Das kleine Hotel mit 6 Zimmern ist wunderschön! Es ist noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos! Alles war blitzsauber! Die Gastgeberin Hien und das Personal sind super hilfsbereit und freundlich und immer erreichbar. Hien kann tolle Tipps für Hoi An und die Umgebung geben, wir hatten aufgrund des kurzen Aufenthalts nur leider nicht genug Zeit, alles auszuprobieren. Der Pool war wunderbar erfrischend nach einem heißen Tag und wir waren heilfroh, nicht mitten in der trubeligen Altstadt zu wohnen, sondern in einer ruhigeren Gegend. Zu Fuß geht man maximal 10 Minuten in die Altstadt. Wir konnten super schlafen in den tollen Betten und alles war einfach wunderschön und bis ins Detail durchdacht und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Ein wirklich ganz besonderes, wunderschönes Hotel, eine wahre Oase in Hoi An! Zu empfehlen war auch das „in House Spa“, das man individuell buchen kann. Wir hatten eine sehr gute Thai Massage am Pool während sich die Kinder(13 und 10 Jahre) im Zimmer entspannen konnten. Das Frühstück ist à la carte und wird nach den Wünschen der Gäste (nach Vorbestellung am Abend vorher) ganz frisch und sehr lecker zubereitet. Vielen herzlichen Dank nochmal an Hien und Ihre Mitarbeiterinnen! Wir haben den Aufenthalt rundum genossen!🩷

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hoi An Ti Hon House and honestly couldn’t recommend it highly enough! Hien was an incredible host from start to finish. She and the entire staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and truly at home. Their kindness, hospitality and attention to detail made the stay even more special. The hotel itself is beautiful and in a fantastic location, maximum 10 minutes walking distance from the Old Town, which made it incredibly convenient while still being a peaceful place to come back to after a busy day. The room was absolutely spotless, beautifully presented and had a gorgeous view. And the mattress deserves a special mention, so comfortable! I slept incredibly well. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. I also loved having free bicycles available, which was such a nice bonus and a great way to explore the area. After a hot day exploring Vietnam, coming back to the pool was perfect. The water was lovely and cool and it was a great place to relax. Overall, I genuinely loved my stay here. Everything was fantastic, the hotel, the location, the room, the breakfast, the pool, and most importantly, the wonderful people who looked after me. Thank you so much to Hien and the whole team for making my stay so enjoyable. I will definitely come back and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An! ❤️

Precioso boutique hotel a 5min caminando del centro nebralgico de HoiAn. Camas muy muy cómodas (soy muy crítico con la calidad de las camas!) y decoración preciosa. Tanto la anfitria como sus ayudantes han estado de gran ayuda desde el primer momento, a la llegada me brindaron con toda la información necesaria para moverme por HoiAn, los mejores restaurantes, tiendas de cuero, casas de ropa a medida y sitios de interés cultural y natural. La piscina una verdadera gozada, la única fresca en todo Vietnam, diría, ya que está a la sombra! Los desayunos en el hotel bajo demanda son más que correctos y recomiendo vivamente el desayuno local que por desgracia sólo lo pedí el último día y es una delicia! Disponen de bicis a la entrada del hotel que se pueden coger sin aviso previo y son de gran utilidad tanto para moverse por el pueblo como para visitar las zonas de campos de cultivo y la playa, es un paseo precioso que recomiendo a todos los que paséis por HoiAn.

Amazing place well located

After two trips to Thailand and two to Vietnam, I have to say that the Hoi An Ti Hon House is in my top three. You’d be hard-pressed to find anything better in all of Southeast Asia for this price. The rooms are an absolute dream: light comes in from three—and in some rooms, even four—sides. The decor is very tasteful and well-maintained. Extremely clean. Our rooms, which faced the back of the property, both had a cute little balcony with a view of the greenery. Dieu Hien, the owner, anticipates your every wish. Breakfast is available either Vietnamese-style (excellent!) or continental (which we didn’t try). You can use bikes for free to get in town (3 minutes) or everywhere else. Very nice swimming pool. Highly recommended!

It's too bad we planned our trip so that we could only stay for two nights.

Host was amazing, staffs were very friendly and polite. If you have any concern, whatsapp the host and she will reply to message asap. One of our friend had a birthday, and they suprised us with a cake, gave us leaving gift. Very nice and welcoming. I will 100% recommed this place.

