Wasn't clean shared accommodation which was advertised as only you would be there not the case over priced

Reviewed Feb 2, 2025Good host, facilities, big hot tub
Apparently, there are other rooms in the same yard where the pool is. There are two hot tubs, and one is for them. the other is at the front door. Fortunately, there was no one else at our time, but if that was the case, that would've been a huge issue. The pool water's temp definitely wasn't 32. The hot tub was 32. The BBQ was kinda manual, and the lighter didn't work.

Reviewed Jan 24, 2025We had a really great stay, the property was modern and clean with a lovely private hot tub. The host Paul was really helpful! The kids really enjoyed also unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to get in the heated pool as the weather was really cold but we’ll definitely be back in the summer!

Reviewed Jul 3, 2024Everything! I really enjoyed it, especcially that we had a sunny day!
I couldn't get out from the pool as the stairs were removed because a slide has been put instead of it! But the slide was great for my son! So, what I didn't liked , I liked it for my son!

Reviewed Apr 10, 2024Brilliant stay. Paul was a great host and went out of his way to make sure that we had all we needed. And the accommodation was immaculate. The kids loved the pool and bar area (complete with new air hockey table) and we all loved the hot tub! A very relaxing stay.

Reviewed Jan 2, 2023The hot tub very good.
I was expect to spending the best Christmas time this year with family. Unfortunately, we didn't get what we paying for. The room is very cold when we arrived; The kettle full of scale; Mouldy fridge shelf; Cutlery full of water stains; Oven not clean; no hand soap in the bathroom(filled with water); broken cot for baby; no bin in the kitchen.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2022We had an absolutely brilliant time. I went with 3 teenagers and a 5 year old and the heated pool, hot tub and games room/bar were all just perfect. the hosts Paul and his wife are just the best. Really lovely couple who were so helpful and friendly. the house we stayed in was just perfect. Really clean and a lovely lay out. the TV had Netflix and prime and the house has WiFi. Just a perfect place to stay. We can’t wait to go again. I noticed there were some reviews on here saying there were no steps to the pool but there are steps, you just have to put them there when you roll up the pool cover. The area Sholden is beautiful with some lovely houses around. We got a taxi into Deal which cost £6/£7 each way. We used Deal cars. I have already recommended this proper ti all of my friends and family and can’t eat to go back.
Absolutely nothing I didn’t like. Just wish we stayed longer
