South marina apartment MS10 Wi-Fi available

Unterkunft wie beschrieben, einfach aber alles dort was man brauchte, der Pool keine 20 m. Von der Terrasse entfernt, nette Nachbarn und eine sehr sichere Umgebung,

Hatte nichts zu beanstanden, alles bestens, check aut konnte problemlos bis 15.30 in der.unterkunft bleiben da mein Flug erst am Abend ging war.das noch ein toller Tag am Pool

Da Erdgeschoss direkter Zugang zum Pool. 2 Bäder. Klimaanlage. Konnte auch mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Fliegengitter.

Die Ausstattung des Gebäudes/Apartments war für Ägyptische Verhältnisses sicherlich top. In einem der beiden Bäder war der Warmwasserbereiter leider defekt (Duschen für mich trotzdem ok, da Wasser ca 25grad hat aus der Leitung. Für meine Freundin zu kalt). In der Dusche fehlt leider was zum Abstellen von z.B. Duschgel.

‏The chalet offers good value for money

• There were geckos inside the chalet — I found two during my stay, one in a bedroom, which forced me to stop using that room completely. So I only used one room. ‏ • The outdoor terrace was full of geckos, with gecko droppings constantly present. At night, their loud noises were very disturbing, making it uncomfortable to spend time outside. ‏ • One of the water heaters was broken during the stay, and the bathroom sink was cracked, which was disappointing and inconvenient. ‏ • The host’s attitude was unprofessional and rude. She spoke disrespectfully, and when I tried to arrange my transportation, she refused to give me the chalet location until just a few hours before arrival. ‏ • Her communication style was very poor. She is mocking the guests for getting the chalet at a low price. You can check her responses to other reviews on Booking to see how she reacts aggressively whenever someone mentions a problem. ‏ • Guests are asked to take out their trash before leaving, which is something that should be clearly mentioned in the listing. ‏ • The listing says the host speaks Arabic and English, but in reality, she does not speak Arabic at all.

Location is just 3 to 4 minutes downtown or the marina

The stay was perfect as always. This unit has become my go-to spot in Gouna simple, comfortable, and always consistent. Feels like a second home.

Very clean, well maintained and felt like home, very nice furnitured. Perfect location, pool right in front of the balcony. Have stayed in several apartment in the compound but this is the best, considering price quality. Very kind owner as well.

Extremely dirty, dirty bed sheets, stained, dirty floors, walls, everything is dirty to the point that I had to put my clothes on the bed to sleep on them and to use them as covers. Weird insects on the bed and in the house. ACs in one room not working and the other one was leaking water. When i tried to talk to the owner about the cleanliness and the hygiene of the place and having the basic nessecities like toilet paper or soap, she was very rude and she said this is a cheap apartment, if you want something better then you have to pay extra and you can go somewhere else and she confirmed that the place was clean even though it was disastrously dirty. I dont think that the hygiene or the cleanliness of the place has anything to do with how much the place costs.

Everything was perfect, very clean, cozy and comfortable. Excellent location, few minutes walk to Marina and Downtown. Excellent and supportive host. Definitely we will come back again. Thank you Jill for making our stay unforgettable

I had the most relaxing and delightful stay! The apartment was spotless and absolutely charming, and I couldn't have asked for a better place to unwind. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help. I truly enjoyed every moment and will definitely be back for another lovely stay!

Everything was good and the host is very helpful that she even allowed me to check out a bit late and the location is 15 min walk to downtown and Marina. Of course I'll come back again!!

The location was amazing and near Downtown and Abu Tig Marina. It was clean, safe and it had a pool.. Easy to find and check in. Friendly host.

I had an amazing stay at this chalet in Gouna! It was clean, well-furnished, and in a perfect location close to marina. The view was stunning. The host was very helpful, making the experience even better. Highly recommend !

The compound was very calm, and the fact that the pool in front of the house was just epic. The house is spacious, and the kitchen was well equipped

A very cosy place, amaizing location close to all amenities and facilities (midway between the Marina and down town- 15 mins walking each side), the owner was very cooperative and attentive, we did really enjoy our stay, thank you

Extremely cozy, clean and well equipped apartment. location is ideal as it is close to a couple of beaches. The pool is a couple of meters away from the terrace which was perfect. Jill is such a friendly, nice and lovely host. Very helpful and managed to support us during the whole stay. Definitely will come back and pick this place again ❤️

the location is nice in a secured area

the place needs to be seriously renovated. furnitures are in bad shape, the door of the fridge was loose, and difficult to open. one shelve almost fell on us. the tap of the sink was also loose. the bathroom is not in good conditions. the doors of the shower are not watertight so there is plenty of water everywhere. the flush of the toilet is leaking. once we left the place, the owner wanted to put on our back a lot of damages that were not ours.

The Apartement is very neat, clean, and cozy with a pleasant view of the pool and garden and the compound is well-secured and quite. Minutes away from the bus station and the Marina. The owner, Jilly is a truly nice, decent and helpful person ❤️ I really enjoyed my stay there and will come again for sure. 😍

really cozy and clean! this 2 bed 2 bath apartment is really a perfect place to relax, quiet small gated compound. close to the marina. we used to walk to the restaurants in downtown and the marina. the beds are comfy and super clean and they smell fresh. The backyard is nice and has a shared small swimming pool. kitchen is well equipped with hi end appliances and silverware, all bedrooms and living rooms are air conditioned. Landlord is such a decent person and easy to reach. we really liked this place and will definitely stay there again.
