JiiaSen has been the most lovely host. Welcomed us on our arrival and showed us around the area. Flat is perfect for a family, and conveniently located less than a min walk from the train station. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants downstairs which was handy, there is even a supermarket on the basement of the building. Flat was super clean and we loved our stay there. Host could be contacted at any point and was always responding very promptly. Just a couple of things to note - payment is cash on arrival which we did not anticipate. Round trip to the airport is also not included, probably an error on the page.. but it was smoothly arranged as extra which was really convenient for us. Sofa bed in the living room was ok but not the most comfortable.

The apartment is very spacious - and was perfectly situated for our stay in Taipei. The building is right across the road from Beitou train station. This allowed us to explore downtown Taipei as well as some of the tourist attractions to the North and Northwest within just a few train rides. Also right next to the train station is the bus stop for regular tourist buses to Yangmingshan National Park. In the neighbourhood, you will find great Taiwanese and Japanese eateries and to top things off, there is a major supermarket just downstairs from the building. The perfect location for explorers. The host, JiiaSen did an excellent job providing us with instructions and giving us far more tips for food and tourist venues than we were able to follow up on. We will definitely be back.

The listing said that the stay would include a round-trip airport shuttle. It did not.

Wundervoller netter Gastgeber. Sehr saubere Wohnung. Ausreichend Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Waschmaschine. Alles da was man als Familie braucht. Und dann noch direkt bei der MRT.

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Beitou! The location was incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the MRT, making it easy to explore the area and the rest of Taipei. The unit itself was spotless, spacious, and far more comfortable than many other places we've stayed in Taiwan, where space is often limited. It truly felt like a home away from home. The host was extremely friendly and very helpful, offering great suggestions that made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay in Taipei!

The host was always available to guide us with travel needs. He recommended a great restaurant for Mother’s Day! More than the property, the host was exceptional!

The host, Chiasen, picked us up at the airport and drove us around the area of the apartment to introduce favorite restaurants. The place is just across from the Beitou MTR station and just above a major supermarket (PX Mart) and a drug store. The place is a bit older, but very well equipped, with a full kitchen and nice living room.

The bed was a bit hard for my taste as a side-sleeper, but this is common in Taiwan, where most people sleep on their backs.

Only downside was that the shower isn’t fit for people over 190 cm.
