Beau cottage, à proximité de Clifden et de tous les centres d'intérêts du Connemara. Calme du logement et qualité des infrastructures. La région est juste magnifique.

A lovely little cottage in a perfect location close enough to Clifden town. The accommodation was well equipped and the host was super helpful.

Simon est un super hote. Accueillant, agréable et dispo. Il nous donné les bonnes adresses et il a pris le temps de nous indiquer les beaux endroits à visiter. La maison était parfaite pour notre famille. Très confortable, on se sent tout de suite comme à la maison.

Accueil chaleureux, fleurs fraîches. Tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, se détendre. Proche ville , parc national, lieux de promenade.

La literie des 3 lits est totalement à changer. Personnes de plus de 180 cm et ayant des problèmes de dos s’abstenir. Ce qui était le cas de mon mari et les 3 nuits ont été compliquées.

Superbe maison aux portes du Connemara (seulement 10 min en voiture de l'entrée du Parc National). Très bien équipée (en électroménager, vaisselle, mais aussi présence de sel, poivre, café), propre, grande, au calme dans un petit lotissement, à seulement 3 minutes de LIDL et ALDI et 5 minutes du centre ville de Clifden. Une hôtesse très gentille lors de la remise des clefs, qui a pris le temps de nous faire faire le tour de la maison, et qui nous a dit de ne pas hésiter à la contacter si moindre soucis (qu'il n'y a pas eu mais c'est rassurant quand même). Tout était parfait, merci.

Maybe just missing a downstairs loo only because we had elderly father with us so would have been easier but we managed fine

Communication on arrival time and getting keys not great but great host interaction.

Unit was spacious and very comfortable. Great for a 2 night stay and simple to use as a base for our daily trips. Facilities were just as we needed - lovely shower and beds provided a great sleep. Will certainly use again when we come back this way

The home was clean, spacious and very well equipped. The owner came by to hand us the keys herself and chatted to us for a bit, which I found quite enjoyable aswell.

Everything was spotless, the house supplied everything you could possibly need. Beautiful warm house, amazing location. Amazing scenery and a great base to explore Connemara.

I can’t find a fault with this property

Location is only good if you have a car or get a taxi ........ you could not walk into town as there are no footpaths for the first part of the walk and the road is very busy. We did get a taxi but for the short distance one way into Supermacs it was 12 euro which was a lot. I do think every holiday home should have the safe box where people can let themselves in....... it is very good for people that arrive at anytime within the check in time.

I found the beds very uncomfortable for adults and for children. First time I ever went to a house to stay to find no channels on the TV....... I don't believe in having to log into my own Disney+ or Netflix when I am away........ basic channels should be on it. And there was no radio. The house was cold for the month of October heating should be on before people arrive and the heating didn't come on often enough with it been winter months.

Lovely little holiday home, great kitchen facilities (although we only did tea & toast). Lots of books and toys provided by the owners & good wifi too. Great location, not too far from the town although it's not a road that we would feel safe walking in the dark.

The bed is coming to the end of it's run.

The little house was well equipped, clean and warm. As weary travellers we received a warm welcome from the owner Grianne. We would highly recommend this little house.

Can’t rate this property highly enough. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We have nothing negative to say about it.

From the moment Simon gave us the keys and showed us the property, we were totally impressed with everything. Everything was provided from tea coffee , a huge selection of books, cookery books, board games, smart TV, . The property was exceptional clean. My daughter and her partner were very impressed as well. It was the best property that we have ever stayed in. Well done to Simon for providing us with such a luxury holiday home. We return with fantastic memories from our stay at Cliften Glen. Again thank you Simon for making us feel at home.

Everything about the holiday home was exceptional. You could not fault anything, it was the best holiday home that we have ever stayed in . Simon has a wonderful holiday home.

The house was perfect. Very clean and comfortable and had everything for a perfect stay. There were lots of books etc suitable for all ages. Lots of board games and cards, more than enough to keep us all entertained, we didn't once turn on the TV. A perfect place for a weekend break.

There wasn't anything I could fault about this property

Great location close by to things but in a quiet area. House was clean and comfortable. Hosts were very kind and friendly. We were on a family trip, and they had loads of toys, children’s books, high chair, travel cot for us. Since it’s a community area, there was a playground on site. Perfect for a family trip

Very central location, quiet area with green views, had fast internet and fully equipped kitchen, warm house, modern and cosy with all necessary appliances. Excellent shower

Property cosy lil house, newly renovated from looks of it as it was modern and very clean, fully equipped, with lots to help cook like dried herbs and cooking oil etc. Grainne was there to meet us as arranged and kindly ran thru all in house with me like heating etc, had plenty left over in the meter, didn't need to top up. Me and teenage boys all loved the location SO VERY scenic, tennis court a plus and big mowed field for football and big plus our lil dog Freddie could come too!

Everything. We were surprised at how good its looking and how clean it was. It included a coffee machine, which was a plus for us.

The only thing that was an issue for my husband was the bed from the master bedroom. He is 1.85 tall and he couldn't fit into bed. So keep in mind that the bed is small if you are taller than 1.80. Maybe the owner can consider resizing the bed and everything would be perfect.

Host was very helpful and friendly. the house was very clean and had everything we needed. beds were comfy and location was great if you have a car.

Not much I didn't like apart from the upstairs can get quite hot

The location was very good and very close to the town. The house had everything what's needed. Very clean.

If you want to explore Connemara, Clifden Glen is the ideal location to do it from. Centrally located. Near shops ,restaurants and bars.

The house was cosy with everything we needed for our stay. Grainne met us to give us the keys and gave some helpful tips about the area, especially where to eat.

The holiday home was exceptional. It was like home from home.
