Geo Suite - Sunway Pyramid & Sunway Lagoon

Location was ok for my purpose. There's a supermarket and fast food joints and restaurants downstairs which makes it convenient.

Unfortunately, a few things doesn't settle well with me. I come to Sunway Geo often for my treatments so I know how the space is like. At first, I thought I was renting an apartment. But actually it was a commercial space being turned into a rental unit and the management of the building does not allow Airbnb-type rental. So I had to lie on the first day saying I have to meet a client in that unit in order to get the keys in the mailbox. Didn't like that. Secondly, since it is a commercial space, it's quite empty at night and I don't feel very safe especially when I had to come back late at night. Parking was also not provided and the owner mentioned that overnight parking is not allowed. Had to pay RM16 a day just to park. And also, there's a RM200 deposit which they do not mention in the ad. Found out about it a day before checking in via Whatsapp.

The room should be spacious and clean.

I would like a room with an exhaust fan in the bathroom. I would also like the key card to be delivered in person.

Location perfect. d person in charge is very accommodating.

Both d mattresses too old and hard, can feel d spring with a hole at d center. Overall d room looks old.

家族3人で4泊しました。とてもきれいでセキュリティもしっかりしていたので、快適に過ごせました。洗濯機、アイロンなどすべてそろっていたので自分の家のように過ごすことができました。

Only location is good

It’s torn, shabby and smelly. Except the location I didn’t like any of the facilities as these are below standards.

Frankly, I would rate this apartment between 2.5 to 3 stars. There are three main reasons for this. First, the parking situation is quite inconvenient. It’s difficult to locate, not easy to manage, and comes at an additional cost, whereas many other apartments we’ve stayed in usually include parking. Second, there is essentially no service. Basic necessities like drinking water and extra toilet paper were not provided, and there was no one available to assist us when needed. For example, when we returned one night, our door card didn’t work for quite some time, which could have left us locked out. Finally, the interior feels incomplete, almost like a half-finished apartment, which affected the overall comfort of the stay

A/C needs to be fixed or maybe a bigger BTU A/C needs to be installed as it doesn’t get a lot cooler. Need at least two key cards as it is not easy to go out and come in when you have around 4 people coming in/out at different times.

Stayed a couple of times here. The room is quite big and comfy. Necessary items like hairdryer, etc are provided. The aircon was leaking though during our stay but host was quick in responding. Location is good too. Overall, still happy staying here and will still go back next time.

Check-in procedure. The check-in is a bit troublesome as we have to fill in some details to register as visitor to collect the access card.

Very near Sunway Lagoon

The property is not approved to be used as a homestay, no free parking, it is a soho, neighbor are all sort of operation, offices, therapy consultants etc. Not suitable for family holiday stay. The lighting at dining area are so low tht you knock onto it. Not sofa for sitting.

The apartment was not as advertised...in my view...a scam that foes not deserve to be on booking.com

Great location and very convenient. Easy to move around the Sunway University, Sunway Pyramid & Sunway Lagoon area with plenty of food, shopping, and transport nearby. The suite was clean, comfortable, and ideal for a short stay.

The unit itself was clean and comfortable, and the location near Sunway Lagoon is very convenient. Facilities inside the room were as described, and there are many places nearby for eating and shopping, which made the stay easy. The host was friendly and responsive throughout. Guests should be aware that the building does not officially allow short-term stays, and we were given instructions before arrival not to mention AirBnb or short-term rental to building security. We were personally okay with this kind of unusual check-in, and it seems fairly common in Malaysia, and our stay went smoothly. That said, it would be better if this information was disclosed more transparently in the listing, or at least shared at the time of booking rather than on the check-in date, so guests can decide in advance if they are comfortable with the arrangement. Overall, a good stay mainly for the location and comfort, but clearer communication would improve the experience. 8/10

It was very good value for money

It was a bit of a maze to get in and out and with many suitcases its not the most practical but it was still a very pleasant experience

Proximity to Jaya Grocer, Gogo Laundrette and a host of restaurants. Sunway Pyramid is only 10min ride away using BRT.

The property should be labelled as Sunway Geo Avenue service apartment at Tower A instead of some unfamiliar name like Geo Suite which even Grab drivers may not know.

The location of the property is great. The owner is very responsive and kind.

There are no induction cooker or cooking utensils in the property. You can only eat cup noodles in the property instead of cooking your own hot food. I would suggest the owner to put induction cooker and some cooking utensils in the property. The shower head is a bit loose and cannot sit on the holder. The shower gel in the bathroom looks expired and unsafe to use.

The location was excellent. There was a Mall downstairs and Sunway Pyramid Mall was just 15 minutes away. Public transport was 2minites away to USJ7 to KL. I had a good stay.

It could be noisy (thin walls). Check in was a bit difficult. To much steps for self check in.

the location is very convenient for us who needs to go to sunway Hospital often. Also a lot of foods, laundry and supermarkets that we could go to buy what we need. the bed and couch were comfy. it has everything you need to stay. also the room has a lot of sunlight!

the toilet was wobbly and took quite some time to collect water to flush. other than that it was fine

The place was clean and basic amenities were provided. Check in was easy and a lot of food available around the area.

There was a buzzing sound coming from a little box with red light on the ceiling.

The parking... Parking need to pay... But if u can nego with the valet parking to lower the parking ticket price for visitor staying a night or 2... Its more better... Thats why i give a 9 instead of 10 😇

The room was exceptionally clean and there were essential supplies (eg. Shower gel, trash bags) throughout our stay. Sheets were fresh and towels smelled good too. Location was on spot with many eateries just at the ground floor and there was even a supermarket. Walking to nearby amenities was also convenient with many transport options. Definitely coming back to stay again.

The location of this unit is superb, opposite Sunway Medical and walking distance to Sunway Pyramid, even at the ground level its surrounded with many F&B, within walking distance only, so totally love the location :)

This is an office lot converted into home-stay, so no facilities at all, but more than offset by its strategic location

It has many amenities nearby. It has a supermarket, many restaurants, salons and even a food court. Extremely convenient if you travel by Grab. Room is spacious with basic electrical appliances. Security is tight too.
