Location was great!

Midden in de drukke medina, maar eens binnen opmerkelijk rustig. Volledige riad privaat te gebruiken, met zwembadje en dakterras. Elke kamer heeft eigen sanitair en airco. Proper. Verzorgd ontbijt door vriendelijke dame. Zeer vlotte communicatie met host Elhoussaine. Hij regelde vervoer van en naar luchthaven, gaf uitgebreide uitleg en tips. Dankjewel!

I loved the Riad. It was really cool and clean and spacious for all of us. We had the opportunity to stay between us enjoying the pool and the terrace. Elhoussaine and the other coworkers were great, always delivered a great breakfast in the morning!

Accueil formidable par Elhoussaine, il peut vous proposer toutes activités que vous souhaitez, il est disponible et très réactif! Le Riad très bien placé, proche des souks. Agréable à vivre, chambres spacieuses avec chacune sa salle de bain. Le toit terrasse est très agréable. La cour intérieure dispose d'un toit amovible, qui permet de faire rentrer le soleil. Piscine de taille acceptable pour se rafraichir. Pour les repas et petits déjeuner, ils sont très bons, et copieux ! Merci à la cuisinière !

We had a fantastic trip. Whilst the accommodation was excellent, the absolute stand out feature was the communication, guidance, friendliness, helpfulness and genuine brilliance of Houssine. This was our first time to Marrakesh and our experience would have been very different without him - from top tips, recommendations and advice to sourcing good value tagines, navigating the Medina and where to pick up essentials. Nothing was too much: we are very grateful to Houssine and Nezha for everything.

Two of our party of five thought the beds were too hard!

Un super emplacement au calme et près de la place Jemaa el fna, Rita et Houssine qui sont vraiment accueillants et tellement gentils, le Riad dans son ensemble très agréable, la terrasse, les chambres on s’y sent très bien et c’est l’essentiel. Le petit déjeuner de Rita, les crêpes mille trous un délice. Les conseils d’Houssine pour la sortie dans le désert et les restaurants à tester, un grand merci à eux.

La piscine non chauffée car pas l’équipement pour le faire malheureusement. Le fait de ne pas avoir les chambres de faites tous les jours avec changement de serviettes au quotidien pour l’avoir déjà eu dans une autre location de Riad à Marrakech c’est appréciable même si c’est pas grave en soi. Le tarif pour les tajines et couscous, 19€ pour une personne trop cher du coup on n’a pas testé.

Nezha en Elhoussaine waren heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Riad très jolie,situé très proche de la place Jamal El fna. Nezha qui était la personne s’occuper de nous pendant le séjour. Le petit déjeuner. Le ménage était très gentille à l’écoute. Son petit déjeuner était excellent. Elle était très serviable. Cela était très propre d’une bienveillance. Et concernant Elhocein, celui qui s’occupait de tout ce qui était intendance aussi était très gentil à l’écoute. Répondez de suite j’étais très satisfaite de ce séjour. Nous avons été très contente, je recommande vivement.

Magnifique ! Des chambres a la terrasse tout est très beau! Nous avons Nisha pour le petit déjeuner une merveille pour les papilles, et très bel accueil de Houssine! Nous avons passé 4 jours excellents !!

Tolle Lage, ziemlich zentral und vollkommen ruhig. Nette Zimmer, gutes Frühstück. Da es in unserer Reisewoche leider ungewöhnlich kalt war, konnten wir den Aufenthaltsbereich und Rooftop leider kaum nutzen.

Veldig fin beliggenhet, fint og rent inne i riaden. Personalet var velig hyggelige og hjelpsomme.

Un lujo tener a una persona que cocine el desayuno a diario para tí: tortitas y panes típicos con mermeladas, queso y café con leche. Adorable

No hubo nada negativo pero si pudiéramos pedir, pediriamos poder climatizar la piscina para aprovecharla más en invierno, pero por lo general, nada más. A lo mejor, más luz en los baños. Espacio privado, terraza preciosa, zona segura, habitaciones enormes con camas cómodas, climatización ideal.

El desayuno muy completo. La ubicación es buena pero nos costó mucho encontrarlo el primer dia porque no tiene indicaciones ni en la calle ni en la puerta.

Encntre a faltar un juego de toallas completo en las habitaciones. Solo había una pequeñita para la cara y dos de baño grandes.

TODO. Su ubicación, su amplio patio, sus habitaciones, el roof-top, la piscina….. y EL PERSONAL!! Tanto Elisa como Elhouseine fueron amabilísimos!! Facilitadores en todo momento y unos desayunos de reinas!!!

Nulla, e’ stato tutto perfetto. A parte il tempo che non dipende da Babmoon 😅 sarebbe stato bellissimo fare un bagno ma era troppo freddo!

Lo mejor la atención de Houassine y el desayuno. La ubicación perfecta. Esta todo limpisimo.

Hace frío en la habitación y el aire caliente va despacio. Faltaba alguna toalla de más y alfombrilla en el baño.

Great hosts that took care of us the whole time. The Riad is in the Medina and you can quickly reach any place from there. I liked very much the rooftop terrace.

The electric heater for the hot water was very small tank, so it was a fast showering for the two of us.

El Riad está excelentemente ubicado y es exactamente tal como aparece en las fotos. El desayuno fue abundante y muy bueno. Elhoussaine, que fue la persona que nos atendió, estuvo pendiente de todo en todo momento: nos ayudó con sugerencias, gestionó reservas y facilitó la estancia muchísimo. En conjunto, ha sido una experiencia muy satisfactoria y totalmente recomendable.

