L'appartamento è in realtà una specie di seminterrato in uno stabile vetusto e piuttosto sporco, con una unica finestra da cui la famosa "foresta scandinava" che si vede è in realtà un incolto con davanti un po' di prato ricolmo di rifiuti, tant'è vero che abbiamo dovuto tenere abbassate le tapparelle per tutto il tempo. Inoltre non essendoci un tavolo, si è costretti a mangiare sulla mensola-davanzale, scomodissima, sotto la finestra stessa. Inoltre: non ci sono i comodini vicino al letto e nemmeno lampade la doccia non ha un supporto per fissare il getto d'acqua e ti tocca tenerlo con la mano manca l'aspirazione nel bagno, che non ha finestre, e rimane odore sgradevole a lungo dopo i servizi la seduta del wc è rotta, si stacca il copriwater, ci vogliono le acrobazie per sedersi sopra c'era un solo rotolo di carta igienica e purtroppo ce ne siamo accorti troppo tardi..... il lavandino del bagno era intasato, scendeva l'acqua con molta fatica manca una parte di zoccolino sotto la finestra della (piccolissima) zona cottura

La cucina era inesistente, portatevi le pentole da casa. Il bagno pensato malissimo, il doccino non rimane attaccato.

Właściwie nic mi się poza tym nie podobało. Lokalizacja jest na osiedlu betonowym z lat 70. Sam lokal jest w piwnicy, przerobionej na coś jakby mieszkanie… udogodnień zero, okno sutereny wychodzi na trawnik pod balkonami, nie na żaden las. Dodatkowo kanalizacja śmierdzi, bo rury są tuż za oknem. Jedyny otwierany kawałek okna ma 15 cm. Szerokości. Toaleta jest nieprzykręcona do podłogi, a deska klozetowa na niej jest rozwalona. Nie ma pościeli, nie ma poszewek, nie ma nawet koca. I przede wszystkim w rew informacji nie ma klimatyzacji. Jest w tej piwnicy ciemno, duszno i śmierdząco. Nie polecam. Uciekłam stamtąd zaraz po przyjściu.

Wohnung ist in einem Wohnblock im Keller. Spärlich dekoriert (könnte schicker eingerichtet sein) Es wird mit mehr Ausstattung geworben als vor Ort wirklich ist. Es werden Regeln erwartet, die selber von anderen HausBewohnern nicht eingehalten werden (Kindergetrappel vorm Einschlafen war das geringste "Problem") Von Schallisolierung haben wir nichts gemerkt... Bettwäsche, Topper etc komplett mit gelben Flecken übersät.. Badewanne ist "freistehend" - wackelt und klappert. Klodeckel wackelt. Kühlschrank nass und dreckig. 5 Gabeln und 3 Messer von Uroma. 3 verschiedene Teller in 5 verschiedenen Größen und Formen. Geschirr allg verdreckt bei Ankunft.

Comfy main bed and calm, quiet neighbourhood. The metro station is around 10 minutes walk.

There were plenty of ants inside the apartment probably because of the old wood windows. We got only one roll of toilet paper for 4 days for 3 people and when we asked for more the host said that they are not a hotel so we won't get anything "extra". There was also no sugar, oil or tea so be prepared for buying yourself everything if you want to use the kitchen. There is an additional bed with a foldable frame and extra mattress. Not so comfy because the mattress was thin and the frame was noisy. Our friend decided to sleep on the sofa which was better but less spacious because it couldn't be folded-out.

Vi blev så otroligt positivt överraskade av standarden som betydligt högre än vad man kunde önska särskilt som priset är så lågt. Stor skön säng med fräscha kuddar och bäddlinne. Draperiet som avskärmade rummet från sovalkoven gav mörker när man skulle sova. Det fanns både persienner och rullgardin så man fick lugn och ro. Utsikten från rummet var fantastisk! Badkar i badrummet var nog det bästa av allt! Sådan lyx får man sällan numera och badkaret stod stadigt med varmt vatten och bra tryck trots att lägenheten är belagd på nedre botten. Till och med toalettrullen var vikt sådär välkomnande! Köket var rent och porslinet var rent. Det fanns gott om grytor. Kyl och frys var på när vi kom och även de var fräscha. Det var inte trångt och övermöblerat så det var perfekt för oss! Soffan var bekväm! Detta är ett stillsamt och lugnt boende där man hör fågelsång och området är rent och snyggt. Affärer med vänliga människor en kort promenad bort. Det var en trivsam och vacker omgivning och lugn även på natten. Enkelt att parkera på den parkeringen vi hyrde. Manne som mötte upp oss var mycket flexibel då vi reste långt och var osäkra på ankomsttiden. Hela lägenheten ger det man önskar, en enkel plats att stanna till på innan man reser vidare.

