Reviewed Apr 10, 2026The room was nice and large, Kitchen had everything you need to cook, TV had netflix and the balcony was great for fresh air.. AC was great and worked well... Sunway has free internet in the street, which helped to msg host and get codes. Within walking distance to lagoon park and the mega malls of this town... Safe at night for solo traveller
Was hard to find with the instructions from the host and as i had no internet I could not use maps.. Sunway has free internet but host did not advise me of this and if I couldnt connect I would not have got code to get into the appartment.. Lock box was extremly hard to find, Basement access was a bit annoying if you are walking as have to go up and down car ramp to get to the lifts for this tower.. Not great with a suitcase... Bathroom is old but clean..... Enterning code everytime you have to open door is not ideal especially if you have shopping or things in your hand.. Lifts take forever.

I requested for 2 adjacent rooms which I didn't get and eventually have to keep my kids on the other floor and was very inconvenient. The door lock was stucked from the inside during mid night thanks to the manager who responded instantly and sent a mechanic to fix it.

Slightly confusing way to get the keys (I've done many such stays but it wasn't clear initially that there were two sets of mailboxes). Perhaps a drawn map would help instead of just videos and pictures. I thought it would be nice to sleep with the balcony doors open but there's quite a lot of traffic noise - no problem if the door is closed though

This is basically student accommodation. A one towel per person policy. I had to justify why I needed an additional towel to wash my hair. Surprised, given the towels were old and worn. The bathroom shower was so high it missed. The bathtub felt like it would collapse. Brush with hair in the complimentary toiletries cabinet, bed was short and hard, and the pillows were old. Broken window latches and marks on walls. Took these photos due to strict house rules about prices for damage. The first apartment was completely different from the photos. We asked for the room shown, and we were moved. However, the bed was short and hard. The bathroom is old and dated but a bit cleaner. The safe in both rooms wasn't working.

Reviewed Mar 16, 2025Location is very convenient as it is near eateries and shopping mall. Obtaining the key was very simple and it was easy to communicate with the hosts. Being in a central and proponent area, it was also easy to obtain taxis/Grab. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning was.
Felt like the room could have be cleaned/prepared better. I stayed on two separate occasion and found the same hair still in the same location. Whilst using the toilet, a small cockroach appeared and the shower curtain could do with some replacing as the bottom was dirty.

Reviewed Mar 7, 2025My unit at 29th Floor. Unit clean and well maintained. Balcony's view @ Sunway Lagoon. Quiet and not facing the main road. Good for single or double stay. Unit is just right above Sunway Pyramid and walking distance to Sunway Lagoon.
