요.

엘리베이터가 없고, 현관문이 열쇠라서 외출할 때 열쇠만 잘 챙기면 될 것 같아요.

욕조가 깊고 물이 빨리 차서 피로가 싹 풀렸어요. 조명도 따뜻해서 분위기가 좋았어요. 아침에는 발코니에서 요가 매트 깔고 바다 보면서 여유롭게 보냈어요.

The place looked new and smelled nice when we walked in. Lots of sunlight in the morning which made it feel cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed for simple meals. Would stay again for sure.

Wish there was an elevator because we had two big suitcases.

This apartment was perfect for my remote work trip. The internet never dropped once, and the big desk by the window let me watch the waves between meetings. After work, I could walk to the beach in minutes. The host checked in mid-week to make sure I had fresh towels.

도로 옆이지만 창과 커튼이 소음을 잘 막아 밤에는 정말 고요했어요. 아침마다 베트남 드립커피를 내려 발코니에서 바다를 보며 천천히 하루를 시작했습니다. 주차는 무료라 렌터카 여행에도 부담이 없었고, 호스트 응답 속도는 말 그대로 번개였어요.

실내 면적이 넉넉해 네 명이 동시에 요가 매트를 펼쳐도 여유가 있었고, 바람이 스며드는 발코니에서 낮잠을 즐겼어요. 바다 전망과 광섬유 인터넷, 그리고 깨끗한 세탁실까지 가성비가 훌륭합니다.

The apartment is very spacious

The actual place is not as good as in the picture. It's not quiet at all. The building is by the major road, so it's quite noisy. There is no seaview at all. Not worth the money and not recommend.

The place is genuinely big, with a sectional that fits the whole group and a balcony generous enough for yoga. Considering square footage, fiber Wi Fi, and ocean glimpses, the rate feels like a steal versus beachfront hotels. Free parking out front was a win. We spread out for board games at the dining table, streamed movies without buffering, and still had quiet corners for reading. Mornings were balcony coffee with fishing boats on the horizon, afternoons were quick Grab rides to restaurants, and evenings stayed peaceful behind proper blackout curtains. The kitchen has the basics for simple meals, the shared laundry downstairs kept packing light, and check in was smooth and friendly.

Limited counter space if you are cooking elaborate meals!

Being right on the coastal road made day trips effortless. We hopped to lantern-lit Hội An for lunch and were back on Da Nang’s beach by sunset. Grab rides arrived in minutes and free parking out front was a nice bonus. The host’s welcome email had a super useful city-guide PDF. The beach is across the road and there is a public access path a short walk away.

Neighborhood dining is limited, so plan on short taxi rides for restaurants

The apartment is genuinely large - more like a house so a group could spread out without stepping on each other’s toes. Being on the coastal road made our day trip effortless: in Hoi An after lunch, rooftop cocktails back in Aa Nang before bed. Everything inside felt new and well cared for. The host was amazing too!

The apartment felt like a hidden nook between Da Nang and Hội An—close enough to everything, yet wonderfully hushed after sunset. We loved sipping Vietnamese drip coffee on the balcony while fishing boats blinked along the horizon. Inside, the AC cooled the open-plan lounge quickly, and each bedroom had extra-fluffy pillows that practically guaranteed deep sleep. A laminated tram schedule on the coffee table was unexpectedly handy for day trips.

Golden hour turns the entire living room pink through those panoramic windows—absolutely unforgettable. We toasted our anniversary with local sparkling wine in the deep soaking tub (bath salts provided!). Dim-to-warm LEDs along the ceiling let us create candle-like ambience without real flames. The host even arranged rose petals on the bed upon request.

낮에는 자동차와 스쿠터로 거리가 분주하지만 밤이 되면 깊은 고요가 찾아옵니다. 두꺼운 창문과 두툼한 커튼이 외부 소음을 완벽히 차단해 침실은 도로와 완전히 격리된 듯했습니다. 덕분에 우리는 방해받지 않고 포근한 침대에서 편안한 숙면까지 즐길 수 있었어요.

Sunlight streamed through the oversized windows in every room, filling the apartment with a bright, cheerful vibe and making the space feel bigger than it already is. Breakfast felt like sitting in a cozy sun-lit café, and even cloudy afternoons seemed to glow. All that light brings warmth along with it, so during the hottest midday hours we simply pulled the sheer curtains, which filtered the rays and kept the temperature pleasantly cool while still letting the rooms stay invitingly bright.

The shop at the ground floor of the building is not 24/7. And not much restaurants around

Even though the apartment sits on the Da Nang side, it lies right on the direct road that runs straight down the coast to Hoi An, making both destinations feel practically next door. We could be browsing lantern-lit streets in the ancient town one moment and relaxing on Da Nang’s beaches the next, all with minimal travel time. If you plan to split your trip between the city’s modern buzz and Hoi An’s historic charm, this halfway setting is hard to beat for pure convenience.