Tout était très bien, comme si on était chez soit. Hüseyin nous a très bien accueilli, toujours disponible quand on avait besoin de lui, très gentil agréable et à l’écoute, ils nous accompage du début à la fin. Très bon petit déjeuné. Merci.

A estadia foi maravilhosa! O riad está impecavelmente cuidado e muito limpo, oferecendo um ambiente acolhedor e tranquilo. O serviço foi excecional — toda a equipa demonstrou uma simpatia genuína e uma atenção ao detalhe que fez toda a diferença. O pequeno-almoço sempre delicioso e muito bem preparado. Recomendo vivamente.

Very clean, you have all you need inside. Nice to use the pool after a long day in the hot weather of Marrakech. Friendly staff, coming each morning to prepare a delicious breakfast and making sure you have everything you need. A+++ for the staff that will help with anything and tell you all the tips you need for a good stay in the city.

Le riad correspond exactement à la description. Nous avons été accueilli par Hussein et Nezha qui ont été d'un gentillesse exceptionnelle.

Le Riad est très bien situé, très bien équipé, très beau et propre. Les contacts sur booking avec les propriétaires ont été fluides et sympa. Sur place Elhoussaine a été super sympa, nous a super bien accueillis et guidés. Ses conseils ont été très utiles. Je recommande fortement ce riad. Nous avons passé de super bonnes vavances en famille.

Our host, Hussain went above and beyond to cater to us at our stay. He was very helpful with local suggestions and set us up with local guide on our first night. He would check in with us to see if we needed anything and he was fun to talk to and get to know and entertained us with music. Breakfast was fantastic! We were served a variety of foods and very large portions. We enjoyed the breakfast on both the downstairs patio and the upstairs terrace. Hussain also arranged a private dinner for just our party the first night which was nice since were tired from the travel day and the food was delicious. The rooms are very nice and the bed had a nice firm mattress and firm pillows. The downstairs bedroom had a smaller bed and a low ceiling in the bathroom but worked fine for our one shorter guest. The AC in each bedroom worked well which was nice when it's very hot outside. Thank you for this wonderful stay, a trip we will not forget!

The only downside to this property was the Wifi was very poor.

There was nothing we didn’t like

Our stay at Riad Babmoon was simply wonderful. The structure is welcoming, well-kept and immersed in the magic of Marrakech, but the real added value was Elhoussain, an empathetic, kind, helpful person who is always attentive to every detail. Every morning with Nezha, he pampered us with delicious and varied breakfasts, prepared with care and a genuine smile. The magic of his voice accompanied us in a delicious dinner prepared by them. He supported us with precious advice, helping us to experience the city in an authentic and serene way. Thank you Hussein for your discreet but fundamental presence: you made our experience special.

Breakfasts were good with lots of local breads and pastries and eggs. Freshly pressed orange juice, water, tea coffee etc. They shopped for fresh items each day and cooked an excellent meal for us on the first evening. They introduced us to an excellent off-line mapping app which was far better than google etc. for navigating by foot in the medina and souks. They also gave very useful sightseeing and restaurant recommendations and highlighted the locations within the app. We had a late flight home and they were happy for us to stay much later than the check out time. The pool, although a little small for serious swimming was clean, refreshing and cool in the heat of the day.

Riad Babmoon is an enchanting blend of traditional Moroccan charm and modern comforts. Very close to the vibrant medina, but with a serene atmosphere providing a perfect escape from the bustling streets. The décor is stunning, with intricate tilework, cosy courtyards, and elegantly furnished rooms reflecting authentic Moroccan craftsmanship. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming, providing attentive service and Houssine provided us with helpful local tips. We enjoyed a delicious traditional breakfast downstairs but we could also have had it on the rooftop terrace. Riad Babmoon was Ideal for us and anyone seeking an authentic and relaxing Marrakesh experience, would not be disappointed!

Beautiful property and excellent location within the medina. Great terrace with plenty of seating areas both in the sun and covered. All the rooms had their own bathrooms with toiletries provided. Our host Houssine was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. He helped us to organise a number of trips. Housekeeper was good and welcoming.

Breakfast variety could be improved to include yoghurt and eggs, to balance out the sugary options.

The Riad was beautiful and quiet with alot of privacy

It was very beautiful; all 5 rooms were wonderful; large beds even though some of the mattresses were rock hard. The roof terrace was amazing and the finishes and design super! Rita was amazing! Kind, positive and cheerful; happy to engage and really looked after us! Hussaine,forgive the spelling, was a joy! Picking us up, helping us with choices, advice ; always on hand. One night he came and played the guitar, sang Arab folk songs and stories to go with it; very special to us! Regards, Marianne

So cold! In the bedrooms fine but breakfast around the table when it’s just 6 degrees is a bit of a trial; we took to closing the roof awning to try and preserve a bit of heat and ate with our coats on; needless to say we couldn’t use the pool; a thick curtain for the loungie nook and some sort of heating down stairs would be great and heat the pool during the winter. Also, where the bathroom is small, do create some kind of screen; easily achieved but it would prevent the rest of the bathroom getting soaked including guest’s belongings. Regards, Marianne

It's a really beautiful private Riad off the main streets in the centre of the Medina, so very central and close to everything but still quiet. Houssine is your insider to Marrakech, and gave us a very warm welcome and was always available and responsive via WhatsApp for tips. We were only two people so had 5 bedrooms & bathrooms to ourselves. It was December so a bit too cold to use the pool, but it looked inviting. The terrace is huge and the roof of the Riad opens up so I imagine it would be great when it's warmer. Ghita the cook and cleaner is available to come to the Riad every morning to make breakfast and tidy and is very friendly. Thank you for an unforgettable stay.
