Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Everything was welcoming and clean. We instantly felt at home. There was even coffee, milk, and small refreshments, which we enjoyed. The bed was comfy, and we had everything we needed. Would definitely revisit and recommend to others!
One tiny thing to improve: I recommend installing some lights along the driveway, as it's quite steep and a little tricky to drive on when it's dark.

Car parking was a pain in the arse, the TV was there for show, it didn’t work! There was no gas in the gas bottle so I couldn’t use the BBQ. And the wifi was lucky to be sail up speed

Sadly the WiFi signal was very weak and the very wet weather probably played havoc with the signal. Owners weren't on site so couldn't do much about it during our 2 night stay.

Reviewed Dec 3, 2025Une des belles découvertes de notre séjour, même si nous n'avons pas pu rencontrer nos hôtes, qui n'étaient pas présents lors de notre séjour. C'est un bungalow indépendant, moderne et bien équipé, avec une belle vue sur la baie. Un joli sentier est accessible à quelques mètres.

Reviewed Sep 29, 2025The view and location were absolutely fantastic—so close to town! The room was spacious, the bed incredibly comfortable, and I had two wonderful nights of sleep. The studio is beautifully decorated with local artwork, giving it a lovely, welcoming feel. Check-in and check-out were smooth and effortless.
The only minor downsides were the WiFi cutting out for a couple of hours late at night and the shower temperature being a bit tricky to balance between hot and cold.

Narrow and steep driveway, and tight parking could be an issue for a large vehicle or a less confident driver. The kitchen was very small, difficult to do dishes with "half" sink - if you're eating out, this wouldn't be an issue.

Weather was wild as we didn't get too use it. But it's lovely! Bed was so comfortable and pillows were cloudy!!! Bathroom so big and spacious warm! Whole room feels modern-ly gorgeous! Too our host whom accommodated us We loved it here!! We are very thankful for your top tier service!! Yous are eveything!! WE thank yous so much for having us!!!

Wonderful views, the birds singing in the morning, surrounded by greenery and very quiet, super nicely furnished inside, comfortable bed, small kitchenette with fridge, kettle, micro wave, toaster, perfect! Very close to town and to the surf beaches. I would have loved to stay longer!
There isn’t a proper table to sit down and eat but the weather was nice and it was lovely to sit on the chairs on the private patio outside. There aren’t opportunities to hang clothes but the studio is so lovely that this wasn’t a problem.

Reviewed Nov 14, 2024This is a wow property. It’s absolutely beautiful. The view is stunning. Parking is right in front of the apartment. The bedroom/lounge, kitchen and shower room are all top quality and had everything i needed. It was a luxury stay for a superb price. Birdsong in the morning was fabulous too, so relaxing. Had the perfect hosts who were so friendly and helpful - Richard & Wendy. They were lovely. This was a first class stay for 2 nights in the studio. Highly recommend. I was very sad to leave and it would be my number 1 choice to stay again next time i’m in Raglan.

Reviewed Oct 19, 2024It was an amazingly cute little place that is so beautifully decorated. The kitchen, although small, had everything we needed, including a capsule coffee machine. The bathroom is reasonably big. The bed was big and comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again!
The accommodation is close to the house, but it is still very private and we didn't even realize when the hosts were there or left.
