Nice location. The bathrooms and kitchen were cleaned every morning. The room was pretty clean with multiple towels per guest provided.

For the price the room was really small, with nothing but the bed and one hook for your clothes. No side table, chair or anything to sit or put your things. We could cook with the limited cooking ware in the kitchen and sit in the lobby to eat our food, but there weren’t that many tables and some of the chairs were broken.

Il prezzo a Vienna è sicuramente concorrenziale.La pulizia è ottima. Praticamente sul Danubio.La distanza dalle varie attrazioni e monumenti più che ragionevole e vicino alla metro.Bagni in comune sempre trovati pulitissimi. La persona che passa ogni mattina è molto scrupolosa.

Potenzialmente l'ostello sarebbe eccezionale ma ha tante pecche che basterebbe poco a colmare. Ho letto le recensioni precedenti e le risposte degli host in cui affermavano che avrebbero provveduto a migliorare le cose ma ciò non è avvenuto.Le camere sono molto piccole e non hanno aria condizionata ma ventilatori. C'è solo un appendiabiti in stanza con sole due grucce ne ho chiesto altre mi hanno risposto che non era possibile averle. Nelle foto della cucina si vedono forno a microonde e macchina per il caffè che al momento non ci sono. Per il caffè hanno messo un distributore a pagamento che non funzionava e mi ha scalato soldi dal bancomat senza erogare caffè. Ho segnalato all'host ma non ho avuto risposta. In struttura non è presente nessun host e quando si interagisce su WA in realtà è una conciergerie virtuale che da risposte automatiche. L'unica persona presente in sede ovvero l'addetto alle pulizie, seppur disponibile, non parla inglese. Il Wi Fi non andava bene soprattutto nelle camere. Le sedie dell'unica sala comune/cucina sarebbero da sostituire perché usurate ...peccato!

Good location, easy self check in. Comfortable beds.

Our room was extremely hot due to a large window that only had a small opening window at the top. A fan was provided but only blew warm air around. Did not have a good nights sleep.

The location. The interior design. We asked the cleaning guy to replace a portable fan that was broken in our room and it was replaced immediately.

Depending on who is in this hostel, you can have a quiet place or not. The bed sheets were clean but the floor not quite. Same for the showers, I used one that has not been cleaned for 2 days. There are something like 7 or 8 showers for something like 20 rooms. I tried to call the hotel client service and I never had a chance to talk to someone. There is only 3 table in the main hall to sit and be able to have a meal. They say they have a parking (that made me choose them) but they haven't and there is no way you can park in the street like they say : first the amount of parking spots is very limited and further more you need to have a resident authorisation to be able to park in thar area of Vienna.

la stanza era molto piccola per tre persone e molto calda. inoltre eravamo in 3 persone con solo due prese di corrente di cui una era spesso occupata dal ventilatore fornito dalla struttura

A localizaçao era boa, estavamos perto de tudo. A cozinha estava limpa, quarto limpo.

A net não funcionava e enviei mensagem e esta n foi respondida. Falta microondas e algum tipo de refrigeraçao no quarto e a hora das limpezas das casas de banho devia ser diferente.

Ad showed three separate beds; it only had two. There was no a/c and the fan was not working. It must have been over 35 degrees C. I canceled the room and requested a refund, then immediately booked a different hotel.

Das Gemeinschaftsbad war am Abend eine absolute Katastrophe-die Duschen haben alle sehr sehr stark nach Urin gerochen, war alle bis zur Tür völlig nass und im Eck die versifften Bodentücher Das Zimmer war leider nicht sauber und sehr dunkel- von 3 Deckenlampen, hat 1 direkt beim Eingang funktioniert. Es gab weder einen Sessel, noch einen wenigstens kleinen Tisch zum ablegen von Kleinigkeiten-man misste alles auf den nicht so sauberen boden legen. Am Fensterbanke war auch seit tagen nicht gewischt und der Heizkörper sehr ekelhaft angespritzt und nicht sauber. Für 75€/nacht nicht ok!

