Reviewed Mar 7, 2026The quick response from the host. I left my card in the room and Nina quickly organised a security guard to open the door, I’m very thankful for it. Also the check in process was well organised and prompt. The apartment was clean, and well equipped. Have everything what I needed: fast wifi, nice TV with a complementary Netflix, cozy bad and secure access to the building.

The building charged an exploitive 300 per night for parking. The building is surrounded by construction sites.

Trop petit dans l annonce il est écrit une chambre or c est le salon qui est divisé avec une paroi transparente et un rideau. Beaucoup trop petit pour 4 personnes. Problème d eau chaude réparé donc personnel réactif.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2025Beautiful condo unit, comfortable and very clean. It’s also near to Cebu IT Park that has a lot of restaurants and cafes to choose from, just walking distance. Property amenities are nice, huge pool and the lounge chairs and sunbeds are a plus. Nice staff to. Highly recommended and Will definitely come back again.

I initially thought that the sofa bed is small but it was actually quite big, the sofa bed is enough for 2 or maybe 3 people as well as the bed. The bathroom was also nice, it has the essentials that we need. I also like the view that we're seeing in the window. The owner is also accommodative. Overall, my friends and I were very satisfied.
