Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert, das Bett war bequem.

Es gab eher wenig Essmöglichkeiteb für Vegetarier.

The facilities were excellent, and the all-inclusive package was incredibly value for money. The aqua park was fantastic, and the events organized by the animation team were amazing, except for yesterday, March 9, 2026. The pool was heated and spotless, with a lifeguard stationed every 15 to 25 meters. The sea was also very good and clean. Special thanks to Mr. Mahomoud at the reception.

Walking to the hotel was a long distance. There’s a noticeable difference in how tourists and Egyptians are treated. The hotel itself is quite old, and the air conditioning doesn’t work very well. The furniture, especially the bed, is very old and needs to be replaced.

Words cannot describe how incredible and memorable our stay at sunny days MIRETTE family resort has been! From the very first moment, the entire team treated us like absolute royalty. We were genuinely surprised and incredibly impressed when Mr.Remon and Mr.Mohamed from reception team welcomed us with very warm welcoming and accommodated us to a nice room with fantastic view 523 for our first stay special thanks to Mr.Remon he was so helpful and attentive This level of generosity, professionalism of Reception team and also main restaurant team with their attention to detail truly exceeded our expectations. However, there was one thing that genuinely surprised us, especially considering the otherwise exceptional level of the hotel with nice permission of using 3 hotel’s facilities the overall experience was outstanding. The hospitality, service, and attention from the team made our stay truly special. Thank you to the incredible team for making our trip unforgettable. With a little improvement to the room condition experience, this hotel can truly deliver an exceptional luxury stay worthy of its outstanding hospitality.

The hotel was very nice . We enjoyed so much there . Special thanks for all staff from the reception sir Mahmoud .Also all the restaurants staff all were helpful and smiling. and cleaning staff .the food was very tasty and there is big variety.

Nous sommes en ce moment même au Mirettes hôtel et nous apprécions notre séjour, monsieur Mouhamed et ces collègues on fait leurs possible pour rendre notre séjour des plus agréables, ils sont professionnels et réactif. L'appartement est très grand et fonctionnel il est agréable pour une famille nombreuse, le monsieur qui s'en occupe fait parfaitement son travail et en plus il est très discret. Nous avons le droit d'utiliser les trois hôtels (restaurants, piscines, plages...)ça évite la monotonie sur tout si vous passez comme nous un long séjour . La plage est magnifique on se croirait aux Maldives 🥰. L'hôtel est idéalement situé. Il y a des rénovations donc ça sera encore plus moderne.

Les snacks de l'après midi manque de variétés.

Le personnel, la nourriture, la propreté, les différentes piscines, sauf la wifi trop faible inefficace il faut revoir la wifi sans avoir besoin de payer

الحقيقة كل حاجة تقريبا حلوة ودي تاني مرة أنزل أنا وأسرتي في هذا المكان واجمل شيء انك بتستخدم مرافق الأربع فنادق كلها في نفس الوقت سواء المطاعم او البسين او البحر ليك الحق في استخدام مرافق المجموعة كلها وبصراحة الأكل جيد ومتنوع والاستاف كله ناس محترمة والمعاملة جيدة

للأسف جهاز التكييف الخاص بالغرفة ده الحاجة الوحيدة اللي كانت سيئة كان صوته عالي جدا جدا الحقيقة مش عارف هما ازاي مش واخدين بالهم من حاجة زي دي

En globalité, notre séjour s’est bien passé. Le personnel de l’accueil nous a très bien reçus et s’est montré agréable dès notre arrivée. Les activités et les animations étaient vraiment au top, avec beaucoup de choix et une bonne ambiance. Les piscines étaient également agréables, même si je pense qu’un nettoyage plus régulier serait nécessaire afin qu’elles soient toujours impeccables.

