Eine außergewöhnlich gepflegte Anlage. Sehr schöner Pool und Garten. Michael und das gesamte Personal waren äußerst aufmerksam. Man kann sich mit allen Wünschen an Michael wenden, der kompetent in jeder Hinsicht ist.

Está muy cuidado, las habitaciones tienen mucho encanto así como las zonas comunes (impresionante la piscina) El hotel está en plena ciudad muy bien ubicado pero en el interior es como estar en la jungla, plena naturaleza. El restaurante tiene comida oriental y occidental, bebidas y postres a precios muy económicos. El ambiente es muy tranquilo y agradable. A determinadas horas hay happy hour. La llegada al alojamiento fue muy acogedora, nos dieron una bebida fresca y fruta mientras hacíamos el check in. El personal se desvive por hacerte sentir cómodo. Contratamos con ellos el servicio de traslado desde/hasta el aeropuerto y fue perfecto

Very lovely hotel which is extremely well located. The pool is incredible, like a little oasis. The staff were all very friendly and generous, giving us cold towels when we returned from our outings and even giving us a welcome drink and going away drink for our airport transfer. Also the cocktails were delicious! Definitely recommend this hotel!

Das personal war fast zu höflich, sodass es auffällig wirkt. Noch Tage nach dem Aufenthalt bekomme ich guten Morgen Spam Nachrichten. Die Musikschleife im Restaurant ist nervig.

The Jungle is an amazing place to stay in Siem Reap! We had an issue with our flight and had to come back for a few extra nights, the staff were so lovely and accommodating! It's so close to everything, a short walk or Tuk Tuk will get you to shops, food, night markets and Pub street. Every single person working at this place greet you with a smile and hello, they are all so friendly and happy to help with anything. We've stayed here twice now and would highly recommend to everyone!

Het hotel heeft ruime, schone kamers en een fijn zwembad. Je loopt zo het centrum van Siem reap in. Via het hotel 2 tours met tuk tuk geboekt (small en grand circle tour), die waren prima geregeld. Na elke stop een flesje water en nat doekje, fijn! Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. We wilden met de boot naar Battambang, ze hebben voor ons een private boat geregeld. Niet goedkoop, maar zeer de moeite waard.

Our stay was fantastic. The jungle rooms were large and clean and comfortable. . The pool was great and we were so close to the main Pub Street and wonderful restaurants. The staff were amazing. Always so welcoming and kind. They allowed us a late check out free of charge and nothing was a problem. We would definitely stay again.

Muy bien ubicado, cerca de la zona turística del night market, pero sin estar en toda la zona del mogollón. Personal encantador, y siempre pendiente de que estuviésemos cómodos y ofreciéndonos facilidades. Amables, sonrientes y encantadores. Habitacion muy limpia, piscina preciosa. Desayuno a muy buen precio.

El agua de la ducha no llegaba a ponerse muy caliente, aunque en Camboya hace mucho calor a veces es necesario!

A warm and welcoming arrival by all the staff especially Melilla and David at the front desk who helped arrange our extra room for our late checkout. The rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable with a lovely lemongrass scent. Hotel breakfast was great and well priced with lovely coffee. Shops are a short walk away if you need anything. I highly recommend booking a massage treatment with the hotel as it was very very good and situated at their sister hotel the Urban with complimentary tuk tuk to it.

That there wasn't any face cloths provided but I used a spare small hand towel instead.

Clean room and very close to nature

The Jungle is in a prime location just outside of the city centre so you avoid the noise and chaos, however it is only a 5-10 minute walk into the popular parts of town. Every staff member treated me with the most respect, with David and Michael greeting me every time I left or arrived and helped me with any requests. The restaurant food is exceptional and Mona and her team are super attentive. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, AC and a balcony overlooking the pool. The pool is surrounded by palm and banana trees which truly gives it the feel of 'The Jungle'! Do not hesitate to book The Jungle for your visit in Siem Reap, you will not be disappointed.

The location was absolutely perfect and the staff were just amazing! Everyone was so friendly and helpful with anything you needed. We had a great stay! Michael and Som were 2 of our favourites who were so helpful and lovely. We would highly recommend The Jungle to everyone!

This was a wonderful place to stay. The staff took such great care of us and there are many nice extras, like the tea service in the afternoon, for guests. Because the rooms were not rented, they allowed us to have a very late check-out so we could shower and clean up before leaving which was greatly appreciated. As far as the rooms, the one we had was very spacious and comfortable. The food was very good (we ate both breakfast and lunch in the restaurant); and the location is great, walking distance to many things. We would happily stay here again.

Super séjour dans l’hôtel The Jungle ! Le personnel est d’une gentillesse incroyable, les petits déjeuners sont délicieux, et la chambre est d’une propreté et d’un confort inégalables. La piscine est splendide. Je recommande à 100% cet hôtel pour votre séjour à Siem reap.

