Tout était excellent. La propreté, l'équipement de la chambre, le roof top de l'hotel et les repas ( on a testé le petit dej et dinner). Bien situé et super calme. Mr Prim (le gérant)a organisé nos 3 jours d'excursions avec un guide, c'était PARFAIT. Le personnel est chaleureux, on y est reçu comme des rois, et on a l'impression d'être en famille, le personnel parle français et anglais. Nous avons adoré discuter avec le personnel pendant les repas et à chaque retour de sortie. Mr Prim a le sens de l'accueil et transmet bien ça à ses collaborateurs. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel tenu par Mr PRIM et son épouse. Mr PRIM est francophone et anglophone et francophile. Très bon accueil de tout le personnel. Madame exerce ses talents de cuisinière et c'est un sans faute. Grande chambre climatisée avec une très bonne literie. Possibilité de chauffeur à l'aéroport et de location avec chauffeur de Tuk Tuk local. Mon petit déjeuner était inclus grâce à Genius. Très bon choix de petits déjeuner. Menu varié et bon vin à prix plus que correct. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Une très belle expérience au Won Résidence. J'ai été très bien accueilli par Savûth et ses équipes, qui font preuve d'un grand professionnalisme et d'une grande gentillesse. L'organisation des excursions aux temples d'Angkor a été parfaite : l'hôtel s'est occupé de tout, et le guide était d'une très grande qualité, comme la prestation dans son ensemble. Les chambres et la nourriture étaient également au rendez-vous. Je recommande les yeux fermés. Un grand merci à Savûth et à toute les équipes

This was our second time staying at Won Residence and Spa and we were so grateful for their kindness and hospitality. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the facilities were clean and lovely with a beautiful garden, pool, rooftop bar and dining area and reception and breakfast area. We were so pleased to be able to stay again and would recommend Won Residence to our family and friends.

No suprise no old photos what you see is for real. Very peacefull comfortable, very much paid attention to details thanks to hotel management. Strongly recoment without hesitation.

Stayed there in December 2025 but only getting round to writing the review now - this is more a reflection of my organisational skills rather than the property! This is a wee gem of a place tucked away from the main streets so it's super quiet and calm and a respite from busy Siem Reap. The staff there couldn't have been more attentive and helpful and as it's such a small hotel we pretty much felt like we had the place to ourselves. The pool and garden area was lovely and our rooms were massive and great value. It's a 5 minute Tuk Tuk ride to Pub Street (or you could easily walk) and the hotel would also organise private trips to Angkor Wat upon request.

It was fine for me but the hotel only has stairs to upper floors so if you had mobility difficulties and needed a lift this property wouldn't be suitable.

Our stay was amazing. The staff was so helpful and kind with us and our kids. They helped us at every step, from the airport pick up, organising a two day visit across Angkor wat with a great tuktuk driver, and interacting with our two young children. Our room and hotel in general is also spacious, well setup, and very nicely decorated. When we come back to Siem reap we know where we stay

Notre séjour avec nos deux filles au Won Residence a été absolument parfait du début à la fin ✨ L’emplacement est idéal, le centre ville et les commerces sont facilement accessibles tout en restant dans un environnement calme. L’hôtel est magnifique, très bien entretenu, avec une atmosphère reposante qu’on a adorée après nos journées de visites. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, varié et de qualité — un vrai plaisir chaque matin ! Mais surtout… le personnel 🥹❤️ D’une gentillesse incroyable, toujours souriant, attentionné et aux petits soins. On s’est sentis accueillis comme à la maison. Une adresse que nous recommandons les yeux fermés, sans la moindre hésitation. Merci encore pour ce merveilleux séjour 🙏

Petit hôtel très agréable. Le personnel est au petit soin. Il s'occupe de tout et peut organiser vos visites et vous trouver un guide si vous en avez besoin. Les prix pratiqués sont tout à fait raisonnables. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et très frais. En ce qui concerne le restaurant, l'attente est parfois un peu longue mais la cuisine vaut le détour. La chambre est très spacieuse et confortable. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Je recommande.

Nous avons passé un super séjour au Won Résidence. A 10 mn du centre en tuc-tuc, cet hôtel est une oasis verte dans Siem Reap, avec restaurant sur la terrasse du toit, une piscine avec transat après les visites un peu physique d’Angkor. Le patron s’occupe de tous vos problèmes et peu aussi organiser votre programme. Les massages sont inoubliables. La bonne adresse de Siem Reap que nous recommandons chaudement.