Globalement, l’hôtel est agréable et j’ai passé un bon séjour. Cependant, plusieurs points m’ont déçue, surtout pour un séjour de longue durée. Tout d’abord, je trouve dommage que le Wi-Fi soit payant. Aujourd’hui, c’est un service qui devrait être inclus, particulièrement dans un hôtel de ce standing. Le choix des desserts reste également quasiment toujours le même. Cela peut sembler un détail, mais lorsqu’on séjourne plusieurs jours, on finit par le remarquer et cela devient assez répétitif. J’ai aussi été assez gênée par l’insistance de certains membres du personnel de la salle de restaurant et du service en chambre concernant les pourboires. J’ai notamment remarqué que certains clients bénéficiaient de petites attentions particulières, comme se faire porter leur tasse ou leur café et se faire servir de manière très personnalisée, alors que ce n’était pas systématiquement le cas pour tout le monde. J’ai parfois eu le sentiment que le service pouvait être différent selon les clients et, honnêtement, cela m’a mise mal à l’aise. En tant que cliente arabe, je n’ai personnellement jamais été sollicitée ou particulièrement prise en charge de cette manière. Peut-être était-ce simplement une impression ou peut-être pensait-on que je ne donnerais pas de pourboire, mais si tel était le cas, je trouve cela vraiment dommage. Un service de qualité devrait être le même pour tous les clients, indépendamment de leurs origines ou de leurs habitudes en matière de pourboire. Enfin, j’ai été déçue par l’absence de réponse à ma demande de geste commercial. Nous avons dû prolonger notre séjour d’une journée supplémentaire en raison de l’annulation de notre vol le jour du départ. J’avais donc demandé s’il était possible d’avoir un geste commercial, même symbolique, et je n’ai malheureusement jamais reçu de réponse. J’aurais simplement apprécié que ma demande soit considérée et qu’on me donne une réponse, qu’elle soit positive ou négative.

J'ai particulièrement apprécié l'accueil chaleureux et le grand professionnalisme de l'ensemble du personnel, sans exception, qui ont rendu notre séjour tout simplement inoubliable

Le seul vrai point négatif est l'impossibilité de se connecter à Internet depuis les chambres. Il serait très appréciable de corriger ce point pour offrir une expérience complète.

انا لما حجزت كان اقل سعر و اعتقدت ان الخدمة ستكون سيئة لانخفاض السعر ولكن الحقيقة اني وجدت افضل خدمة وافضل طاقم عمل موجودين كلهم محترمين جدا جدا وخصوصا حمادة من ال house keeping وفي المطاعم بنتي عمرها سنتين كانت بتجري في المطعم كله حرفيا محدش اتزعج بالعكس كانو كلهم بيلعبو معاها بلطف غير عادي .. الاكل متنوع جدا و ممتاز وانت فعليا بتحجز وتدفع فندق واحد (( لكن بتستمتع بخدمات 3 فنادق )) ميريت ، بالاسيو و بالم بجد تجربه مكنتش اتوقع انها هتكون بالجمال دا ...شكرا ليكم من القلب

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the variety of food was excellent, with plenty of snacks and refreshments available between meals. The animation team was fantastic, energetic, and always friendly, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The entire staff were very helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. A special thanks to Mr. Reda in the restaurant for his exceptional service, kindness, and attention to detail. He really made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommended, and I would definitely come back again! 👏

There is aqua so the kids can enjoy but keep an eye on them.

The restaurant was very disappointing, with very minimal items on the buffet. The food was acceptable but not particularly delicious. What was even more frustrating was the air conditioning, as they are turning it off by the end of the meal even though my children were still eating, leaving us sweating. The chef told me that this was an instruction from the hotel management, which made it feel like saving money was more important than guests’ comfort. The A/C problems in our room were even worse: on the first night, it stopped working and they tried to fix it twice during the night and again early in the morning, so my children could barely sleep. The next day, they moved us to another room, but unfortunately, the A/C there was also not working properly and required additional repairs. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel, especially during the summer, as reliable air conditioning should be a basic necessity, particularly for families with children

المكان اكثر من رائع كل ما في المكان جميل جدا جدا والغرفه نظيفه جدا جدا وجميله والعاملين والإستاف محترمين جدا ومتعاونين جداً جداً ويلبون جميع الاحتياجات حتي قبل ان نطلب اي شيء يسئلوننا اذا كنا نحتاج اي شيء وأود ان اخص بالشكر الاستاذ/ محمود جامع و الاستاذ محمود عزت والاستاذه سلمي لانهم تعاونوا معنا جداً واستقبلونا أفضل استقبال وقاموا بخدمتنا بشكل لي اكمل وجه وكذلك باقي الاستاف كانوا ودودين ومتعاونين جداً هذه أول زياره وإن شاءالله سوف تتكرر الزيارة في المرات القادمة

Food variety was ok.

