Reviewed Sep 4, 2026The staff from security drivers and everyone who was on duty were doing an excellent job. The rooms were clean, their food. Breakfast all excellent.
My first disappointment was there was no water to drink, so we had to go buy to the restaurant or shops. Funny noise was disturbing at night from room C112. But I told the receptionist in the morning she told me I should have called them.

They said check in was from 2 o'clock, however, when i arrived, my room was not ready and there was no sense of urgency. They gave alternative room, however i did not like it, there were small windows so when i came back to report that i ll rather wait for my allocated room, i was ignored, and it was so painful.

The shower appeared blocked. I arrived little late but I had to wait for about 20 minutes while they were preparing the room. On the second day my room wasn't cleaned and bed not made up despite the fact that I spent a lot of time outside.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026The location was good, the staff (receptionist) was also good, welcoming and helpful. Everytime I had an issue or a problem in my room they responded very well and good. The place was very clean and cleaned daily.
The pull up blinds looked old, when they are closed someone can see you from the outside, this means that the room during the day will be dark unless you pull them up but also that would mean people outside can see you. The TV only had 5 channels (SABC, eTV, Mnet and Mzansi magic) no option for movies and you had to press the power button multiple times before it can switch on. The room was cleaned everyday but the pillow cases were not changed since Friday until check-out on Sunday, small bathroom towels had stains which were not ours that made us uncomfortable to use them. The kettle was spilling water when boiling.

I have been staying in this very same hotel for sometime now, in most time i visit pretoria. I had never gotten an opportunity to find myself having breakfast with you guys, i see i have been missing out.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Upon I arrival I was not escorted to my room and shown how to get in there.The room was the size of a shoe box.The way the toilet space was so tiny,I could barely wipe my butt.You have to carry your luggage up the stairs because the lift doesn’t take you directly to the reception area.The toilet sink was leaking we had to put towels under the sink.An overall horrible experience, would not recommend.