Nous avons passé 9 jours merveilleux en amoureux dans cet établissement. La chambre était spacieuse, confortable et très agréable à vivre. Le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours souriant et d’une grande gentillesse — prêt à aider pour tout, que ce soit l’organisation des transports, les réservations de dîner, ou même pour trouver du poivre de Kampot 😊. Certains membres de l’équipe parlent très bien français, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus fluide. Nous avons eu l’occasion de déjeuner et dîner plusieurs fois au restaurant de l’hôtel (en plus du petit-déjeuner inclus) : cuisine excellente, toujours soignée, nous n’avons jamais été déçus. J’ai également profité de plusieurs massages — un vrai moment de détente, parfaitement dosé entre la douceur et la précision du geste. Bref, un séjour parfait du début à la fin. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cet hôtel ! 💛

L’hôtel n’est pas très grand et peut donc offrir des services personnalisés. Le personnel de l’hôtel est très courtois et certains membres parlent un bon niveau de français. Le petit déjeuner inclus était très bon et offrait plusieurs choix (continental, nord-américain, cambodgien). Le personnel nous a fait des réservations pour avoir les services d’un guide parlant français afin de visiter les principaux temples d’Angkor Wat. De plus, le guide était excellent. Également, le personnel de l’hôtel nous a réservé des places pour assister au spectacle du cirque Phare (dont les profits sont versés au financement de l’école de cirque), avec transport en tuk-tuk. Enfin, nous avons aussi pu obtenir de l’établissement le service de transport aller-retour de l’aéroport à l’hôtel, ce qui était très pratique, puisque le nouvel aéroport de Siem Reap est situé à plus de 50 km de la ville.

Very beautiful hotel, small and very comfortable. There is a beautiful rooftop to sit and enjoy, pool is clean and breakfast was very delicious. The food was fresh and many tasty Khmer dishes...highly recommend the fish amok (served in a coconut)! Every staff member was very kind, attentive and helpful! I like the attention to reducing environmental impact, they provided refillable water bottles, soaps and bicycles to use!

La résidence est magnifique, Prim et son équipe sont souriants, accueillants.. Ils ont été aux petits soins pour nous. Nous avons prolongé notre séjour de 2 nuits afin de profiter du calme et des activités autour. L’équipe parle français et nous a aidé à organiser notre voyage. Dans la chambre familiale très grande, climatisation, frigo, eau filtrée, gourdes et bouilloire tout est là pour se sentir bien. Restaurant sur le toit ouvert de 13h à 23h. Piscine parfaite avant les sorties ou au retour. L’hotel n’est pas dans l’hyper centre mais dispose d’un tuk tuk pour rejoindre le centre pour 2$

The architecture is pretty Things are relatively new and rooms seem well kept.

Extremely loud. There is NO noise cancellation so you can hear things from the outside streets as well as the inside the building while in your room. I was first put into a room at the side of the building, with a balcony facing a road which was really loud. After I spoke about this, they moved me to a different room above the pool but noise levels were still high. The staff are completely untrained and shout/sit around with their phones pinging outside guests rooms. As I mentioned the ‘supervisor’ (I don’t remember his official title) was clearly put in a tough position by the management. The management is absolutely useless and don’t do anything to help guests or things such as providing training for the employees, simply just taking money themselves and forcing the person on the ground to deal with it. Shame on the management. The rooftop bar was not in operation as there were hardly any guests, but it was a shame as it is advertised as a big aspect of the hotel.

Won Residence & Spa is a lovely boutique hotel. Beautiful and quiet hotel operated by a great manager (Savuth) and his great staff. The rooms are sparkling clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was also delicious...they offer Continental, American, and Asian breakfast...all are cooked deliciously. But the best part of this hotel is that it is operated by a highly professional manager and staff. They were very attentive and the manager (Savuth) made sure that we arrived to the hotel comfortably and made sure we were very comfortable while we stayed. Very impressed with Won.

Reception and hotel staff very friendly and helpful; through them we arranged Angkor Wat driver for 2 days and tuktuk transfer for very reasonable rates. They also were helpful with advice on sites to visit and practicalities of what was possible. The property had everything you could ask for: a nice pool area to relax, a beautiful rooftop bar/restaurant to watch the sunset in the evening. Room was comfortable, clean and stylish. City centre in walking distance. Would recommend to anyone staying in Angkor Wat.

Won Residence & Spa is divine! From the lovely, friendly staff and the jungle oasis pool to the absolutely gorgeous rooms and rooftop dining, this is a beautiful place to stay. It’s also the perfect distance from the hustle and bustle, down a little hidden dirt road, but still within easy walking distance. If you see this available, grab it - you won’t be sorry. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very nice residence, spacious rooms, very clean, very good breakfast, good position, quiet but 10 min. walk from the center. The thing i really appreciated was the kindness and helpfulness of the manager (owner? i don't know) who also helped us to organize visits in the area. Everythink was perfect, thanks!

