We had a very pleasant experience at EOS Hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist. Special thanks to the Front Office team — Ammar, Siraj, Youssef, and Mohamed — for their excellent service, cooperation, and attention to detail. We would also like to thank Mr. Taher Mahmoud, the Manager, for his professionalism and for ensuring a comfortable and welcoming experience.

The place is like a village, once you enter there is nature everywhere. There are a few restaurants and activities that happens at night. You are very close to diplo street 3 minutes walking. Special thanks to Siraj, Ammar, Youssef, and mohammed for their wonderful hospitality

The room is small a bit, and the internet needs improving

The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional. I would especially like to thank the receptionist, Serag Eldin, for his outstanding service. He was extremely helpful, attentive, and courteous throughout our stay, and he always made sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. His warm attitude and professionalism truly made our experience more enjoyable

I really liked the place. It's wonderful. The staff are friendly and polite. The reception staff are very helpful, especially Siraj. The food was delicious. We had a great time. Thank you! 🌷

In the bathroom, the shower is located very close to the toilet, and the distance is very short.

Rooms are clean and that’s the only advantage of this place

Disappointing experience — definitely not worth the price. First of all, the place has almost no facilities. The pool was under maintenance, as they told us when we arrived. What was even more disappointing is that they never mentioned that the property is adults-only. We were travelling with our 3-month-old baby, and only after arriving were we told that we couldn’t use the pool because it was adults-only. This was extremely frustrating and felt very misleading. We had to insist on getting beach access, which was basically the minimum we could expect from a place like this. If you’re looking for good facilities and value for money, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. For what they offer, it is very, very overpriced.

Overall vibe of facility was awesome, all the services, shopping, restaurants variety, entertainment venue. Special shout out to reception staff, Serag, Youssef and Ammar and from restaurant Mahmoud.

The receptionist serag is very polite and helpful he’s excellent also mena and haiba the housekeeping manager is very good and welcoming

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect, from the beautiful atmosphere and comfortable rooms to the excellent service. A special thank you to all the staff for their kindness, professionalism, and hospitality. We would also like to thank the owner and all those responsible for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. We truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommended, and we hope to come back again soon

The hotel is very cozy with nice colors and greenery. Rooms are very clean. All the personal are very helpful, special thanks to Serag, Mina, Ammar&yousef from the front desk, and Mahmoud from the Resturant, also Mostafa @ Korean Resturant they all served with love and a smile on the face, I’ll sure come back due too this excellent Hospitality

The stuff there are very helpful especially in the reception there is guy called Serag was very very helpful he was able to move my parents room to the ground floor once he saw them they couldn't go up the stairs to their room

Serag at the reception was very helpful and answered all our needs. He gave us the room we wanted however our booking was another type.

Staff were extremely kind and helpful and place was very nice and cozy in the center of Sahel near to everything and although I wasn’t expecting to be given beach access the hotel offers beach access to a beach club just 20 minutes away.

Its not a typical hotel so don't expect to find all facilities like a normal hotel. Washroom smells often since its a hotel near to the coastal side but that's an infrastructure issue.

The staff was super friendly The location is perfect The rooms are super clean

I think extra care has to be done on food as portions are a bit small as we got Ceaser salad 🥗 The burger was somehow ordinary

الريسبشن فى مكان والفندق عمارة فى الشارع اخر امام المكان القديم عمارة وناس غريبة فى الشارع والسكان الاصلين بيفضلو يشوفو الناس بنظرات وحشة جدااا لايوجد جراج فى الشارع وده خطر جدا مو الحوادث ليلا الرجال كتير فى الفندق وقاعدين عند البار واعتقد مش جيست

The staff were exceptionally friendly, and Soha, the Marketing Manager, was especially welcoming. She provided outstanding customer service and made the entire experience both pleasant and memorable.

I liked most about the property was its cozy atmosphere, peaceful tranquility, and charming boutique-style design.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The room was clean and the staff were very kind & helpful especially Mr.Mina. The hotel is so nice and cozy. We loved the vibes so much. Definitely we will come back.

I felt extremely welcomed. The staff are very kind and supportive. The place is also very pleasant and comfortable. I do recommend this place. The breakfast was very good. They also have an excellent Georgian Restaurant.

Location was near IOS La Casa club with very loud sound until 3am. Parking doors closed with locks and you have to wait for someone to open these locks every time you park. No one in the reception to check out and to make things worse, the room was veryyyy expensive for very low quality service. Will not stay in this hotel again

Breakfast was good. Bed was very comfy. Bathroom was clean.

The room didn't have a very good lock. I also asked for a needle and thread and was promised it twice, but it was never delivered.

Everything is good about hotel.. specially Mr Ahmed El Maraghy he is gem of person will take care of your stay throughout will make your presence like second home.. The staff from reception to housekeeping are very polite and serve you better at any time

My stay was very pleasant. The location was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful especially khalid was exceptional ! I would definitely stay here again.

The customer service was amazing. I really appreciated Khaled and Siha for all their kindness, help and support. There was another gentleman at reception whose name I didn’t catch but was also excellent. Location was great and very close to different compounds.“IOS Village” was great as it had amazing restaurants and shops

No elevator but it was fine because the staff were always ready to help with anything, e.g moving suitcases or bringing things to you.