La posizione era perfetta, vicina al centro ma comunque in una zona tranquilla, ideale anche per una passeggiata serale lungo il canale”. La stanza, anche se non era grandissima, era molto bella e arredata con gusto, con dettagli eleganti e un tocco un po’ raffinato. Le docce erano davvero piacevoli, quasi in stile luxury, e rendevano il rientro in camera ancora più rilassante. Anche la cucina e l’atrio dove si poteva mangiare erano ben organizzati e piacevoli. Un alloggio che consiglierei volentieri a chi cerca una soluzione comoda, pulita e dal buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

La cosa che mi è piaciuta di meno erano le prese elettriche in camera. Ce n’erano poche e non sempre ben posizionate, il che rendeva scomodo ricaricare telefono e altri dispositivi. Una ciabatta elettrica in camera avrebbe risolto tutto.

Faltou um kit de temperos simples para ajudar a preparar os alimentos e panos de limpeza para ajudar a manter a cozinha em ordem. Nos quartos faltam penduradores de toalhas e roupas, um móvel ou cadeira para auxiliar, pq as malas ficam no chão e seia bom ter mais tomadas de energia, no meu quarto só tinham duas e eram um dormitório para 3 pessoas e se usassemos o ventilador sobrava apenas uma tomada para carregar os celulares. É só um comentário para ajudar a melhorar, mas foi muito boa a hospedagem.

condition of the room wasn’t great. the bunk felt extremely dangerous because the safety railing was about to break, wallpaper was torn, sopping wet towels were left marinating in the shared co-ed bathroom, also half the time we were there there was no toilet paper, the fan in the room was just noisy and didn’t work properly

Hemos estado durmiendo varias noches con la ventana rota. Ser escuchaba todo el tráfico y no nos dejaba dormir. Pusimos varias incidencias y no nos hicieron caso. La habitación no estaba limpia, el suelo estaba lleno de pelusas y había bichos. A las incidencias no le dieron respuesta

La mancanza dell'aria condizionata, troppo caldo. È vero che c'è il ventilatore ma rumoroso (andrebbe manutenzionato o sostituito con uno nuovo) I bagni... andrebbero puliti mattina e sera ( secondo me) Le stanze non hanno ripiani di appoggio ma solo dei tubi per appendere qualche vestito

El lugar muy cómodo, limpio, súper bien ubicado.

Das Hostel ist gut ausgestattet, mit einer modernen Renovierung. Die Duschen sind bequem und sauber. Das Zimmer ist klein, aber sauber. Die Matratzen sind gut. Es war heiß im Zimmer, sogar mit Ventilator, aber draußen waren es tagsüber auch +40 Grad. Zuerst konnte ich nicht hineinkommen, aber das lag daran, dass ich es nicht gleich verstanden habe: In der SMS muss man auf den Link klicken, dort gibt es die Anleitung mit dem Passwort für die Eingangstür und die Zimmertür.

l'absence de personnel d'accueil, l'éclairage glauque dans la chambre et pièce commune, pas de chaise ni table ni meuble de rangement dans la chambre (obligé de poser affaires au sol!) suggestion: un canapé, fauteuil, étagère avec quelques livres dans la pièce commune

Quarto para 3 pessoas muito pequeno o que se tornou muito quente.

O espaço é muito bonito, a poucos metros de uma estação , com uma boa cozinha compartilhada, secador de cabelo , banheiro compartilho mas atende a quantidade de dormitórios

O quarto é extremamente quente, insuportável para dormir no calor, tem um circulador de ar que mais faz barulho do que ventila e quem fica na cama de cima não recebe vento muito menos a pessoa de baixo , o circulador faz muito barulho que atrapalha para dormir. Pelo fato da janela ser baixa e bem na calçada não tem como dormir de janela aberta . O quarto possui apenas uma tomada e é muito escuro, senti falta de mercado próximo a hospedagem, tinha que andar uma boa caminhada para chegar ao mercado

The location is good

Don’t stay here during the summer. There is no air conditioning in the rooms, and the fan that we had in our room was blowing out hot air. I rang the hotel management twice to request another fan in our room as it was so hot. Both times they said they would get it sorted and ring me back, however this didn’t happen. The bathroom also didn’t have any hand towels at all while we were there.

There was a lack of hand towels in the toilets, one day there was only one toilet (out of 2) with toilet roll in the main bathroom. Also the code on the front door was given away by the fact that 2 of the numbers were clearly well used, this made us feel slightly less secure. However overall our stay was good and these things didn’t majorly affect our stay.