Beautiful and tranquil atmosphere - feels like you’re not in the middle of Siem Reap. Easy 10 minute walk to the busy centre, pub street and markets. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. We LOVED the rooftop area with an incredible sunset, great food and perfect spot for an afternoon drink. The staff were very friendly and helpful with anything you need. After busy and hot days in the city a refreshing swim by the pool was very welcomed. What a great spot with exceptional staff!

It's a beautiful hotel with lush greenery around the pool and breakfast area, with a delicious scent of lemongrass. The room is spacious and the huge bed is very comfortable. The staff is very welcoming, helpful and always smiling. I like that this hotel doesn't take a cut on the activities that you book; booked local tour guides or drivers receive the full 100%. This hotel offers great value for money.

Very comfy room, all the hotel is decorated with taste, the swimming pool is very refreshing after temple visit. The manager was speaking french, and booked us a one day tour in Tuk Tuk with french guide for a good price. They booked us also the boat to go to Battambang, magical moment. 20 min by foot from downtown, 3 min in Tuk tuk And cocktails and food were excellent! Great stay!

The bikes rented by the hotel will need maybe to be freshened up. Hôtel surroundings could be better, but it was very quiet in our room

This hotel is a very cozy and almost private place, as it offers just a few rooms. When you enter the hotel, you can immediately feel the good and relaxing vibes. Savuth was very helpful even before our arrival and continued to assist us throughout our entire stay. The whole staff feels like a little family, making you feel at home. Everything was clean, the food was delicious, and the hotel is very close to the center.

We stayed in a double room with a pool view. The room was comfortable and the balcony had a beautiful ambiance between the trees. The staff were very helpful about the daily tours also.

This is the most amazing boutique hotel. It's beautifully decorated, the food is excellent. The staff are wonderful and are exceptionally friendly and helpful. There is also a lovely swimming pool at the property. Our thanks go out to Savuth and Mr Prim who were so kind and efficient. They organised all our airport transport and also a fantastic 3 day guided tour of Angkor Wat temples and countryside, which included a unique cookery experience with a local Cambodian family, sunrise at Angkor Wat and a sunset boat trip. A truly first class hotel!

There was nothing we didn't like

A small boutique hotel with comfortable bed and great bathroom. Nice location, only a €1 tuktuk or 10 minute walk to city center. Excellent food (breakfast and lunch/dinner) and a simple packed breakfast when going out early to Angkor. Excellent staff. Wifi was very good.

Our room had dirty sheets but that was solved quickly. Cleaning in general can be a lot better. There are permanent stains on sheets and towels, light switches were not clean and there was dust on furniture like the headboard of the bed. A helpful addition would be a dustbin in the room as there is only one for toilet paper.

It is the most awesome, kind and helpful staff I have ever met. They made our trip, gave us all the good addresses and good ideas. On top of that, they are infinitely kind and happy to share with the clients. I recommend 2000% as it is for me the best establishment in town

The food, we had all of our breakfasts, one lunch, and one dinner there, was excellent! The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. A bite noisy at night

Beautiful local family owned hotel. Extremely nice and big comfortable bedrooms. The swimming pool was a must after a day in the sun/heat. Breakfast was really good and cooked at the time of the order. We also had lunch there one day, and the food was fantastic. Savuth was amazing with us between arranging our trips and tour guide to the temples for 2 days, also helped us contacting and booking our trip to Kulen Elephant Forest. Always took an interest in helping us at the hotel and out of it, and we really appreciated that!

Because of the excessive heat, we had to use Grab/Tuk-tuk to and from town to avoid a 15-minute walk in the sun to town, but we were ok with it. Perhaps because we went in low season, we felt there was too much staff standing around for the occupancy of the hotel, making us feel a little odd at times.

Lovely hotel. All the staff are outstanding from reception, restaurant, bar, housekeeping and general staff. Great levels of service including from the hotels own taxi service driver Sok Yol. Handy for trips such as to temples and other exploring area.

We loved the staff! They were so sweet.

One time the boss got a bit angry at the staff, what was unfortunate to see. The warm and cozy atmosphere that the staff created was a bit gone by the boss.

It was relatively close to the city center, the staff was superb, and the restaurant(s) at the property were top class

Beautiful boutique property set in a little tranquil area away from the busy city centre but still very close to walk everywhere. The hotel is small but that’s mainly what I loved about it, the peace and quiet. Restaurant was great and the staff were all extremely friendly, caring and helpful. Would recommend!
