Modern Oasis: Pool + Netflix

There was 24 hour security going into the complex and as three women travelling for the first time in the Philippines we felt very safe. There was a great Mexican restaurant recommended by the host and a 7eleven only a 4 minute walk. We wanted to be near the airport and it was very handy for that.

If you are looking to explore Manila this probably wouldn’t be the best spot because of its distance to the main city. You need to get a grab which can take 30 mins to get to main city. But other than that this place was perfect for us.

I would suggest to have a double lock at the main door for safety reason. Since the area is inside the village, you still need to walk outside the nearby stores get your needs

Wifi was working bad but it was temporary because of the weather

Lots of space inside rooms, living area and kitchen. Secure and quiet location. Clean accommodation. Drinking water gallon provided. Aircon works well. Great communication.

Location is a bit isolated from decent convenience stores so need to travel by car / grab to get somewhere. Swimming pool didn't look very clean.

HOA fee. We are hold at the HOA gate and leave my ID. Property not informed us that need to have permit for exit entry. And I did the application to HOA security which waste more than 2 hours of my time. It should be the property to settle this and not the visitor.

It’s not far from the airport, the property is suited for family or group of people in my opinion 😊

I had issue booking my ride from Grab, for some reason the location was pinging elsewhere.

Perfect for a stay near the airport, very convenient. The property is very clean and well equipped, and the building as a whole feels very safe with the security guards. The pool is such a bonus, not at all busy.

Complete apartment unit. With everything you need. Aircon in the rooms. Comfy bed. They accept pets.

The cockroaches that came out in the kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen ones were small but the ones in the bathroom were pretty big. The staff came and killed some and left us a bottle of spray. We ended up killing over 14 cockroaches and was told they recently sprayed for them. But I was not made aware of the situation before arrival. The shower head is terrible. Hot water trickles out of maybe 4 holes of the 30. The internet went out and we got given pocket wifi that only one phone could remain connected if we tried to use Netflix it wouldn't work. I was overall pretty disappointed and left the unit early.

Spacious 2 bedroom, kitchen with a lot of space. Nice. Big pool

The location in Paranaque, Philippines is near NAIA airport, PITX BUS TERMINAL, MOA and other interesting places. The condo is so spacious, very clean, has Netflex, swimming pool and many amenities. The beds are very comfortable.

EVERYTHING. I LIKE THIS CONDO PLACE TO BE MY SECOND HOME.

Close to airport perfect for a short layover. The flat is well kept with everything you could possibly need and is in a safe area with security at the gate.

Would be great if the pool has deckchairs/sunloungers. Nothing the host can do but there is connstruction next to it so a bit noisy (didnt matter to me i was up before they started)

Clean and safe place

The plumbing in the bathroom had a few issues such as leaking bidet hose, a blocked toilet bowl and slow waste water drainage in the shower, causing flooding of the bathroom floor. No AC in the main living room area.

Comfortable bed

One of the worst places where I stayed. Pool is fake, no sunbeds, no beach towel provided. They give you only one towel each guest and the quality is terrible.

Very nice place, near the airport. The place was clean, with a nice living room, 2 comfortable bedrooms and 2 comfortable beds. The owner was very convenient and replied quickly to our questions or request :) The pool is also a real bonus, and it’s clean. I recommend this place !

Myślę że jak na warunki noclegowe w Manili to całkiem dobre miejsce, zatrzymaliśmy się w nim dwa razy: po przylocie na Filipiny i przed wylotem.

Głośne klimatyzatory bez sensownie działającego trybu nocnego.

Host super gentile e disponibile. Appartamento grande e abbastanza pulito. Piscina niente di che. Posizione un po scomoda ma molto sicura.

Everything was perfect. The location, the contact with the owner of the stay + felt super save because of the security.

Was alright! We stayed one night awaiting our next flight. The place was clean, beds comfortable.

The beeping noises from the corridor. The entrance door could be better isolated (that would help keeping any bugs and also the noise out.

Para ir a cualquier sitio, había muchas carreteras cortadas y los taxis tardaban mucho en llegar.

It was cozy. And it is near at the airport. Near to convenient stores and restaurants. It is so safe too.

The floor was a little dirty. The door at the shower is hard to close/open

It was cozy. The host are responsive. The security guards are really kind. It was really a safe place to stay specially travelling with you g children.

At first the wifi was not working. The host did fix it but only at the 2nd day of stay when we were about to leave. So we did not actually enjoyed watching netfix or youtube.
