Поменяли квартиру в последний момент! Вместо квартиры на фото нам предоставили квартиру ( переделанная из кладовки) в подвале ! Но зато цена небольшая, но это не исправляет все!

Appartement confortable, adapté pour 1 ou 2 personnes, à proximité du métro avec ligne directe vers le centre ville, parking facile. L équipement est adapté pour 1 ou 2 personnes. Il y a bien une machine à laver et un seche linge à disposition facile dans l immeuble. Le parc autour de l immeuble et le petit lac à proximité sont agréable. Pas de difficulté de commu.ication avec l'hôte. Wifi fonctionne bien.

Franchement rien, peut être un rafraîchissement de la salle bains et de la cuisine qui ressemblent à celles de ma grand mère, autrement parfait.

À 600 m à pied de la station de métro qui nous mène directement à la gare centrale de Stockholm, On ne peut pas rêver mieux. Endroit très calme Personne très sympa Lieu confortable et bien aménagé Je le conseille fortement

Appartement agréable et propre. Personnel accueillant. Emplacement proche du métro donc très bien desservi. Je recommande vivement.

The apartment was ok. Close to the subway station and shops.

The owner was unpleasant. He sends a lot of passive aggressive rules before the stay and threatens with the eviction if you don't follow them. Rules include for example taking the trash out to the bin that is nowhere near the apartment. Also, limiting toilet paper to one roll per stay seems a bit cheap. Apart from sending rules, the owner was not very responsive and makes you wait outside of the building even after being informed about the arrival time. While the kitchen and the main room are ok, the bathroom, especially the bathtub seems very old and neglected.

Det var rimligt sted for å slippe bo med andre. Kom for og besøke min moster med familj som bodde på gå avstånd....viveketrolles grend.

Det var noe kaldt på natten og kylskapet duret veldig og laget lyder enkelte stunder.

La bañera está vieja y muy alta, una persona con problemas no entra y la cocina un pequeño arreglo le vendría bien. Solo comimos un día en el apartamento

Läget var mycket bra. Bekväm säng. Vi sov gott. Kokvrån var ok. Det var mycket lugnt. Perfekt med parkering alldeles utanför.

Vi fick vänta utanför 1 timma innan det kom någon och släppte in oss. Jag meddelade att vi anlänt både med sms och e-mail men fick ingen bekräftelse på att någon tagit emot mina meddelanden. Personen som till slut kom kunde ingen svenska eller engelska. Bara spanska. Instruktionerna om boendet, regler e t c, som fanns inne i lägenheten fanns bara på engelska. Boendet är beläget i Sverige, alla kan inte engelska! I rimlighetens namn borde det stå på svenska. Det var en unken lukt i badrummet. Vi var tvungna att hålla toalettdörren stängd hela tiden. I faciliteterna står toalettpapper. Jag förväntade mig att detta skulle vara hela vistelsen. Toalettpappret vi fick var en rulle, som dessutom var påbörjad. När denna rulle efter ett par dagar tog slut gick det inte att få mera. Faciliteten toalettpapper gällde alltså endast ett par dagar, sedan fick vi köpa eget.

Välordnat och trevlig värdinna. Seriöst bemötande på alla sätt. Extra plus för uppföljningen när vi hade glömt några saker. 👌

We really liked our stay, the apartment was clean and comfortable, and the location was great, especially being close to a park. Pets are allowed and parking was very convenient right in front of the building. Just note that there is an extra charge for both: we paid €10 for our two-night stay with our pet, and €10 for parking. Overall, we enjoyed it a lot.

The main downside was that the apartment was quite cold, and there wasn’t a strong enough source of heat. The radiator was warm, but it wasn’t sufficient to properly warm the room.

Lite unken avloppslukt. Bäddsoffan var sliten och det fanns inget bra sätt att bädda den.

The location was good. Close to a metro station so can navigate the area easily and can get to the city Quickly. The forested area behind the property was lovely to walk through and is very close to a nature reserve. We hiked one day around the nature park and stopped at a beautiful cafe on the lake side. Beautiful area. There were also 3 dear on our first day grazing right outside out window!!

The shower is a little broken and the shower head didn't stay in place while showering. Not ideal, but can still easily wash with hot water with the shower. The apartment kitchen is also very small, can only fit one person at a time, but lucky for me, my partner does all the cooking so I didn't need to be in there haha

Location was good, just next to Grimsta nature reserve so walking paths started almost from the door. Bed was comfortable.

The photos on booking.com match only partially with reality. The room is ok, bed was comfortable, but the kitchen shown on the pictures is not the one in this apartment. I attached photos about the real one. Washing machine is listed on booking but it is not available in this apartment. Efforts are clearly seen to make this apartment nice, but it is limited mainly to the room, several things would require a massive renewal. The bathtub is horrible, the tap is ok, it is new, the tiles are from the last century for sure, some of the doors require painting etc. But the worst thing was the smell. Kind of musty smell, or it came from the bathroom, I don't know, but it did not disappear even after keeping the window open whenever we were there. Overall, you have the feeling you are in a worker's hotel. Though, to be fair, it did not cause any problem, the house and the area was silent, but it is good to know what you can expect so I am sharing it. Finally the parking. On paper there is free parking in the street, however, places in front of the houses are private parking slots, and the remaining area has very limited space, the slots are always booked. So in case you arrive by car, you don't really have other option than to pay for the private slot, this is not included in the fee. Based on the description and photos on booking.com I expected a higher level accommodation.

Very clean, bright and easily accessible place. Although a bit outside the city centre it was the perfect walking distance from the metro.

The owner is communicative. Some comments from previous tenants were taken into account and, if possible, eliminated. Comfortable bed, towels, linens, microwave, stove, TV, aWi-Fi. The apartment is on the underground floor, and the windows are possible well covered with blinds. The view from the window matches.

Cost (for the same price, another apartment was rented closer to the center, where many more services were provided.) The photo of the rented apartment was partially true (they promised to correct it). Perhaps it is worth indicating this point in the description of the apartment. There are not enough hygiene products, you need your own.

Quiet surroundings, the apartment looks like on the photos. Alberto was welcoming and provided the keys in person (so need to call the host). Towels and sheets included (no extra fee)

I would recommend the host to update the list of facilities, as there was no washing machine available in the apartment,no access to the patio,no free toiletries (only toilet paper, no soap or shampoo). Maybe provide coffee and filters... Overall this is not critical and we enjoyed our stay, but may be of help to new guests.
