Everything was excelent, the stuff, the room, the hotel was clean and super 5 star, bus shittle every 30min to haram, even though its not far from the mosque the bus is always there. The hotel exceeded my expectation.

Nice clean rooms with a great view of the Clock tower. Location is nice - one can walk to the Haram (around 15 minutes) although regular bus service is availabe.

breakfast needs a lot of improvement. Best part of the breakfast was freshly made omlette. Coffee was bad and the variety of food was just fair.

Amazing hotel, breakfast was amazing, and staff was really accommodating as well! Our flight landed around 5:00 am and we needed early check-in! They got us into our room by 8:00 am and we were able to rest a bit before our umrah!

The reception lady (fair skin) was very unprofessional I asked to change the room for a bad view(pigeons dirt's) she said why!?? And no one changed till I left . I walked up late (10am) Ist day after I did Umra and asked to have breakfast she said its finished I asked for any food and I will pay though my reservation is with breakfast She said Sorry we dont have.!!!!

I loved the room we stayed in, it was spacious and nice. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and nice

The pictures of the room showed carpet but the room we got didn’t have any which was a bit annoying. Coming out of the bathroom onto a cold wooden floor wasn’t ideal. It was also quite a drive to the Haram and we easily spent £20+ on taxis when it was busy. The shuttle took forever to leave once everyone had boarded and the same happened when picking us up. It also drops you off at a location where you still have to walk another 10 minutes to reach the Haram. What we were extremely disappointed with was the breakfast. There was hardly anything to eat, just bread, boiled eggs, cereal, omelette and coffee. There was no variety at all. Because it was Ramada, I expected the breakfast to be much better. We only ate breakfast at the hotel on one day and for the rest of our stay, we had to pay for breakfast at another hotel in the Clock Tower.

Location is somehow not far away from the masjid and facility is clean and decent but with very outdated equipment.

The hotel doesn’t have a Porte cochère nor a parking. Imagine check-in and thinking about fines you have to pay after. Not really common. I traveled the world and this is the first time i encountered this issue in the hospitality industry.

This is my second stay at Ramada by Wyndham Makkah Zad Al Tayseer, and once again, I was very pleased with the experience. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, with comfortable rooms. The staff are friendly, welcoming and always helpful, which makes the stay even more pleasant. Breakfast is good, and the dinner option at 35 SAR offers excellent value for money. The hotel is also within walking distance of Al Haram, around 15 minutes, and there is a shuttle service available, although the drop-off point is a little further away. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, especially for the excellent combination of quality, cleanliness, friendly service and value for money. I highly recommend it.

Buffet had limited options, room service didn't clean the room properly when we asked, bathroom wasn't kept up well enough. The location was not very safe. The view was not great at all. The TV wasn't high quality.

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. The hotel is in a very convenient location, only about a 15-minute walk to the Haram. They also provide a shuttle service every 30 minutes, which made getting to and from the Haram even easier. What truly made our stay special was the exceptional kindness of the staff. Everyone—from the shuttle bus drivers to the housekeeping, room service, buffet staff, and front desk team—was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They all showed so much love to my son, Bilal, and by the end of our 5-day stay, everyone knew him by name. That personal touch meant a lot to our family. The room service staff were outstanding. Even when we forgot to request water, coffee, or other essentials, they would knock on our door and kindly ask if we needed anything. Their thoughtfulness and attention to detail were truly appreciated. I unfortunately forgot the name of the gentleman at the front desk who checked us in, but he deserves special recognition. Our flight from Canada was delayed, and I arrived very late. He stayed until the early morning to make sure we checked in safely and that everything was in order. He was also very easy to reach on WhatsApp before our arrival, helping us arrange our room and the number of beds we needed. If I had known how amazing this hotel and its staff were, I would have booked it for my entire stay in Makkah. Unfortunately, I had already reserved another hotel for the second week, and it was non-refundable. Otherwise, I would have happily extended my stay here. Overall, we had an excellent experience with a genuinely caring and professional team. Thank you for making our Umrah trip even more memorable. We look forward to staying with you again next year, in shaa Allah.

- Quiet interior , clean and neat room. - Air conditioning is good but cooler on kids. - Private bathroom is great and smells clean. - I liked the soft and new towels. - Personal use and shower tools are all at hand. - Notepapers, water bottles, cups, stirring sticks، tissues, coffee and tea are available. - Breakfast is delicious.

- Bathroom is small in size but functional. - There was no indicator of the Water heater power switch. You should ask reception. - No Haram View, or street view. - The power socket and couple of switches is placed at the center of bed, but behind the pillow and mattress, so it’s inaccessible and not safe.

Wrong information, it was mentioned on booking.com that there is a shuttle service however i have been told at hotel that it is not available. Not recommended at all. (Jun26)

Alharm can be reached by walking but long distance, at least 20 to 25 minutes. tasty food but limited varieties and iftar Ramadan in the time of Maghreb and Eshaa prayer.

Everything, Room, space, facilities were all good, particularly the breakfast in the morning was very good and handy as well, particularly the omlette and fresh egg chef was very helpful and nice food. daytime staff was helpful and cooperative.

1. The window lock handle was broken and very unsafe for children but this could be a one off thing in that one room. we informed them at the time and but would be good to be fixed as its dangerous for small kids. 2. The staff at night time (3am to 5am) did not know any english at all (not a single word) so was struggling with him for some time and spent about 40mins on reception to sort out the room.

Great location, just a 5-minute walk to Masjid an-Nabawi. There are many attractions nearby, so the area is very convenient. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were very kind and welcoming. Housekeeping was done daily, and everything we needed was provided. Overall, everything was good. The only small downside was that the room was a bit small, but the price was very reasonable for what the hotel offers.

افطار ضعيف جدا لديهم مطعمان مطعم مميز ومطعم جدا فقير الذي أعطونا فيه الإفطار اضطررت لشراء افطار من الخارج رغم ان اقامتي شامله وجبه الإفطار لكن فعليا اول فندق أراه بمستوي أضعف من ضعيف ف الإفطار
