MOA Staycation with Netflix & Disney Pool Access at Casa Bella S Residences

It's our 2nd time staying here. As always, our stay was very pleasant. The host is very responsive and they were able to immediately resolve our wifi issues. The unit is clean and cozy. It is very accessible to convenience stores, restaurants, and malls. A great place to stay if you have an event near MOA or SMX

All round I thought the property was pretty good

The only thing was the wifi didn’t work until the day we were leaving but I think that was a problem in the whole building

Room was small but functional, and the property is close to SM Mall of Asia — convenient for a short layover.

Small but functional room, but with several inconveniences — no adequate plug points, no drinking water refill option, and no iron or hair dryer. The host provided a complicated Wi-Fi login process and sent multiple emails outside of Booking.com, which felt unnecessary. The unit is located far from the elevators, and the approach corridor next to the pool is very dark after sunset with no lighting, which doesn’t feel safe or secure. Otherwise, the property is fine and may be suitable for a short layover or one night’s stay at most.

Its was an excellent Staycation. I love it we enjoy it with my wife. The Staff also the contact in the Hotel is so Responsive.. The Room was so Clean, the ambiace is great..Relaxing.. It was safe and Near in Moa.. Its Just the pool is not available when we stay 😅 But Overall it was nice.. Highly Recomended..

its Just that you cannot Lock th Door in the Balcony and no Aircon Inside the Bedroom its a bit hot although they have fan...

Its a cosy little place with a good price value. Malls and shops arround the corner

The host is very kind and responsive to queries. Walking distance to MOA, which is very convenient because I had an event nearby. The place was very nice and cozy. It was also very quiet. I loved the ambience, especially the lobby and common areas. It feels like you're staying at a hotel.

Small towels and no toothbrush provided. But it's fine because there are many convenience stores nearby.

It's in a quiet neighborhood. May restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Malapit sa MOA.

I didn't prepare myself for the toiletries kasi nasanay ako sa hotel accomm. May handsoap. Not sure kung ano yung liquid dispenser sa may bathroom kung shampoo ba or sabon or both. There's no toothbrush and paste. Buti I got some left over from my travel. And yung tualya is maliit and manipis and there's only 1. Location wise, it's a walking distance lang sa MOA though mahirap lumabas late at night kasi there is no other way than sa madilim na street. Better book for a ride online.
