Super localisation, super projet de plantation dans leur antenne "à la campagne". Personnel super gentil! Magnifique piscine! On retourne là si on va à Siem Reap!!

Un peu déçue par la chambre et surtout de la salle de bain. Pas en adéquation avec le standing de l'hôtel mais tellement gentils et bien placé que nous y reviendrons.

I have never felt compelled to give a hotel 10 stars sixty minutes into my stay, but The Urban in Cambodia might get 12. I’m a little sleepy, so maybe I’m overly generous right now, but sometimes you walk into a place and immediately know you’re going to like it. The hospitality has been overwhelming in the best possible way. Everyone is genuinely warm, attentive, and welcoming without it feeling forced. Now that I left, 2 nights later. I stand by everything I wrote in the first two hours above. Massage, great. Pool, great. Food and drinks, great. They know your name, the greet you with open arms. I wish I stayed longer. Oh, and maybe it was all of the temple walking, but, slept well. This should be your stay if you’re looking at hotels.

I didn’t like that I was too tired to remember to plant my tree. I didn’t like that I had to leave.

The eco nature style, lots of green, blend of culture and comfort. The staff were very hospitable, helpful, kind and professional. Central location made it ideal to explore the city

Everything about our stay was phenomenal. The team genuinely went above and beyond for us every step of the way and kept surprising us with how thoughtful, kind and helpful they were. We originally only booked a short stay but ended up extending more than once because we loved it so much and didn’t want to leave. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful and incredibly comfortable, the pool area is stunning, the rooms are lovely, and the location is perfect for exploring Siem Reap. It honestly felt like every little detail had been thought about, and the staff made the whole stay feel really special. One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had.

El hotel está muy cerca del centro en una zona tranquila. El trato del personal fue excelente, siempre pendientes de que nuestra estancia fuera agradable y resolviendo nuestras dudas. El desayuno está bien con varias opciones a elegir. La habitación es muy amplia aunque el cuarto de baño es un poco pequeño. La piscina está muy bien y se agradece cuando regresas de las excursiones.

They property is kept well maintained threw out my 5 day visit.. they had a great restaurant pool massage and staff where amazing couldn’t do enough for you so welcoming amazing.. everything is close but to your literally in the middle of everything shopping eating clubbing and the price is fantastic very cheap and great quality

Larger family room on top floor not yet renovated like the very attractive ground floor rooms. A change was easy though.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive; they remembered our names and assisted us with everything. The service was top-notch. I would especially like to highlight the receptionist, Pisey; she accompanied us to the tree-planting activity and helped us with everything. We also took a cooking class on local dishes, and we really enjoyed it. We are very happy we chose this hotel and will recommend it to all our friends.

The room was clean and the environment was so relaxing. Big swimming pool with nature surrounded. The location also excellent where we can park our own car and walk through to the Pup street only 3mn.

The friendly service really reflects the Khmer hospitality. Pahna at the reception was very fast and friendly. Phos at the restaurant was giving good counsel and the food and more. She was always very alert. The young trainee at reception was also very friendly. She was very shy so I didn't dare to ask her name.

The staff really go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. The rooms are tidy and clean with all the amenities. The pool area and the gym are very nice. The restaurant and bar area is lovely. What really makes this place stand out are the little things, cool towels when you arrive home, complimentary drinks and snacks at times through the day, the tree planting trip and the cooking class. Just everything was absolutely spot on. Location is also superb, with access to night market and pub street so so easy!

The only little thing that could be improved is the air-con in the gym. Given this is a container-like space with glass walls, it’s is extremely hot in there. We even went in early to turn a/c on, but was still very hot! That being said, the hotel staff brought us cold towels and water during our workout which wasn’t necessary but very appreciated!

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est dans une rue calme et charmante, juste à quelques minutes du l’ancien marché et du centre. Les chambres sont spacieuses et surtout le personnel est très gentil et attentif.

La suite avec balcon n’a pas de balcon en fait. C’est au RDC avec un espace avec table et 2 chaises devant la fenêtre. Donc pas de vue. Et on doit fermer les double-rideaux toute la journée pour ne pas être vus de dehors.

Struttura stupenda, tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. Tutto lo staff è stato gentilissimo, abbiamo avuto un piccolo disguido poiché la stanza prenotata non è stata disponibile nel primo giorno(gli ospiti precedenti erano stati male e hanno prolungato il soggiorno) ma Sam ha rimediato alla grande con upgrade della stanza e colazione offerta. Ci siamo rivolti a loro anche per il tuktuk per Angkor Wat, Mr Bee è stato un driver eccellente, prezzi onesti e poi aveva con sé acqua e salviette fresche! Insomma un soggiorno impeccabile. Las instalaciones estan genial, habitacion, piscina, restaurante. Hasta el gimnasio, aun siendo basico, es suficiente para este tipo de viajes. El desayuno tiene bastante variedad, y aunque a un precio casi occidental, estaba muy bueno.

