First the receptionist Mr. Mohamad from Algeria was very very helpful. I thank him so much. The rooms are big and very comfortable and clean. The location is perfect!!

I like the room because it was spacious and well equipped. There is fridge, catler, hairdryer, air conditioning... Bed is extra large.

I paid my stay with cash and i preferred to pay with card.

Perfect location, right next to one of the main streets, you have everything you could need just outside. Is 15 min walking from the Fonicular that takes you right to the ferry area The place is recently renewed, so it looks very nice! Clean, good air-conditioned.

The room was good, but the check-in time was disrespectful; there was a four-hour delay.

The hotel is situated at very good starting point to visit Istanbul, very close to historical attractions and city centre. The bed was comfortable and air conditioning worked properly. That's all for good things.

I have booked a room at Taxim34 hotel and for unknown reason was asked to stay at the next-door Linada hotel. Room was small, while I booked a double room, with almost no window , which had a "view" into interior dark small space, room was with very modest facilities. No night light lamps, I had to switch off general light and go to bed in the dark. The shower cabin was missing water into the floor. In general, it was no correspondence between a room offer on the booking page and real situation.

The female receptionist was too rude and very unprofessional and disrespectful She must be educated on how to talk to customers.

Stay away from this hotel. This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. During our stay, a receptionist falsely told us that there was a police inspection and instructed us to remain in the lobby instead of going to our room. While I was at the hotel’s spa and my sister was waiting downstairs as instructed, I unexpectedly returned to our room and saw the receptionist leaving it. When I asked what he was doing there, he claimed he had brought us coffee and sugar. Later, my sister confirmed that no coffee or sugar had ever been delivered and that there had never been any police inspection. It became clear that we had been deliberately kept away from our room. Afterwards, I discovered that around €200 in cash had disappeared from my bag, along with personal belongings we had purchased during our trip, including perfumes and other items. The hotel admitted that the employee was dismissed, but that does not change the fact that our belongings were stolen. We never received any compensation or even a sincere apology. I also requested that the CCTV footage be reviewed and have screenshots of my conversations with the hotel regarding this incident. I travel frequently and book hotels through Booking.com almost every month. This is the first time I have ever experienced something like this. Guests should never have to worry about leaving their belongings in their hotel room. If you value your money, your belongings, and your peace of mind, stay away from this hotel.

Больше всего понравилось чистота. Мебель не изношен, есть комфорт. Во всех этажах очень хорошо работает интернет.

Es ist sehr gut gelegen. Nah am taksimplatz, alles was man braucht findet man in der Umgebung

Statt zwei Einzelzimmer haben wir ein Zimmer mit zwei Räumen bekommen, so dass einer auf dem Sofa schlafen musste. Leider gab es nur eine Decke. Im Badezimmer kam Wasser aus der Deckenlampe. Der Boden war so uneben, dass man ständig gestolpert ist. Der Balkon war unbrauchbar, mit Müll zugestellt und wirkte einsturzgefährdet. Die versprochenen Kosmetikprodukte bestanden lediglich aus Hair conditioner und sonst nichts. Es gab keine versprochenen Wellness Angebote und leider auch kein Frühstück

The location was perfect. Close to taksim square. The tram. Few steps from buzzing istiklal road. The elevator is a huge plus at this hotel. Good value for ur money.

The TV didn't work. Tho not too critical cos it's in Turkish anyways. The shower a bit small but I'm a big girl so...

A clean, small hotel bang in the middle of Istanbul!

We had a big, clean and comfortable room.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room looked nothing like the photos—outdated, poorly maintained, and not properly cleaned. There was a constant unpleasant smell, and basic amenities were either missing or not functioning properly. The bed was uncomfortable, and noise from outside and neighboring rooms made it nearly impossible to rest. The staff were unhelpful and seemed uninterested in addressing any concerns. Simple requests were ignored or delayed without explanation. Overall, the service was far below acceptable standards. For the price paid, this stay was absolutely not worth it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would strongly advise looking elsewhere if you want a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

Everything!!! Nothing was as promised. We had a reservation but when we reach the hotel, they told us it is already taken. This is a shameful experience for booking as well.

There is nothing to like here

Ubytování se nachází přibližně 200 metrů od hlavní třídy Istiklal a personál byl milý a ochotný

Zařízení pokoje je vzhledem k ceně spíše průměrné a do budoucna by si zasloužilo rekonstrukci. Voda ve sprše odtékala pomaleji a sprchový kout by potřeboval důkladnější údržbu kvůli plísni. Také toaleta netěsnila úplně u země a napouštění nádržky na splachování trvalo přibližně 10–15 minut. Pokud jste citlivější na hluk, doporučuji vzít si s sebou špunty do uší, protože okna příliš netlumí zvuk a v pokoji je slyšet ruch zvenčí. Zároveň byla na pokoji spíše nižší teplota.

