Lovely centrally located 3 bedroom house 5 min walk to town centre. Very clean with thoughtful provision of tea bags, coffee etc. Very comfortable.

Location was excellent, only a short walk to Clonakilty centre. House was lovely and immaculately clean and suited our group of 3 perfectly.

The only thing I would ask the owner to confirm online is the fact that there is only 1 car parking space outside the house. There is on street parking a short distance away, but you would expect at room for 2 cars so just something to note.

The property is in a great location close to the local village It’s clean. Eileen is very responsive and the lockbox entry was great as we arrived a little late in the evening:

The checkout time of 10am is very early. There was also significant noise from one of the double rooms as the floor squeaked and could be heard all over the house with the slightest moment. The downstairs bathroom has an issue with the lock so 2 adults almost got locked in at different times.

Very central location and very clean. Garbage removed everyday which was a great bonus. Would definitely recommend this property! Lovely seating area out the back overlooking the creek.

Slight issue with hot water in the house reported to point of contact. Shower in en-suite working perfectly!

The house was clean, with all modern appliances and secure in a very good location as it was only 5 minutes walk from the town centre.

Shelves/ cupboards/ hooks in the bathrooms would be beneficial. Juggling with toiletries and clothes in bathroom. Mirrors in bedrooms would be good. Nowhere to put makeup comfortably. Dish cloth would be handy. It would have been nice to have a welcome basket with milk, bread, fruit, biscuits, like other houses previously stayed in, especially as we travelled from overseas. The coffee was basic (Maxwell House!) We were expected to put the bins out but no bin bags were made available. Palaver with hot water switch in main bathroom. House is very echoy. Can hear everything even though you're in different parts of the house!

Good location, friendly host. Bedrooms are small but adequate!

There were things that needed instructions written out such as how to use heat, hot water, electric shower... It would save having to bother host.

We stayed 1 night which served our purpose. Small bedrooms but suitable for a short stay. Very neat clean and tidy.

Excellent location. Short walk into town which is invaluable for me as I have mobility issues. Also ideal being able to leave the car parked at the house.

I found it very cramped trying to walk around the beds which can make it difficult to get in. I was nervous of possibly slipping on the varnished stairs.

Perfect location and really clean

Well you would struggle to cook a full Sunday roast with the tins available but hey we weee on our holiday!!!

Good location near the town centre

The check in was done in person by the owner, however the reception was rude and unwelcoming. The cleaning can be definitely improved. Basics such as shampoo and body wash were not provided.

The host was lovely. The unit was right close to town that we could walk up town to eat and join in the music in the pubs.