Our stay at two properties from the Stay Nature group was absolutely amazing! We booked three nights and spent the first one at The Jungle, where we were welcomed by the sounds of frogs, lovely staff, and a beautiful, luxurious room. For the next two nights, we stayed at The Urban and had an equally great experience! The hotel is very clean, well maintained, and full of greenery. The rooms are comfortable and spotless, and the common areas are lovely and very inviting. We had a few nice cocktails during happy hour, and the afternoon tea was also such a nice experience. Unfortunately, I didn't manage to join their cooking class, but it looked like another great activity! This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, and what made it particularly special was the kindness and warmth of the staff. We felt very welcome throughout our stay and would highly recommend it!

Don't make the same mistake we did by staying only three nights; plan for at least four or five nights! There are so many things to do in Siem Reap, and staying at The Urban is the best choice!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Una de las mejores experiencias que hemos tenido en todo el viaje. La ubicación es fantástica y el hotel es precioso, con unas instalaciones increíbles: piscina, jacuzzi, restaurante buenísimo, masajes, manicura, tours, transporte… tienen absolutamente todo lo que puedas necesitar y mucho más. Pero, sin duda, lo mejor de todo es el personal. Es el equipo más amable y atento que me he encontrado jamás. Están pendientes de cada detalle y muchas veces, antes incluso de que pidiéramos algo, ya sabían lo que necesitábamos. Te hacen sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. Ha sido una estancia perfecta y nos ha dado muchísima pena irnos. Si pudiera, ¡me quedaría a vivir aquí! ❤️ Sin duda, volveríamos una y mil veces.

Het hotel is gelegen in het centrum van Siem Reap, maar is zelf een oase van rust. Een prachtige tuin en heerlijk zwembad. Ook de lobby is heel netjes en verzorgd en nodigt uit om daar tijd door te brengen. De werknemers zijn enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Het enige minpuntje dat we konden opmerken, was dat er in de badkamer van de familiekamer geen aparte doucheruimte is.

Lo staff é eccezionale, molto preciso e premuroso: presente, ma non ingombrante. Le stanze sono silenziose e confortevoli. Il ristorante é ottimo sia per la colazione che per gli altri pasti.

Si possono migliorare le stanze che per esempio non hanno la tv e metterei in doccione fisso nel bagno. Ma é decisamente marginale.

Hotel precioso con un personal amabilísimo. Cuenta con un montón de servicios para clientes que facilitan disfrutar al máximo de Angkor, además del alojamiento Hemos utilizado servicio de Transfer, guia, un servicio de tuk tuk maravilloso cada día (Sovann es fantástico) y hemos disfrutado de su excelente comida. Cuenta con un jardín y piscina preciosos, buena cocina, detalles como su tea time para clientes y todo ello marca la diferencia Y con una ubicación supercéntrica pero tranquilo y con una buena calidad precio. Ha sido perfecto, sin duda. Gracias por todo!

El personal súper amable. Te reciben con un té y fruta. Las instalaciones son perfectas: el restaurante, el spa, la piscina y el gym, un 10! La cama súper cómoda y la limpieza súper bien también. Está enuy buena zona y puedes caminar a todas partes si quieres. También tienen servicio de tuk tuk. Te hacen la estancia súper fácil. Espectacular experiencia!

The property is very well located and within easy walking distance of all restaurants and attractions. The rooms were very clean, the beds really comfortable and the whole place very calm and peaceful. The food in the restaurant is excellent and very good value for money. All the staff are lovely and happy and always willing to help. We booked our driver for Angkor Wat through the hotel which was easy and competitively priced and the driver was lovey and knowledgeable. Also the laundry service is excellent.

The service and cleanliness are impeccable. We had a lovely stay at the Urban and felt very welcome. The pool and garden are fantastic. The shower was not depicted in the pictures, which made us sceptical. However, it had great preasure, was hot and big enough. Look no further.

Very clean and nice hotel in a great location. Nice pool, gym and outdoor area which is very green and cozy. Stuff is very lovely, even tho it is sometimes too much... but I guess thats normal in a touristic place like Siem Reap.

Vriendelijk personeel, fijn restaurant, grote kamers

Midden in de stad, een groene oase van rust. Waren heerlijke plek! We voelden ons direct welkom en hebben genoten van onze tijd hier. Vriendelijk personeel, goed eten en een fijne sfeer. En een heerlijk zwembad! We hebben een boom gepland ter compensatie voor ons verblijf. Wat een mooi initiatief. Absoluut een aanrader, deze fijne plek in Siem Reap!

Tisztaság, figyelmesség, finom ételek, korrekt ár. Ilyen kedves, mosolygós személyzettel a világon sehol máshol nem találkoztunk.