The room was spacious, and both check-in and check-out were extremely fast, taking only about five minutes. Mr. Mahesh, one of the staff members, was exceptional. He was very polite, professional, and incredibly helpful. He assisted me with everything I needed, and he is truly the main reason I felt so comfortable during my stay. Although I didn’t like the initial room, it was changed the next day smoothly and without any inconvenience. The only drawback was the noise coming from outside the room. Since the hotel is located in a lively area, this is understandable; however, the noise level was quite high. Thank you again, Mr. Mahesh, for everything 🙏🏻

Wir hatten dieses Hotel im Voraus gebucht und auch eine Bestätigung erhalten. Als wir spät abends mit dem Taxi vom Flughafen ankamen, begann leider das Problem: Meine Mutter ist älter und kann kaum laufen, dennoch mussten wir trotz Taxi noch ein Stück zu Fuß gehen. Als wir schließlich im Hotel ankamen, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass keine Zimmer mehr verfügbar seien und unsere Buchung storniert wurde – vermutlich aufgrund schlechten Managements. Ich stand dort mit meiner Mutter, die vor Erschöpfung kaum noch stehen konnte. Wir mussten die Mitarbeiterin regelrecht anflehen, uns irgendwie zu helfen. Am Ende bekamen wir ein Zimmer in einem anderen Hotel in der Nähe. Dieses war jedoch nicht vorbereitet und roch unangenehm. Einziger Lichtblick: Die Mitarbeiterin war freundlich und bemüht. Fazit: Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung – wir kommen nicht wieder.

La stanza è molto spaziosa, ed ho molto apprezzato l'ascensore per arrivare al piano. Un plus secondo me importante è il distributore di snack e bibite vicino all'ascensore a piano terra.

La reception è inesistente, minuscola e gelida, impossibile rilassarsi o aspettare un taxi li. Hanno disattivato il condizionatore lasciando soltanto una stufetta per riscaldare una stanza enorme. Il bagno gelido, quasi un trauma fare la doccia. Dalla finestra rumori misti di auto, musica e grida delle persone ubriache in strada per tutta la notte, molto difficile prendere sonno.

Sevgi, the hotel manager, was exceptional. She made me feel completely at home with her kindness and genuine care. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly made a difference and turned my stay into a wonderful experience.

There was some noise from a nearby club at night. It didn’t bother me, but families with children or light sleepers might find it a bit disturbing.

El hotel era un desastre. La ducha y mampara rotas, humedad en paredes, no limpiaron nunca la habitación, un día no habia agua, al siguiente el agua era sólo fria. Resumiendo voy a poner una reclamación a booking para q a su vez reclame al hotel. La verdad un asco de hotel

Απολύτως τίποτα!!! Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά, κάνανε κράτηση για ένα δωμάτιο που απλα δεν υπήρχε, ούτε καν σε διπλανό ξενοδοχείο

Λάθος κράτηση και δήθεν διαθεσιμότητα για ένα δωμάτιο που δεν μπορούσανε καν να το ξεκλειδώσουνε. Το προσωπικό απλά ανεπαρκές τόσο για να συνεννοηθούνε στα Αγγλικά, όσο και για να λύσουνε το πρόβλημα

Everything was excellent. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and well organized. The only downside was the noise coming from the nearby night bar. I would like to sincerely thank all the reception staff for their kindness and professionalism, as well as the taxi driver for his help and great service. Overall, it was a very good experience.

The staff was super kind and helpful. They allowed us super early check in and upgraded us to a bigger room, quite spacious. It was clean. The towels were changed daily, coffee/tea supplies and fresh water were refilled daily as well. They also stored our luggage after the check out without extra charge. The location is very good, next to Taxim square. Overall very positive experience and very reasonable price.

Unfortunately it gets quite noisy during the night but for a short stay it's bearable.

Останавливаюсь в этом отеле четвертый раз. Большое спасибо Эрдалу за помощь и быстрое решение всех вопросов.

Insaa , exact ce vedeti si in celelalte review uri, cel de la receptie la inceput va cazeaza langa , la un hotel “mai bun” , pt ca acolo mai are liber…. aceasi placa ca vine lume de pe strada si este overbooking, DAR langa , la cealalta cazare a lor totul este vechi , murdar si urat mirositor . A fost nevoie sa refuz sa ma cazez acolo si sa le explic ca eu am facut cazare la TAXIM 34 si nu in alta parte pt a beneficia de o cazare normala si corecta .