Det var bara en rulle toapapper som ingick så man vet. Använder man mer än en handduk kan man ta med en extra. Men detta var inga problem för oss. Det fattas sänglampor men man somnade gott ändå.

Was not as described, no laundry facilities in the unit, kitchen was tiny. No sauna, bar, mini bar, courtyard view as advertised. Laundry appointments had to be scheduled. Second bed as described is a fold out bed. shower had to be held by hand.No plug in kitchen to be able to do dishes.

!The bed was comfortable

The paintwork badly badly needs to be painted. Something so simple would totally change it. The outside looked run down and totally uncared for....long thick weeds. Very sad.

Nous avions réservé 2 nuits, la première à été annulé la veille par l'hôte pour un problème d'électricité. Je demande la veille de la deuxième nuit si le problème est résolu, ils m'assurent que oui et en arrivant nous sommes relogé à la cave car le problème est toujours là! On nous avait également dit que nous pouviobs venir à midi mais nous avons dû attendre 3h! Le quartier est horrible, le logement lugubre. C'est une cave de 2 pieces aménagées. A fuir!

La posizione è in un un piccolo parco e la metro e davvero molto vicina.

Il bagno non ha finestra e neppure aereatore questo rende imbarazzante la permanenza se si è in due. Ma anche nell'annuncio c'è scritto:aria condizionata, tavolino,mini bar etc etc ma queste cose non ci sono. Inoltre non c'è una scopa per togliere qualche briciola. Insomma manca anche il minimo se devi restare più di una notte.

I would liked to be cleaner; there were socks inside the sofa and dust under the bed. For the sesitive ones, there were noises like a child running in the house. The bathroom smelled unpleasant.

Výborná, klidná lokalita v blízkosti metra, kousek park a pláž. Pro krátký pobyt ideální. Milý, vstřícný hostitel, komunikace byla super. Nechybělo nám zde vůbec nic.

I was disappointed with the location — it’s far from the metro and the beach, making it inconvenient and slow to get around. The apartment is very small, uncomfortable, and feels cramped. The bathroom’s renovation is poor, and basic essentials like soap were not provided. Overall, the stay was quite unpleasant, and I feel the Booking.com rating is overrated.

In a lovely quiet area, nice spacious room and comfortable bed

I liked the ambiance of the place although quite far from the city but its really comfy. And what i liked also is there is netflix you can watch movies unlike others only tv channels. Staff was accommodating and the room was clean and odorless.😉

The apartment is underground and cold. The windows were old and wind comes through them and location is far away. Honestly, it is quite far compare the photos.

The apartment is excellent value for money in easy reach of Stockholm by train - around 35 mins. The apartment was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. It is situated in a quiet housing area with several shops in walking distance. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Only found out as we were leaving that there was a washing machine in the building. I had messaged the host to ask about the lack of washing machine and heard nothing back though I'm not sure my messages were getting through. Saw on other posts that there is no plug for the bath, there is a plug in the bathroom cupboard. The shower was poor, just had to stand in the bath holding the shower. The apartment would benefit from a little sprucing up but was really clean and furniture was modern.

Bed was comfortable, a lot of movies to watch

The unit is spacious, with a large and comfortable bed for couples.

The toilet has no tissue papers, and I was told to buy my own! This is the first time I ever came across.

We got everything we needed. The place was very quiet. Very good apartment to stay after visiting Stockholm downtown. The public transportation is about five minutes. Stores are also really near. The original aparment had water issues so we had to stay in a different aparment. The host is very friendly and proactive.

We got a replacement apartment in the basement. It had everything we needed but it was very cold.

- The host was friendly. - The bed was huge and comfortable.

- The bathroom was small and not that clean. There was no shower head holder so it wasn’t convenient. There was a bathtub but there was no plug. - There was washing machine during booking, but it wasn’t in the room. - There was no parking space for this apartment. You could only park further on the street.

Firstly, Our host could not be more friendly or helpful if he tried and he literally has the most welcoming and warm smile you'll ever see. The accommodation is outstanding. It has everything you could possibly want and then some. It's a literal home from home so just bring your clothes as everything else you could possibly need is there. The location, in our opinion is absolutely ideal. It's the kind of place you should definitely stay in if you want an authentic experience as you'll meet locals, hang out with them after you've done all the museum stuff etc and just want to feel like you belong and genuinely make new friends. We've come away with a whole new phone book of contacts😀. The views from the apartment are also incredible, they alone are worth the stay. We will definitely be going back again and wouldn't even dream of staying anywhere else. For us it's here or nowhere😀.
