Riad Atlas Palace & SPA

The Riad Palace offers exceptional facilities and services and the staff are awesome, in particular Layla, Abdul and Abdulah who made my family feel very welcomed and provided excellent advice on where to visit. The food was delicious and the service provided by the catering staff was great. I will definitely recommend this Riad to friends and family who visit Marrakesh.

Riad magnifique, moderne, très propre, calme et silencieux. Le personnel est adorable, très serviable et disponible. Nous avons adoré nos discussions en fin de journée avec eux. Ils ont su nous donner de très bons conseils. Nous étions comme à la maison ! :) Les petits déjeuners étaient très bon avec un jus de fruits différents chaque jour, des pains marocains, baguettes ou chocolatines, des fruits frais... Salle sur le rooftop climatisée. La chambre et la salle de bain avaient une bonne taille et avec un lit très confortable. Le frigo était très appréciable pour avoir de l'eau fraîche et la climatisation marchait très bien. Très très bien situé....A 5 min à pied de la place Jemaa el fna et 10 minutes à pied du palais de la Bahia ou de la Koutoubia. Quand nous en avions besoin (quartier Guéliz ou Hivernage), le taxi venait nous récupérer à même pas 100 m du riad. (moins de 5 € la course). Quartier où nous nous sommes sentis très en sécurité. Encore un grand merci à toute l'équipe de la réception, du rooftop et des femmes de ménage pour leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme. The Riad was super clean, located 2 minute walk to the square of Jemaa el-Fnaa in a quiet side street. Staff super helpful, air con in room which was really appreciated in 40c temperatures. Nice roof terrace overlooking rooftops of Marrakesh. Very enjoyable stay.

A fantastic riad in an unbeatable location, just a stone’s throw from the main square. The whole riad was beautifully decorated and felt very fresh, almost brand new. The rooms were peaceful, comfortable and had everything we needed, and the small pool was perfect for our youngster. What really stood out was the service. Leila and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable throughout our stay. They were incredibly welcoming, attentive and thoughtful. On our final morning, they even brought our breakfast all the way down from the top floor so that we could enjoy our last breakfast beside the pool. Such a lovely touch and a perfect way to end our stay. Everything about our experience was exceptional, from the beautiful surroundings and fantastic location to the warm hospitality and outstanding service. We would definitely recommend it.

The staff were wonderful and more than helpful. We had a early flight and they arranged a taxi to the airport at 4am and also had a breakfast packed and ready for us to take with us which is exceptional service.

Excellent breakfast with lots of choices and very good coffee! Hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming, and service was exceptional! We had to leave for the airport before breakfast was served, so they packed us a breakfast to take with us. Staff were also helpful in giving information about the area and helping to arrange excursions.

Das Hotel Atlas ist sauber und hygienisch, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und nett und die Lage ist super. Das Frühstück war allerdings eher mittelmäßig. Besonders bedanken möchten wir uns dafür, dass uns das Personal entgegengekommen ist, als wir den Termin versehentlich falsch gebucht hatten. Vielen Dank und nochmals herzlichen Dank für die freundliche Unterstützung!

Todo excelente, un riad de 10. El sitio es precioso, súper limpio y las instalaciones son ideales, es como un palacio. La ubicación es perfecta, al lado de la plaza y con un acceso muy seguro. La piscina es ideal para refrescarte tras una jornada de calor. El personal es muy amable, te hacen sentir como en casa, en especial Abdullah, un anfitrión súper atento que cuida todos los detalle. Volvería a elegirlo 1000 veces, repetiremos seguro.

Breakfast could be better

We had an amazing stay at Atlas Palace Riad in Marrakech. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The riad is spotless, very well located, and the food is delicious, fresh, and healthy. They also stored our luggage for three days while we were on a excursion, which made our trip much easier. On our last day, after we had already checked out, but I got a little sick. They kindly gave a comfortable place to rest until I felt better. That level of care and hospitality meant so much to us. A special thank you to Abdullah and all his colleagues (the kitchen staff, the reception staff, everyone) for making us feel truly cared for. We are very grateful and would highly recommend Atlas Palace Riad to anyone visiting Marrakech

This is a beautiful riad very close to the centre of Marrakech (but nevertheless in a quiet side street). The staff are attentive, friendly and helpful, and the facilities very nice. The hotel has a very nice hammam, a good restaurant, and they also organise tours/day trips.