La habitación estaba en buenas condiciones. El baño es sin duda lo mejor, era muy cómodo y se encontraba perfecto siempre. La ubicación era muy buena.

Sadly people were throwing a party in the bathroom and closed the door thinking we could not hear, the bed was also extremely bad quality and shaky felt like I would fall down. Problem is with no reception available people do whatever they want second night new people were laughing loudly and talking at 1am in the hallway.

Tuvaletler ortak, odalar çok küçük odamızın camından soğuk giriyor, yalıtım hiç yok duvarlar kağıt gibi, wifi çalışmıyor, fiyat/performans olarak iyi sayılmaz pahalıydı, az konfora rağmen

The vicinity to city center.

There is no 24 hour emergency phone. I was not able to open the door of my room late in the evening, not possible to contact the host, and had to stay in the entrance hall the entire night.

The location is outstanding. The kitchen, and common rooms are very good, and the beds and rooms are quite comfortable.

The rooms could have vanities or closets, and also ventilations. The bathrooms very often didn't have toilet paper and water pressure and hot water was sometimes not working properly. Everything else was good!

no habia microondas en la cocina. tampoco cafetera. no habia una mesita ni lugar de apoyo en el dormitorio. No hay tomas electricos en el sector de comedor para enchufar la laptop. la maquina de cafe (vending paga) a veces no andaba. el agua de la ducha salia bien pero estaba dificil de regular la temperatura y la presion podria ser unpoco mejor. podria agregar un secaplatos.

Было очень грязно, по ощущениям номер вообще не убирали, не было стола, шкафа, крючков, вешалок или другой поверхности чтобы положить вещи, все лежали на полу. Постельное белье было в волосах и по ощущением не свежим.

Локація чудова - переходиш міст і ти вже в центрі біля собору св. Стефана! Також було доволі чисто і зручно. Неймовірним сюрпризом було отримати промокод від помешекання на безкоштовни концерт класичної музики в палаці Auersperg! Це був чудовий вечір і класний початок знайомства з Віднем

В кімнаті було холодно і дуйчик не допомагав. Заселення з 15.00, проте хотілось би мати змогу хоча б речі залишити у хостелі раніше, якщо люди привують раніше, то це дуже незручно. В кімнаті не вистачає шафи/тумбочки або хоча б столика, всі свої дрібні речі зберігали на підвіконні.

Perfect for 2/3 nights and for the price.

Очень удобное размещение хостела, всюду чисто, на кухне есть все необходимое, души и туалеты комфортные, отличный матрас на кровати, в целом здесь приятно находиться.

Очень разочаровало, что нельзя оставить багаж, ровно в 11.00 нужно уйти вместе с сумками. Последний день был осложнен прогулкой по городу с чемоданами😒

Muy fácil de llegar y entrar, el lugar está muy bien ubicado, el mejor que encontramos por el precio a la zona céntrica o turística, desde allí podíamos llegar caminando 15min a la catedral de San Esteban, o ir a la estación qué estaba a la vuelta de la esquina. Los baños limpios, tenía nevera para refrigerar cosas y cocina bien equipada. La habitación algo pequeña pero no necesitas más.

De pronto a mejorar, podrían colocar una mesita como para colocar cosas en la habitación y no tenía horno microondas por lo que para calentar algo rápido toca igual en estufa.

That’s very smelly. The smell was so bad we needed to luft the apartment for a whole day. Window has an entrance to a building hall. Wi-fi doesn’t work. No room for 4 adults. Very poor sound isolation.

Køjesengen var gået i stykker og larmer hver gang man rykkede på sig… og stolene i fællesområdet var i stykker plus kaffemaskinen gav mig ingen kaffe da jeg betalte for den og maskinen var i stykker to gange mens vi var der😅 Men ellers hyggelig stemning og god placering!

Die Lage war gut. Hotline war erreichbar und freundlich.

Der Boden war nicht sauber. Ohne Schuhe wollte man nicht auf den Boden gehen. Wände sehr dünn. Betten nicht stabil und sehr wackelig.

Le bruit. Impossible de bien dormir Chambre très mal insonorisée. On entend la circulation des voitures et tout ce qui se passe dans l’immeuble. Le chauffage ne marchait pas toujours. On a eu très froid. La wifi ne marchait également pas toujours.
