Very nice staff, always helpful and smiles. Hotel is down a alleyway so a lot quieter. Rooms are exactly like the photos, and excellent shower pressure. Good breakfast selection. Overall we found the hotel to be very good and very convenient location.

Molto vicino alla stazione di new Delhi, raggiungibile anche a piedi. Uno degli hotel più puliti in cui sono stata in India (non al 100% corrispondente agli standard occidentali, ma molto sopra la media). Staff molto gentile. Stanza silenziosa.

C’erano alcuni insetti morti in alcuni angoli della mia stanza, come detto gli standard igienici sono buoni ma non al 100% corrispondenti a quelli occidentali

Hotel molto bello con camere pulite e spaziose. Non vi fate spaventare dalla strada in cui si trova, dentro è bellissimo e in pieno stile degli hotel europei. Ha anche una terrazza dove si può mangiare. Noi abbiamo fatto cena e abbiamo mangiato molto bene.

No vehicle access road to the facility.The walking path ito the hotel is derty, dusty and looks highly unsafe as the location of the facility is inside a heavily congested slum like area .I don't think a foreigner can walk to that location in night as No vehicle access to the facility. Even Facility owners don't show a picture of a facility from out side I think purposefully misleading people who book the place We find the place with great difficulty as even Google maps don't point out the location correctly as no motorable access road After seeing the unsafe environment we immediately came out and cansaled the Booking

The food is fantastic, the staff is really friendly. Especially Mehbub is a great help. The rooms are superbly clean.

Come già segnalato in altre recensioni, per raggiungere l’hotel è necessario arrivare in tuk tuk e percorrere poi gli ultimi 50-100 metri a piedi. Il primo impatto con la strada di accesso può lasciare un po’ perplessi, soprattutto appena arrivati. Una volta entrati, però, la sensazione cambia completamente: l’hotel è ampio, spazioso e pulito e la nostra camera era molto confortevole. La cosa che ho apprezzato di più è stata senza dubbio la gigantesca finestra della camera, con una vista molto “reale” sul quartiere e sui tetti di Delhi. Non è la classica vista da cartolina, ed è proprio questo il suo fascino: sembra quasi di guardare un quadro vivo, con davanti agli occhi tutta l’intensità e le contraddizioni di questa India incredibile. Nel complesso, un soggiorno che mi è piaciuto molto e una struttura che sorprende positivamente una volta superato il primo impatto con la zona esterna.

Buena recepción, todo el equipo muy bien. Las habitaciones son super amplias y en mi caso muy luminosa. Aire acondicionado funciona bien, baño limpio. Las camas muy cómodas. Todo súper bien.

Creo que sería mejor si el equipo no pusiera la música tan alta mientras limpia, quizás con auriculares sería mejor y así el resto podemos descansar o trabajar con comodidad

バスタブ付きにしたが、案内された部屋には無く指摘すると移動してタブ付き部屋に。とても掃除したとは思えない清潔さだった為、結局シャワーのみ使いました。

This is my favourite hotel in Paharganj, I usually spend a week when I arrive and another before I leave in this area, Main Bazaar is full on, but the shoppjng is great. A decent hotel is a must, to get off the street and stay in relative comfort at affordable cost (except February, when prices go up for the month). I always book here.

A good deal for Paharganj. It is clean, modem and well maintained. I stayed in Paharganj many times, and this was the best deal for the money by far. Highly recommended for Paharganj. I'd stay there again in my next trip to New Delhi.

The location is a mixed bag. It is indeed close to the New Delhi Station and Connaught Place. The area is home to many low-cost accommodations, restaurants and shopping. But overall neighborhood is not very clean, somewhat chaotic, and full of touts who make a walk down the street a challenge. But this hotel is low-cost, modern, clean and convenient.

Es handelt sich um ein Hotel, das offenbar ziemlich neu ist. Schönes, sehr sauberes Zimmer mit grossem Badezimmer. Schöne Dachterrasse, freundliches Personal. Das Hotel ist aus meiner Sicht eine gute Wahl, wenn man im lebendigen Gebiet rund um die Main Bazar Road untergebracht sein will.

Ich fand es schade, dass man nicht auf der Dachterrasse frühstücken konnte. Der Kühlschrank in meinem Zimmer ging nicht.

Au restaurant on ne vous rend pas la monnaie si vous ne la demandez pas... lavage du linge horrible, mauvaise odeur à prix exorbitant. 3 fois plus cher que laundry a 100 mètres., je l’ai su trop trad.ppir le prix de la chambre on attend mieux.

Единственный минус, это расположение отеля, он находится в переулке и его не могут найти такси и рикши. Но персонал отеля нам с этим помог и по телефону и лично, даже ночью)

Location was great, food was also very nice, ate on the rooftop in the evening and also for breakfast.

Close to the railway station, which is why we booked this hotel. Reception staff were friendly. The rooftop was relaxing and the rooms were nice.

Hotel didn't appear totally finished, e.g. loose and exposed wires around the room and hotel grounds. We ate on the rooftop on the first night (after a long overnight flight, feeling very tired) and asked if we could pay there and then. The staff insisted that we could pay on check out. We therefore went back to our room after our meal, put the do not disturb sign on and went to sleep. Having just fallen asleep, we were woken up to persistent banging on our door, despite having the do not disturb sign on. The knocking continued until we opened the door. This was the waiter from the rooftop restaurant insisting that we paid for the 2 Kingfishers we had. We only had large notes and the waiter conveniently had no change (!) and so we had to pay with those. A bit disappointing really when we had the do not disturb sign on.

It wasn't clean and even with gps etc it was hard to find and had to walk luggage through streets to get to it asking strangers where it was. Not a 5 a 2 at best...

The property is in a fairly good condition with daily cleaning and all ammenities provided. The included breakfast is good and tasty with some variation. There are some friendly and helpful staff, the manager was helpful with dinner, as we were not aware of choosing halfboard meant just 2 thali options. Could not imagine eating that for 6 nights.

The location is in a narrow street with no car access, there is urinal just outside, opposite the front door. This makes the front stink and lot of flies. The staff are a mixture of some smiling and some making you feel they hate their job. It’s almost summer and you get 2 small bottles of water for 2 people. If you ask for more, some staff will give you 2 more while others will go on and on about only 2 bottles allowed.
