Reviewed Dec 16, 2025The aunty (the cleaner and a bell lady) was lovely. The girls at the front could not speak any English but if you needed anything it was easy to communicate with translator.
It didn’t have a fridge in the rooms. For us to stay for a week we wished to have a fridge!!

Reviewed Sep 15, 2025Always my go-to Ji Hotel for business. Staff are wonderful, free breakfast is included. Great amenities with clean laundry and gym. Very convenient with shopping malls nearby. Highly recommend for a comfortable and efficient stay👍

Reviewed Sep 10, 2025Nice service. The hotel provides airport pick-up and drop-off services with advance booking, which is super convenient. Also allows us to leave our luggage at the front desk both before check-in and after check-out. Getting around is easy with free parking for guests, and the location is great—just a short ride to Jing'an Temple and the Bund.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2025The room was beautiful with such a peaceful view—right next to the ginkgo trees. The space was clean, tidy, and quiet, perfect for resting. The breakfast was a nice touch too! Lots of traditional Chinese options to choose from—really enjoyed it. Location-wise, it couldn’t be more convenient. Just a 3-4 minute walk to the subway station, and a taxi to the airport took less than half an hour. Super easy to get around near Jing’an temple. Definitely recommend this place. Thanks for a wonderful experience!