When we realized we were short on towels, we sent a quick message and, barely fifteen minutes later, a fresh stack was at our door. That kind of prompt, attentive service made us feel well cared for and confirmed we could rely on the host for anything else that might come up during our stay.

Considering the square footage, ocean view, and fiber-optic Wi-Fi, the nightly rate felt like a steal compared to seaside hotels. Free parking out front saved us another daily fee, and the complimentary espresso pods cut café expenses in half. With responsive hosts and brand-new appliances, we’d happily pay more.

No elevator means three flights of stairs ... fine for us, but something to note.

At nearly 140 sqm, the apartment felt more like a full-size house than a holiday rental. A corner sectional easily fit the whole group for board-game night, and blackout curtains in each bedroom meant deep sleep until noon. The shared laundry on the ground floor was spotless and free to use.

Because the apartment has its own router tucked neatly inside the unit, the Wi-Fi stayed rock-solid in every corner; not even the far-back bedroom lost a single bar. I streamed video meetings, uploaded large files, and swapped messages all day without a hiccup. Remote work felt just as stable as being in a wired office, so I could shut my laptop each evening knowing nothing had dropped out while I was online.

The shower stayed piping hot, the fridge kept everything ice-cold, and the Wi-Fi never faltered; there were zero unpleasant surprises from start to finish. Everything worked exactly as advertised, so we could just relax and enjoy the stay.

With a gigabit router inside the unit, video calls never stuttered, even during evening storms. The dedicated desk faced floor-to-ceiling glass, so I answered emails while watching clouds roll in over the sea. After work, a three-minute stroll led straight to a nearly empty stretch of sand—perfect mental reset. Complimentary weekly cleaning kept cables and monitors dust-free without disrupting my workflow.

Zero elevator hassles, a host who feels like a friend, mattresses you melt into, and the ocean practically outside your patio—there’s really nothing to nit-pick.

There’s just one master remote running both air-con units—so keep tabs on it, or you’ll be hunting for cool air in all the wrong places.

For a short stay in Da Nang, it hit all the right notes: a soft, comfortable mattress, well-stocked amenities, and a calm setting just a step away from the crowded beach. We enjoyed quiet moments listening to gentle waves and, from the spacious terrace, watched the whole city turn gold at sunset. It was truly special. Getting downtown took a bit longer, but the host’s warm guidance and the spotless room more than made up for it.

Key-card entry on every floor gave us peace of mind, and daily housekeeping kept everything immaculate without feeling intrusive. The panoramic windows showcased sunrise over the ocean gorgeously.

Fast fiber internet, a dedicated desk, and lots of natural light made it ideal for juggling Zoom calls and vacation vibes. Having a weekly cleaning service included kept the space feeling brand-new throughout my stay.

The only quibble was the ergonomic chair—it’s fine for a few hours but not an all-day seat. Also, the nearby café playlist can drift up to the balcony in the afternoons.

This apartment is super spacious and modern, just like the photos. I really like the main bathroom in the master bedroom. The unit is next to the street, but the bedroom are far enough so you won't hear any noise when you sleep. Also you can use the washing machine and driver for free. It's easy to communicate with the host as well.

There are a few small things that can be improved: 1) the hot water is enough for a shower, but not enough for a bath. It runs for ~5-10 minutes and then turns to cold water. Such a pity, it would be a great experience taking a bath as the bathtub and the view are both great. 2) the AC in the master bedroom doesn't work 3) the bench near the dining table seems to be falling off, it can be a bit dangerous to sit on it

We booked the one bedroom apartment which is a very spacious open plan 3rd floor (Level 4) penthouse. It’s huge ~150sqm living space & ~30sqm of terrace/balconies. It’s modern fresh, clean with all the basic utilities and a shared laundry on the ground floor. The views are great and the sunrises are spectacular. The photos accurately reflect the size and modern features of the apartment. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

There is no lift and the stairs are a bit of a challenge with luggage or if you have any mobility issues. The aircon struggles to cope with the living area and whilst the fan assists we had to keep the blinds closed to try to reduce the heat but the bedroom aircon works well. The location is quite remote on the main road to Hoi An a couple of kms sth of the main city area. There are no restaurants within reasonable walking and the nearest convenience store is 800m but taxis to the city are easily accessed and cheap (30k-80k VND). The beach is located 100m across the road but access is restricted by resort and convention centre staff but a public access path is ~700m up the road

Very big place for our family. Our kids loved it. A little far from the center but we used the taxi all the time anyway.

We had to move from our previous apartment due to the noise and dirty rooms. Everything was beyond expectation when we move to Sense Building, from the nice attentive host to spacious and clean room, we had a good rest after a long day out.

Very private and beautiful place. Host is super responsive and helpful, will get a response immediately to 10 mins at most. Highly recommend to stay at this place as it’s huge but cozy at the same time. Will definitely be back

Weather could've been better

Staying here was incredible! The apartment is modern, spacious, and so close to the beach. The bedrooms are comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped which was great for our long stay. Loved it!