The swimming pool was quite cold (but refreshing on a hot day!)

Everyone—from the front desk and housekeeping staff to the dining team and manager—was exceptionally helpful, friendly, attentive, and always available to assist. First of all, the location is fantastic! At first, it may seem like the riad is tucked down an alley, but it's actually just behind the market. We felt completely safe throughout our stay. The hotel door is always locked, and the front desk staff warmly welcomes you every time you return. We were two couples traveling together, and unfortunately there was a mix-up with our room assignments. As soon as we confirmed the mistake, the front desk immediately worked to resolve it—even though we had arrived at 1:00 a.m.! The manager acknowledged the error without hesitation and upgraded our rooms at no extra cost. From that moment on, our entire stay was exceptional. We truly felt pampered, and every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. Hospitality and guest satisfaction are clearly their top priorities. As for the riad itself—wow! The décor is absolutely stunning, and the rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. I could go on, but honestly, there is not a single negative thing I can say. The people were warm and welcoming, the breakfast was fantastic—with made-to-order omelets, fresh fruit, and excellent tea—and the atmosphere was unforgettable. The moment you step inside the riad, it's like entering another world. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here. It was a truly memorable experience!

They made us feel like we were at home from the moment we arrived and went above and beyond to make our stay special. When we come back to Marrakech, we will definitely stay here again. Mesés ez a szálloda! Már az érkezésünkkor úgy éreztük, hogy szívből látnak bennünket. A személyzet rendkívül barátságos, figyelmes és minden téren segítőkész. A tulajdonos kedves, közvetlen ember, aki mindent megtesz azért, hogy a vendégei jól érezzék magukat. A szobák makulátlanul tiszták, mindennel felszereltek, és kiválóan klimatizáltak, így a nyári melegben is rendkívül kényelmesek. A riád minden része kifogástalanul tiszta, a hangulat nyugodt és otthonos. A riád a városközpont közvetlen közelében van, gyalog mindössze két perc. Végig teljes biztonságban éreztük magunkat, mintha hazaérkeztünk volna. A riádban ATM is található, így nem az utcán kell pénzt felvenni. A medence vize, igazán hűsítő. Abdullah egy barátságos nagy mackó – imádjuk őt! Ha újra Marokkóba látogatunk, biztosan ismét itt fogunk megszállni. Jó szívvel ajánljuk mindenkinek, aki valódi marokkói vendégszeretetet és kiváló szállást keres.

Egy apró javaslat: érdemes lenne filckorongokat tenni a székek lábára, hogy ne legyenek olyan hangosak, amikor elhúzzák őket.

Мы были в разных городах Марокко, но проживание в Atlas Palace & Spa в Марракеш было самым комфортным, нам не хотелось уезжать. Долго думали, какие комнаты выбрать, в итоге наша семья остановилась в двух маленьких комнатах. Но даже размер комнаты никак не повлиял на комфорт, в комнате продуман каждый сантиметр. В комнате, в душе есть все, что нужно. Всегда в наличии вода, чай, кофе. Очень понравилось в Спа, расслабляющий массаж был бесподобный, обязательно попробуйте. Персонал делает все, чтобы вы почувствовали себя как дома. Когда мы уезжали, всем подарили фирменные брелоки, которые мы уже повесили на ключи.

Upon arrival, extremely accomodating and welcoming. Very polite and provided multiple options for activities, provided comfort upon waiting for room to be ready, which again was a lovely little room and comfortable. Provided breakfast despite waking up past the time duration, and allowed us to wait in the Riad for a few hours despite having booked out. Included so much and were constantly checking in and asking how we are. Very happy with my stay.