Wir waren sehr glücklich, das Zimmer ist sehr schön und super sauber. Der Service war ausgezeichnet und hat kleinere bis speziellere Sonderwünsche erfüllt ohne zu blinzeln (zweite Bettdecke, herausragender Waschservice mit meinem privat mitgebrachtem Waschmittel). Der komplette Staff ist super nett und zuvorkommend. Der Pool ist wunderbar kühl, sehr schön und sorgt für erfrischende Entspannung nach langen Touren durch die wuselige Altstadt von Hoi An. Wir fanden die Lage ausgezeichnet, man kann wunderbar zu Fuß zur Altstadt laufen und sieht noch etwas auf dem Weg. In der Nähe sind auch super Restaurants, die ein bisschen mehr ein "local" feeling versprühen im Vergleich zu den Touristenspots in der Innenstadt.

Die Klimaanlage könnte etwas moderner/leiser sein, aber es gab einen Eco Mode mit dem wir auch beim Schlafen gut zurecht gekommen sind.

We had the best time in Ti Hon House. From the very moment we were welcomed, we knew were in great hands. The host and staff was wonderful and attentive. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bathtub was a nice touch. We highly recommend staying here!

Everything about my stay was perfect! The room was beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was very convenient as well! The house was beautifully designed and room were spacious and the beds were comfortable. It was a welcoming spot after a day of site seeing. The home is in a nice and convenient location.

Even though it was in a quiet neighborhood, you will still hear dogs barking occasionally at night. This is part of city life and better than traffic noise.

Simply a great hotel. It's the best place I stayed in Vietnam. The breakfasts were excellent. The staff was absolutely delightful. The room was very spacious and clean. Cleaning was done regularly. The hotel has a pool. You can use the bikes for exploring. If I have the chance, I'll definitely come back to this hotel. I'd like to thank them very much for the pleasure they provided.

The house is exactly as shown on booking.com —clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The host-Mrs Hien was exceptional, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She arranged activities like cycling and a cooking class for the 7 of us, both of which were fantastic. Her food recommendations were spot on, and she even brought us to great local spots for breakfast. It felt like staying with someone who genuinely cares about your experience!

The whole time at Hoi An Ti Hon house it was just easy and relaxing. Mrs Hein the owner was amazing from beginning to end she organised transport from the airport for us, breakfast everyday, bikes to use around town, if you want a tour she could book you one and had great suggestions! We did the cooking class and my gosh it was so good! The lady’s taking care of the house are just lovely and made staying there so easy! We didn’t want to leave!

This home stay was a wonderful choice. It’s located in a quiet area about a 15 minute walk to the busy old town. It was a peaceful and serene environment and an oasis to return to after a busy day exploring. Each morning we were greeted by the most warm and kind staff and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast cooked fresh to order. The owners took care of booking our activities and offered suggestions for the best experiences. We took a wonderful cooking class which we would highly recommend! We also went to the Hoi A Memories show which was fantastic and a must see while you’re staying in Hoi An. Overall this was a wonderful stay and the owners and staff really go out of their way to make you feel welcome and like part of the family!

Det har været et helt uforglemmeligt ophold hos Hoi An Ti Hon House. Fakstisk helt og aldeles enestående. Stedet og værelserne er så uroligt smukke. Der er tænkt på alt. En eksklusiv og zen-agtig oplevelse tilbagetrukket fra det meget pulserende, tætpakkede og larmende centrum i Hoi an. Hien som driver stedet er den sødeste, mest hjælpsomme og serviceorienterede vært man kan ønske sig. Hun driver stedet med stort hjerte og tilstedeværelse for den enkelte gæst. Min datter og jeg oplevede det som en gave at få lov til at bor netop her og vil på alle mulige måder anbefale stedet til andre der skal besøge Hoi An. Hver dag vælger man fra stedets fine menukort lige det man ønsker at spise den følgende morgen. Lihn og Mai som arbejder på stedet serverer den fineste morgenmad og er ligesom Hien bare så søde og hjælpsomme. Hien tilbyder et flot sortiment at Spa behandlinger som man kan nyde under private forhold i stedets lille smukke solplet af en have. Vi prøvede flere behandlinger og det var ren luksus for krop og sjæl. Man kan tilmed bestille behandlingerne med kort tids varsel, hvilket er virkelig belejligt. Hien samarbejder med meget professionelle behandlere som kommer til Ti Hon House og udfører deres små mirakler. Kvaliteten er i top og prisen er ikke højere end det du kan få andre steder under mere støjende og forhastede omstændigheder. Stedet har en meget fin pool og meget ren pool, hvor vi nød et dyp for at køle af om aftenen efter en varm dag. Hvis du er i tvivl, hvor du skal bo i Hoi An, så vælg Ti Hon House. Du vil ikke fortryde det.

