Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Exceptional customer service from beginning to end! Raquel is the best manager she needs a raise and many bonuses! I’d book again simply because of how she treated me and took care of me at all times. I was a solo traveller. The spot is peaceful and spotless! Close to many things I could walk to and so spacious!

Reviewed Apr 2, 2026The property was spacious and clean. Very large bed and nice patio overlooking the ocean. It is walking distance to the beach and many restaurants and just a short taxi ride to many excursions.
The property is up a very large hill, we were not bothered by it but it may be difficult for some.

Reviewed Mar 18, 2026Loved the location, peaceful part. The apartment met all our needs very clean. Staff on the resort are very polite and friendly. Raquel is available to answer any of your queries anytime via wassap. The breakfasts prepared by a gentleman who knocks at your door - excellent sets you up for the day. The pool, the bar great.
This has nothing to do with the resort but more street lighting dark when walking back until you hit the resort, but we were late and should have got a cab.

Reviewed Mar 2, 2026My husband and I stayed here for one night. The host was very friendly and polite, which made us feel welcome from the start. The apartment is located in the centre of Ocho Rios, within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and shops. It is situated up a very steep hill, so walking back up can feel like a workout. I really liked that there is a small convenience store on-site, which sells a range of products from snacks and alcohol to everyday essentials like toothpaste. The apartment itself was very clean and spacious. The water pressure was good, and there were plenty of towels in the bathroom. I also appreciated having both fans and air conditioning available. A nice touch was the welcome basket provided by the host, which included snacks, tea, coffee, and water.
Overall, we had a nice stay. The only downside was that the décor and furnishings felt a bit dated, and it would have been great to have some form of cable TV or Netflix available.

We couldn't figure out how to get the blinds to go down to cover the entire bathroom window, other tenants could see through the gap.

The pool was in maintenance at the time we stayed at Mystic Ridge.

My family got sick and had to check out early and she was extremely accommodating and made it super easy for us. She did whatever she could to make the place comfortable for us. We were in the heart of Ovho Rios and were able to walk to the beach and wherever we needed to go. Very conveniently located.
The property is run down and not well taken care of anymore. It was hard to enjoy sitting out on the balcony in the daytime because the buildings are so poorly maintained compared to what they used to be several years ago. We were told they are slowly upgrading them. It is a lovely property with such great potential

Everything was really perfectly placed. Tea/coffee was available. I could view security cameras for added safety. The style of the bathroom was beautiful. The host was very accommodating and helpful. She also responded quickly.
