Nada cuando llegamos cansados con sed y calor nos dicen que el apto no esta disponible , ya habiendo hablado por Whataapy y tendiendo el contacto no se tomaron la delicadeza de escribir , Perdí lo de los ransportes del aeropuerto y casi dormimos en la calle por que no había disponible nada para alquilar

I didn’t like anything about the property this is was the worst vacation place I ever had in my all life .

Is a lot of things I didnt like about the property. 1 no hot water in the shower 2 the sheets and the all house was dirty 3 a lot of parts of the house was broken 4 everything in the house was rusty and broken 5 the washer and dryer was nasty 6 the girl that was in charge of the place was dressing like a stripper and her costumer service was horrible She never explain us about the swimming pool They told me we gonna have a crib and my baby had to slip on the floor this is was extremely uncomfortable there

Great location in front of the Malecon .. with restaurants and mini markets in walking distance. Very spacious apartment with a great view and a big balcony.

Maintenance should be scheduled that it does not interrupt your stay. We had to leave earlier than the rented schedule. Would be no power and we stayed at 23E so imagine no elevator. Gem of a place but air conditioner needs maintenance...

The assistant was really helpful when it came to giving us 2 more nights in the apartment without having to book it. I just paid $200.

I actually ended up staying more than 1 night. Everything was perfectly fine and the security guard from the night was wonderful he helped the check in. The Host itself was not available but he made his assistant available for us, which was all good until we did not know the rules of actually staying there and using their amenities. By that I mean no one explained that in order to go to the pool you need someone that’s on the lease of the apartment to be there with you or walk you in. You can’t go alone and those security guards from the pool are really rude, they discriminated against 4 of us, were racist against my sister, cursed us out and told us that we couldn’t go into the pool. I called the assistant and she came down to the pool floor and that security was mean to her as well and told her that he wasn’t letting us in at all or her. Mind you I was with my 6 and 9 year old kids. The security texted the assistant and told her he wasn’t letting us in and once we got to go in. Which I told him that he was not being fair and with an attitude he became more upset and even told a tenant that was walking in lies about the situation so we can get kicked out of there. For the compensation of having to go through the trouble the owner offered a 1 day for free but it was for the following week which I wasn’t going to be in the country. So it was pointless, his assistant therefore offered to give me $100 dollars in return for the 1 night. I am still waiting for the compensation and she keeps on saying lies and lies making up stories not to give me the money. Know all the rules before you go, you can’t use the pool. Fake promises.

Well, the apartment is a beautiful piece of property and a great location with ocean veiws. If you are booking through Booking. Com, instructions will tell you that payment will be handled by property but doesn't specify cash only, so make sure you bring cash in Dominican pesos conversion. The property will only accept cash.

High traffic area and the garbage along ocean side could use a cleaning but that's really a government problem with control on how it is exposed. People here are not educated to keep the streets clean.

From the moment we walked in, we were met very warmly by our property contact, Johnny, who welcomed and escorted us to the "sweet" suite. The interior and the view from the balcony were stunning!!! We especially liked the entry code process at the front door. We felt very safe once inside. All 3 of the bedrooms were beautiful and the kitchen was just what the "chef" ordered...lol. The property itself was very nice, and Johnny was kind enough to show us around a bit before turning us loose to enjoy our stay!!!.. Hands down, one of the best places I have stayed in the country to date.

Honestly, there was not much of anything that we didn't like.. Johnny was probably one of THE NICEST and most professional host(s) we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I can say this after many years of travel and being accommodated in various locations throughout the world 🌎. If you haven't realized or heard it already, please know that Johnny deserves an A+ for his knowledge of the property. He is an asset to your business and should be considered for a promotion and/or recognition of his ability and impeccable talent for making the guests feel right at home... As a matter of fact, that is something that he said more than once: "Welcome, this is your home." Again, it's a great location and we are excited to return in the near future.🙂🙂🙂🙂

The location was centric in Santo domingo and the apt had nice views. Jean is a very nice and friendly host, we had issues signing up to Nexflix and he came to help late at night.

1. Smells in the apt, I had to buy glade to use during my stay, 2. There was an extra fee when I arrived to the apt, $150+ in my booking reservation, 3. The pictures do not really reflect the current state of the building/apt, was misleading, 4. The apto doesn't have washing machine/dryer, didn't had hand towels or soap. 5. The elevator/buiding needs to reparations, while is not Jean faults, a pipe burst in the building at he had no access to use stair/elevator for a day. 6. Jean offer his transportation service; the driver came late to pick us up, charged more than we agreed upon and was talking on the phone for the entire ride.

!I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ocean View luxurious 3 bedroom apartment and I must say, it was an incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the stunning ocean views and the luxurious decor of the apartment. The apartment itself was spacious and immaculately clean, with plenty of natural light pouring in through the large windows. The three bedrooms were all beautifully appointed, with comfortable beds and high-quality linens. The bathrooms were equally impressive, with modern fixtures and plenty of fluffy towels. The kitchen was a highlight of the apartment, with top-of-the-line appliances and everything you could possibly need to cook up a gourmet meal. The living room was also a great place to relax, with a comfortable sofa and chairs and a large flatscreen TV. The real star of the show, however, was the balcony. With sweeping views of the ocean and plenty of comfortable seating, it was the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine at sunset. Overall, I would highly recommend the Ocean View luxurious 3 bedroom apartment to anyone looking for a truly luxurious and relaxing stay. The attention to detail and the stunning views make this a truly unforgettable experience.