The homestay is in a quiet street, strategical for visiting the old town of Hoi An (only at 10-15 minutes walking distance, but without any traffic or noise). The host is extremely helpful, friendly and can organise all the transfers, tours or cooking class you need. The breakfast has lots of options, the food is very good. The homestay is just perfectly furnished, I was really impressed by the beauty and peace of this place. I really recommend it, when I'll be back in Hoi An, I will definitely stay there.

I liked the aesthetics of this house. It was beautiful and we had a very comfortable stay. Our hosts were so friendly and made our stay very easy. We were looked after in every way as did everything for us. At the end of the stay we had some Jasmin tea and spent time chatting with the owner before we left. My only regret is that I didn’t get to stay longer and try the massage - maybe next time.

Kurz gesagt, es war von Anfang bis Ende ein wundervoller Aufenthalt im Ti Hon House. Die Gastgeberinnen sind super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hier findet man die perfekte Mischung zwischen gemütlichem Homestay und perfektem Service. Das gibt es wahrscheinlich nur sehr selten. Der Pool im Untergeschoss lädt zu einem erfrischenden Bad ein und die Zimmer sind ebenfalls sehr schön und stilvoll eingerichtet, so wie das ganze Haus. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

The location is good, about a 10-minute walk from the city center in a quiet area. The rooms are pleasant and the breakfast is generous. The owners are friendly and clearly try to make guests feel welcome. Overall, the place has good potential thanks to its location and welcoming hosts, but a bit more organization would definitely improve the experience and the value for money.

However, there were a few organizational issues during my stay. I had booked a cooking activity, but on the day of the class it seemed the reservation had been forgotten. Everything had to be arranged at the last minute. Thankfully, the instructor was wonderful and made herself available despite the short notice. There is also no reception during the day, which can make it a little inconvenient when entering or leaving the property. I also had an unfortunate experience with the laundry service: some of my light-colored clothes came back pink. Because of this, I would recommend being cautious with lighter garments. That said, the owners did offer small gifts as an apology, which I appreciated.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel with excellent facilities and a very well-curated atmosphere. The rooms are a standout — very comfortable, aesthetically designed, and impeccably clean. The breakfast is à la carte rather than a buffet, so the variety is more limited, but the quality of the food is excellent. One of the main highlights of our stay was the friendliness of the staff, who were always helpful and welcoming. The hotel also offers great services, particularly the spa treatments, which are very convenient as they are arranged directly at the hotel and provide a very relaxing experience.

The only downside during our stay was the noise at night, caused by farm animals around the hotel, but nothing too disruptive

Hoi an ti hon house is a beautiful property, set back a little from the hustle and bustle. The staff were so friendly, and as a solo female traveller they made me feel at peace and very safe and looked after. I also made use of the spa facilities which were wonderful! From the moment my husband and I arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness from the host (and a delicious welcome drink!) The hospitality here is truly exceptional. The hosts go above and beyond, offering thoughtful touches that make a real difference. This included an opportunity to enjoy breakfast out, which gave us a great “local” experience :)

We spent an entire month here and were so happy we chose it. The host and her assistant were so nice and so very helpful. Whatever we needed, they were happy to help. Also, the place is beautiful and exceptionally well run. The bed was comfortable, the rooms are kept spotless, the AC worked well and there was plenty of hot water. Breakfast is included and was delicious. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the old town and it was nice to stay away from the tourist crowds. There is some noise from roosters and dogs but we sleep with ear plugs anyway and between those and the AC, they never bothered us.

We had a wonderful stay! The atmosphere felt truly homely and welcoming, and the host were incredibly kind and helpful. She arranged everything for us including airport transfer and tours. We also enjoyed using the spa services. Communication was always quick and flexible. Breakfasts were very good. Highly recommended!

The staff was very nice and helpful, the location is 15 minutes from the center which is good because it is far from all the noise and chaos in the center. The house is absolutely fantastic. I stayed with a group of 10. Extremely spacious in perfect position (10 minute walk to centre of town). The pool was a fantastic addition to cool off in the heat. The best part about the property however is the phenomenal staff. Hien was so accomodating we wanted for literally nothing throughout the entire stay. She gave fantastic recommendations, booked trips for us when asked, organised massages and laundry. We were even treated to fresh al a carte breakfast every morning cooked in the kitchen. I could not recommend this property highly enough if you are staying in Hoi An. We felt extremely welcome and taken care of. A true luxury experience!