1. Many items in the first room was broken or not working. We changed room, however, some items still did not work, and the bathroom basin and kitchen fridge leaked water on the floor. The rooms are very aged. 2. How can an all-inclusive resort not have standard wifi access throughout the resort? This, I have never encountered in 40+ years of travel. 3. The pool areas and walkways should have more sheltered/shaded areas to protect from the intense sun. 4. For the cost to stay at the hotel, it is not value-for-money.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est superbe et l’accès aux 3 hôtels du groupe Sunny Days est un vrai plus !! Le personnel est disponible 24/24 pour nous aider en cas de problème. Tout s’est très bien passé.

Le personnel etait vraiment au petit soin, agréablement surpris par l accueil de tous le personnel. Tout était vraiment parfait. Nous étions au mirette et juste derrière nous avions accès à la piscine et tout les toboggans ! J’ai vraiment rien a dire mise à part que c’était parfait. Un grand merci à tous.

Had to change the room TWICE because the AC was broken. Really worn out buildings and dirty floors wherever you look. Food is average and it gets better if you visit the other hotels across the street, about 10min walk..

Die Lage war echt toll. Das Essen war super. Das Personal in der Lobby und beim Essen war echt super nett und freundlich. Die grosse Auswahl an verschiedenen Pools sind super.

Die tägliche Zimmerreinigung war nicht so gut,es wurde nicht einmal in den 2 Wochen die Bettwäsche gewechselt. Unter anderem wurde unter den Tischen nie sauber gemacht in der ganzen Zeit. Es gab leider kein öffentliches kostenloses wlan außer in der Lobby.

The hotel setup and in terms of different options of restaurants and swimming areas with full access to all, daily recreation programs, security and available staff members with sufficient numbers, fast response and friendly atmosphere.

Variaty of food is good but the taste needs to be improved.

De personeel was heel aardig, Olga van de guest relation is echt heel behulpzaam en gul, ze liet ons na de check out nog dineren, verder is de receptie personeel heel respectvol en aardig daarnaast zijn de bar personeel geduldig en ook aardig. Eten was lekker, veel opties, strand was top en fijn dat je gebruik mag maken van de andere twee resorts. Al met al een top ervaring. The staff was very nice; Olga from guest relations is really very helpful and generous, she even let us have dinner after check-out. Furthermore, the reception staff is very respectful and kind, and the bar staff is patient and nice too. The food was delicious, with many options, the beach was great, and it was nice that you could use the other two resorts. All in all, a top-notch experience.

Başta resepsiyonda görevli Meryem Arkadaşımıza teşekkür etmek isteriz. Her türlü konuda bize yardımcı oldu. Otelden çıkış yapmamıza rağmen tesis olanaklarından kullanabileceğimizi söyledi . Hersey için Meryem’e teşekkürler.Genel olarak tesis düzenli ve temiz. 3 otel imkanından yararlanıyorsunuz. Restoranlar temiz ve bol çeşit var mutlaka damak tadınıza uygun yiyecekler bulabilirsiniz.plajı mercan ve resifler bol miktarda görebilirsiniz. Yeterli düzeyde Aqua park kullanılabilir.

Havuz başındaki barmenler işlerinde profosyenel değiller. Sanki zorla içecek veriyor gibiler.

Konumu, olanakları, yemekleri, çalışanları, her şeyiyle harika bir otel. İkinci gelişimiz ve gelmeye devam edeceğiz.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing from start to finish! A special thanks to Mr. Mahmoud, Mr. Omar, and Ms. Olga at the reception for their warm welcome, professionalism, and kindness. We also want to thank Hesham from Housekeeping for keeping our room spotlessly clean every day. A big thank you to Mr. Michael at the restaurant, as well as Ahmed and Hassan at the bar. Their service was outstanding, and they always made us feel welcome. The room was exceptionally clean, the food was delicious with a great variety of options, and the overall service was beyond excellent. I highly recommend this hotel 100%, and God willing, I’ll definitely book here again next year. Thank you to the entire team for making our vacation so memorable

The only bad thing about our stay was that our vacation came to an end, and we had to leave the hotel. We were truly sad to say goodbye and can’t wait to come back next year!

