Unfortunately the toilet was broken, the drain in the shower was barely going down so the water was all over, and it was not thoroughly cleaned.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2025we didn't like it. we agreed with the owner that we would check in half an hour earlier, he said that it was possible. when we arrived, no one met us. half an hour later, the cleaners arrived, opened the apartment, it turned out to be uncleaned. we had to wait another hour for them to clean. the apartment is dirty, the bed linen is not the freshest, there are no mattresses for the sun loungers on the beach, the sun loungers themselves and the umbrella above them are broken, wi-fi and TV do not work. the worst thing is that in the morning we discovered that we were bitten by bedbugs. and they bit us all two nights that we spent there. when we booked accommodation in el gouna, we did not expect that it would be an apartment with bedbugs.

some of the promised amenities weren’t available unfortunately. There was only one towel provided for four guests and the Wi-Fi was not working throughout our stay.