If you're looking for the perfect blend of comfort and experiences, stay here!!! We stayed for 4 nights and couldn't have asked for more. The staff were incredible. The breakfast/lunch/afternoon tea was delicious, the pool was spacious with plenty of lounges to relax in, and transport was readily available (though everything is also within walking distance). Rooms were perfect and comfortable, close to the pool. Cooking class and massages were also 10/10 add ons! Can't wait to visit again 😁

De locatie is perfect, je loopt zo de stad in. Alles is netjes, schoon en het zwembad is heerlijk. Een klein paradijs in een drukke stad. Ook het eten en het personeel is top. Wij hebben via het hotel een tour naar Ankor Wat geboekt met gids, dit was ook erg goed geregeld. De kookcursus was ook leuk om te doen.

The property is lovely and has a very pleasant swimming pool. It is only a 10-minute walk from the city centre. The hotel’s transport service is also reasonably priced compared with Grab. The air conditioning in the room is very well positioned and can be left running all the time without blowing directly onto the bed, which is a big advantage in this climate.

The breakfast options are mostly European-style and, unfortunately, fall short of European standards. However, they are still acceptable and perfectly edible.

The staff is very welcoming and explains everything into detail. Rooms are spacious and clean. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing. Staff organized tuktuks for us with Mr Mony and Mr Houn who were fantastic, attentive and eternally patient with us :-). That also goes for our guide Mr T; who was knowledgeable, flexible and nice. All in all an excellent experience for our group of 6

Die Anlage ist obwohl sehr zentral gelegen, ein echter Rückzugsort. Ein sehr angelegter Garten gibt einem das Gefühl, in der Natur zu sein. Trotzdem sind die belebten Teile der Stadt nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Das extrem freundliche Personal und die Sauberkeit der Anlage garantieren absolutes Wohlbefinden.

A gorgeous location ruined by trying too hard on the wrong things. why hold staff meetings in the middle of the restaurant so that punters have to walk rthru the middle of it every day? There are some really BRAINLESS behaviours going on here. Another is the signs reminding me that I am burning calories on the stairs. This toxic positivity is really overdone here. Just do the simple things right.

A rusted out bathroom tap that exploded. Calorie signs on the stairs. Staff meetings in the foyer/restaurant. Dirty swimming pool full of lizard poop and skin flakes. Being asked on my personal wechat (used without permission) for a five star review. Totally missing the point of it.

Grote, ruime kamers met balkon en zicht op het zwembad Lekkere kruidenthee op de kamer Super vriendelijke personeel die altijd paraat staat om jou te helpen. Peu de rangements dans la salle de bains on ne sait pas trop où poser nos affaires, et il est difficile d’avoir vraiment de l’eau chaude dans la douche à moins de réduire drastiquement le débit d’eau.

The staff were very welcoming and accomodating- from the moment you checked in, where they have welcome snacks and drinks to checking out. The best location you could ask for. Less than 10mns walk from the market and pub street but not close enough with all the noise. The pool after a long day of exploring was the best part and also the free afternoon tea!

More lighting for the rooms but that’s just my preference.

We had such a fantastic stay at the Jungle for 5 days with such a kind and hospitable team! Big shout out to Phanna, Michael, Kimlang and Srey lean! They were always friendly, smiley and made the best cocktails. Always asking about our day and helping us book things. The room was clean, big and had strong air con with hot water available. Pool was so relaxing during the hot afternoon with free afternoon snacks available. Happy hour after the afternoon snacks really set the mood and was always so tasty. It was a shame we never had opportunity to eat here as the food always looked amazing!

Het personeel was super vriendelijk en stond altijd voor je klaar, dag en nacht! Niets is te veel en altijd iemand met een lach beschikbaar!

Alle tours kan je perfect via het hotel boeken met vriendelijke en Engelstalige gidsen. Enkel mocht er iets meer uitleg gegeven worden over het programma van de tour. Voor de rest niets op aan te merken!

Petit déjeuner avec peu d intérêt Musique dans l hotel un peu forte et sans utilité (on préfère entendre les oiseaux) mais je leur ai signalé et ils l'ont coupée.

Położenie, basen, otoczenie, pracownicy, śniadania to było super, a nawet lepiej niż super!

Łazienka mogłaby być lepiej przemyślana, jakaś zasłonka pomiędzy prysznicem a toaletą, jakieś szafki w łazience. To jedyny drobny minusik, w dodatku łatwy do poprawy.

Tutto molto ben curato e pulito. Piscina meravigliosa. Personale gentilissimo, soprattutto Micheal che ci ha aiutato ad organizzare i nostri tour. Lo consiglio