Very friendly and professional staff including reception, reasturant, life guards and room services. They were very helpful and supportive. We had access to all facilities, enjoyed hotel activities as well.

Not much but some of the room facilities and furniture are old and might need replacement.

Grandeur et confort des chambres, personnel aimable et à l’écoute des demandes des clients. Chouette aquapark pour les enfants. Bonne nourriture, diversifiée.

Piscine adulte séparée (25 mètres à traverser) donc les parents sont obligés de rester à l’Aqua Park. Animations moyennes à très moyennes.

Tesiste çok fazla olanak var. Çok büyük bir alan çok fazla havuz ve plajı çok büyük. Resifler harika, denizin çocuklar için sığ alanları var, direkt girip resifleri ve balıkları görebilirisiniz. Derin olan plajı da var. Family otel kısmında aquapark çok güzel. Aquaparklar çok derin değil 1,5 metre yok sanırım. 1 can kurtaran aşağıda bir tane de yukarıda duruyor, çocuklar için çok güvenli. yemekleri çok baharatlı değil. Kendinize uygun yemekler ızgaralar bulabiliyorsunuz. 3 tane otel ortak grup ve hepsinin restoran plaj havuz tüm olanaklarından faydalanabiliyorsunuz. Odalar, aslında oda değil daireler çok geniş ferah ,klimalar çok iyi. WiFi yok gibi düşünün. Veya bizim odamızda çekmiyordu. İsterseniz ekstra ücretli alınıyormuş. Geç check out için 16.00 da çıkarsanız 30$ ,18.00 de 40$, 20.00 de çıkarsanız 50$ . Otelin tüm imkanları hemde açık büfe yemekleri yiyorsunuz. Fiyatları da makul.

Malzemeler biraz eski, otel büyüklüğünden sanırım dış temizlik daha iyi olabilir. Kahveleri çok kötü,

الطاقم بدايه من الاستقبال كله راائع نظافه الغرف ممتازه اشكر استاذ كريم في طاقم housekeeping علي التعاون وسرعه الاستجابه.جوده الاكل حقيقي ممتاااازه. المطعم الاسيوي الطاقم قمه في اللطف والتعاون والبشاشه .رأيت مشكله بين guest وبين احد طاقم العمل بالمطعم الاسيوي ولكن استقبلها الطاقم بكل ادب وهدوء برغم غلط ال guest بشكل مباشر برد فعله. نشكر القريه علي اختياراها هذا الستاف الرائع

الفندق مرتبط بثلات فنادق يمكن الدخول لاى منهم باى وقت الاستقبال طبعا بالأخص استاذ محمود بشوش محترم متعاون لأبعد حد الشاطىء مميز جميل الاكل والمطعم متنوعه ونظيف المرافق والسعر مناسب جدا وعائلى الغرفه واسعه مريحه جميله أساس جديد الاكوا ممتازه وحمامات نظيفه لاتحتاج للخروج منه طول فتره الاقامه تماما كل شئ موجود بالداخل بارز وساكرر للزياره من أجمل فنادق الغردقة على الإطلاق ومن أجمل الفنادق إلى زرتها بمصر فى العموم شكرا صنى دايز على الاقامه الرائعه

أهم ما يميز هذا الفندق هو طاقم العمل المتعاون جدا. أيضا الاستفادة من خدمات الثلاث فنادق نقطة ايجابية جدا حيث أنها تجعل تجربة الاقامة والترفيه أكثر اكتمالا. الوجبات التي تقدم في مطاعم الفندق جيدة وبها تنوع جيد جدا.

الغرف قديمة الة حد كبير. وعلى الرغم من أن الفرش نظيف وممتاز الا ان الأثاث نفسه لم يكن جيد ويحتاج الى تجديد. بالنسبة للأنشطة الترفيهية فتحتاج أن تنظم بشكل أفضل وأن تكون منتظمة.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Toute l’équipe a été accueillante, professionnelle et toujours souriante. Les chambres étaient impeccables et nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Un grand merci à tout le personnel pour son travail et sa gentillesse.