El personal del hotel increíble, todos ellos nos dieron un trato excepcional, tuvieron un cuidado exquisito con el desayuno y comida de nuestro hijo celiaco y nos hicieron sentir como en casa en todo momento. Everything from start to finish was top notch, especially the staff and their amazing hospitality. While their entire team was wonderful but a special shoutout to Laila for ensuring our experience at the Riad was truly memorable. She went above and beyond for an issue we had with a different riad and sorted it out for us even after we left, truly commendable. Special thank you to the owner for not just taking care of the property but also their staff, which truly reflected in their service. Keep it up and we will surely return!

Il letto grande è comodo, ha favorito un riposo di notte ottimo. La colazione buona, preparata da loro. Consiglio di assaggiare anche il cibo del ristorante, qualità molto buona ed ottimi i succhi freschi. La posizione è centrale. Zona silenziosa e sicura, vicina alle attrazioni principali. Se riuscite concedetemi anche il loro hammam... Una coccola unica, che fa sparire stress e tristezza... Kadjia e gli altri del personale diventeranno subito vostri amici... A presto... Spero

We had a wonderful stay and were truly impressed by every aspect of this riad. The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and always willing to help. Our room was comfortable, spotless, and beautifully decorated every day with great care and attention to detail. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore Marrakech. Breakfast was outstanding, offering a variety of traditional Moroccan dishes that were authentic, fresh, and of excellent quality. We were extremely satisfied with our stay. Out of all the riads we visited in Marrakech, this was by far our favorite. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

from first walking in and being greeted and seated in a comfortable area offered mint tea and cookies to being walked to my pickup car, everything was great. Staff was all very helpful and friendly. The location was very convenient also! They gave me directions, allowed luggage storage and were very kind. The cooking class was great! and also the spa treatments were wonderful. The room was very comfortable and quiet, I slept so well.

Si has viajado alguna vez en un crucero, o has estado en hoteles del caribe sabrás que el personal de este hotel es de ese nivel.. Super atentos a todo y a todos. Te facilitan toda la información posible sobre como hacer las cosas y te ofrecen sus servicios de excursiones, restaurante, hamman, pero sin ninguna presión puedes decir que si a todo o que no. Muy educados y sonrientes cada vez que te los cruzas. Las instalaciones son impecables, con una mini piscina que puedes usar en su horario. El acceso es a 30 segundos andando de la calle principal de compras, sin embargo no se oye nada en el hotel. La limpieza de la habitación es diaria. Los masajes merecen la pena probarlos ya que es en el mismo hotel. Bajas con zapatillas y albornoz que tienes preparado en la habitación. Por cierto en la habitación no falta de nada agua, te, café, cepillo y pasta de dientes, gel, cremas, champú, palillos de los oídos, esponja limpia zapatos, etc, etc. Los precios del hamman y del restaurante son asequibles y cenar en la terraza alguna noche merece la pena. El desayuno es muy bueno y te hacen tortilla en el momento. Variedad de dulce y salado, frutas y pastas dulces, zumo muy muy bueno. Las vistas desde la terraza sensacionales. La situación es excepcional. A un minuto andando de la plaza Fna, a unos cinco minutos de Koutubia y unos 8 minutos de los palacios y zocos. Cuando vas paseando por las calles de la medina podrás ver cientos de Riad y verás que has hecho una buena elección. Vuelvo a insistir, Laila, Otman de recepción y sus compañeros y compañera, Soufian en restaurante y toda la gente que trabaja en cocina , y sobre todo Abdullah que es un espectáculo de persona. Un senegalés de dos metros con una espalda de jugador de fútbol americano y una sonrisa imborrable, hacen que te sientas muy feliz durante la estancia y te tengas que despedir con mucha pena. Sitio excelente para cuando visitas la ciudad de Marrakech.

Muy lindo el hotel/Riad, el personal muy amable, fue nuestro primer destino en Marruecos y llegar al hotel, y que te reciban con galletas y té de menta clásico de allá, fue genial.

La habitación era muy pequeña... quizás fue nuestra culpa por haber elegido esa opción de habitación, pero no había espacio ni para dejar las dos maletas que teníamos... pero las camas eran cómodas, limpia y linda todo.

Cercanía del sitio al centro, amabilidad del personal y sin duda la calidad de la habitación. Muy recomendable.
