Apartment with garden near metro!

Funzionale, molto vicino ai servizi in una zona tranquilla con ampio parco Persona molto solare e disponibile. Appartamento carino e nessun problema per le nostre 4 moto parcheggiate vicino ad un ingresso secondario.

Bagno da rifare completamente e ingresso non facilmente trovabile ma l'host ha risposto subito al telefono.

Oceniam obiekty zwykle po tym czego po nim się spodziewam i cenie jaką płacę. Na 2 noce to jest całkiem ok. Spokojnie można się wyspać i ugotować. Blisko jest stacja metra, ok 8 min na nogach. Blisko również do plaży - jakieś 15 min. Warto zamówić parking w cenie 50 SK za noc. Sofa była ok, sprzęty po ich ogarnięciu też działały. Jakbym miał jeszcze kiedyś przyjechać do Sztokholmu to wybrałbym to miejsce ponownie.

Co do minusów. To jak w innych komentarzach, łazienka trochę obniża ocenę. Szczególnie wanna, do której wejście dla niektórych osób może być problemem, poniewaz jest bardzo wysoka.

Jakość łazienki, obskurna wanna, która jest bardzo wysoka, , odrapana podłoga w łazience,brudny materac, uszkodzona sofa, słabe wyposażenie i jakość kuchni.Bawią wręcz informacje od Właściciela by zdejmować buty w mieszkaniu i na koniec by samemu składać sofę. Kontakt z właścicielem niby dobry, ale niesmak pozostaje. Ogród to wyjście na zewnątrz, gdzie stoi podziurawiony zestaw ogrodowy, strach korzystać, bo może się rozpaść. Pety w "ogrodzie" , a podobno nie wolno palić w obiekcie.

Bed was comfortable. Owner quick to respond and help. The internet connection was fine.

The bathroom needs repairs as the faucet is dripping alot. Some things in the kitchen needs fixing aswell. Parking is hard to find. And it is very noisy from the people living in the near by apartments.

Il letto era comodissimo, giardino molto carino, appartamento spazioso. Il proprietario molto disponibile e puntuale nella consegna delle chiavi. L'appartamento non è in centro ma in periferia, però vicinissimo alla fermata della metro linea verde, per cui si arriva in centro in circa 30-40 minuti.

I mobili in cucina e in bagno sono un po' datati

El grifo del lavabo no funciona, se sale el agua y no se puede usar. Las instalaciones son un poco viejas.

Nem tudtunk itt megszállni, mert a leírásban rosszul szerepelt a szobák száma. Egy nappali plusz egy hálószoba van a leírásban feltüntetve, ez sajnos nem felel meg a valóságnak. Mikor jeleztem a szállásadónak a hibát nem volt együttműködő a pénz visszatérítésében. Ajánlott egy másik lakást, aminek az értékeséle nagyon alacsony volt, de ott se segített a módosításban.

It is not near metro by Stockholm standards. Need to walk 15 mins.

The owner rented the listing on two different platforms for the same day. On a 5 hour trip to Stockholm, I ended up receiving a message two hours prior to my arrival that the house was already booked on Airbnb even though my booking was confirmed 4 days prior and also I discussed with the owner about the parking. This owner deserves nothing but one star for his greed.

Appartement bien niveau rapport/qualité prix. Hôte très réactif. Certainement complexe de trouver ce type de logement pour ce prix dans le centre de Stockolm.

La salle de bain est assez vétuste et niveau propreté ce n’était pas tout à fait parfait.

Ótimo alojamento, super limpo, e muito bem localizado!

Locatie was okay dicht bij station.

Appartement is erg verouderd, muffe lucht als.je binnenkomt. Woon/slaap gedeelte was okay maar keuken erg oud en alleen magnetron werkte/elekrtrische kookplaat deed het niet.Douche ook erg oud al hoewel water goed warm was. Dus dit Appartement was door de locatie okay en prijstechnisch was het net acceptabel. De mevrouw bij aankomst was erg aardig maar bjjna geen Engels.

A nice & clean little apartment on your own, not far from the metro, a couple of restaurants, and food shops. It's very convenient to go to Stockholm City by metro. Alberto is extremely service-minded and helpful. If you don't like to pay a lot more for hotels closer to the City, I can definitely recommend this place.

Didn't need it myself this time, but a microwave oven is often good to have. Some small spoons and towels in the kitchen would also be appreciated.

Cicha i spokojna okolica, blisko do metra, dojazd do centrum łatwy. Super kontakt z właścicielem. I najważniejsze- można przyjechać z czworonogiem 😃 Stosunek jakości do ceny bardzo dobry

Braki w wyposażeniu kuchni.

Nonostante l'appartamento sia lontano dal centro, è molto vicino alla metro e al supermercato, inoltre la zona, seppur periferica, è gradevole. L'appartamento è molto economico per Stoccolma e questo è molto importante. C'è un bel televisore molto grande e la stanza è molto spaziosa.

Le note negative sono il divano letto molto vecchio e abbastanza scomodo, l'attrezzatura in cucina dove ci sono gli elettrodomestici più utili, ma c'è solo una grande pentolone e una padellina, neanche un bricco per scaldare il latte, e il bagno abbastanza fatiscente

Decent apartment in quiet area. Not perfect, but at this price point its very good. No problems at all

Cannot complain (Only can recommend that if someone is looking for place closer to city centre -> its not the best option)

It was clean and spacious

The neighborhood. No soap in bathroom. Some apartments have tea, herbs, spices, but we only had salt.

Clean, comfortable apartment with everything you need for a great stay+small garden . But most importantly, a very responsive and hospitable apartment owner. I recommend it.

1) Too far from Arlanda airport 2) Checkin time 3pm was too late with family being together 3) list of facilities didn't match with realities. For example- under facilities it was mentioned bath soap and air conditioner however, these were not available in the rooim.

It was a good start overall, only minor issues, like door locks are tricky to operate and there was no toilet paper, we had to buy it.

The apartment is pretty clean, also it has almost everything for temporary stay. Apartment owner replies fastly. The bed as for divinities! I slept as child.

You should bring your toilet paper or buy it at nearest supermarket! Apartment owner promised to give it me as exception, but didn't keep his promise. (Just note also: partially, this apartment has old renovation. Old kitchen and old bathroom. But maybe you are looking for museum ;) )

The apartment was incredible and it is just like the picture. Our host was super nice and amazing. He remains attentive in any concerns we had. It is close to the beach and the metro. It is a perfect place to stay comfortably in Stockholm.

Appartment was clean enough space , smart Tv.

Toilet papper was missing ...... parking space is so small if you have a big car.