I loved Ti Hon House so much! It's a beautiful property, incredibly kind and helpful host, delicious freshly made breakfast, clean and comfortable room, just outside the busy area and down an alley so I loved the privacy! It's a lovely place, the pool was clean and refreshing after a day of walking around in the hot climate. I can't say enough, I loved it, I highly recommend it, and I would easily stay there again! I enjoyed the location because it was nice and quiet and I like to walk everywhere and the alley ways are the best in Hoi An. And times where I got tired it was easy to get a grab ride. There is a rooster next store that cock-a-doodle-doos each morning, but I loved this because I'm a morning person and I love the sounds of nature, but I know some people are bothered by this.

I used mostly my sim cell service as the wifi wasn't very strong. It wasn't an issue for me because I had the sim, but that's the only thing I can think of that could be improved.

Una ducha con potencia y una piscina interior comunitaria agradable. Y el desayuno completo y delicioso. Además que el personal es super atento y encantador.

A lovely boutique hotel with big bright tastefully decorated rooms. Staff were very helpful with suggestions sent by what’s app . They genuinely want you to have a great experience in Hoi An . Only a short walk from the Japanese bridge in Hoi An .

Everything, great Villa, great location only 5 min walk to Old Town. Hien our host and staff were exceptional and are lovely, friendly people. Every thing we needed was attended too very quickly. If you're staying in Hoi An and prefer a villa you need to stay here, 6 individual villas within the one complex. We booked all 6 with a large group and had the best time.

Ein sehr guter Spa und ein schöner Pool, das tolle Zimmer und alles blitzsauber. Und vor allem die familiäre Athmosphäre. 100 Prozent empfehlenswert. Gerne wären wir länger geblieben. Danke.

The host was amazing, organising a trip to Ba Na Hills, an awesome cooking class, massages and a taxi to the airport. Anything you wanted you could ask for! The room was a lovely space to be in, especially sitting on the balcony. The beds were comfortable and there was a tasty breakfast each morning. We loved the pool, used it everyday. We had the whole apartment complex to ourselves for a 6 night stay, lucky us!

Would have liked the property to be a bit closer to the Old Town, say a 10min walk on a busy street to the start of the town. The pool was refreshingly cold, but perfect on really hot days.

The host was super helpful and took great care of us. Property was clean and we even had spa arranged at the villa.

The villa does not have a lift so we had to carry the luggage up the stairs and the hotel is in a small lane hence transport access is restricted. Apart from that we had a great experience and once again cannot highlight enough how helpful and nice the host was

Hemos pasado unos días increíbles en este hotel. Desde que llegamos nos sentimos como en casa: el personal es súper amable, siempre pendiente y con una sonrisa. La habitación estaba impecable, muy cómoda y con detalles que marcan la diferencia. Nos dio una habitación superior a la que teníamos, una maravilla. Las instalaciones invitan a relajarse y disfrutar, y la comida… ¡una maravilla! Todo fresco, variado y riquísimo. Lo que más nos ha gustado es que todo el equipo hace que la experiencia sea especial, cuidando hasta los pequeños detalles. Ha sido un verdadero sueño y sin duda queremos volver. Muy recomendable. La piscina interior con la parte de la terraza es inmejorable. Hien ha sido como una madre, atenta, servicial y encantadora. Volveremos 🫶🏽

The beds were incredibly cozy, ensuring restful nights, and the bathroom was both large and modern, definitely a highlight. The staff went above and beyond with their warm hospitality; they even helped us book tickets for the Memories show, which made our experience all the more special. The pool area was beautiful and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. What we loved most was the intimate feel of this small hotel—there were very few other guests, so it felt peaceful and private. Plus, the included breakfasts were delicious and a great way to start each day. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet, and welcoming place to stay!

While our stay was overall excellent, there were a few minor areas for improvement. The bathroom, though modern and spacious, didn’t have a shower screen, which caused water to splash and leave the floor quite wet after each use. Additionally, the hotel is located down a very narrow street, which made it a bit tricky for cars or taxis to pick us up directly at the entrance. The location itself was peaceful and away from the busy streets, which we appreciated, but it did require a 15–20 minute walk to reach the main areas. That said, this was easily managed by arranging a Grab when we preferred not to walk.

Bien situé, 10mn du pont japonais (le centre) un vrai paradis, un havre de paix au milieu de l’effervescence de Hoï An. On nous donne même les clés de tout l’hôtel. Super ptit dej. Une Adresse exceptionnelle vu les pris pratiqués 😃

We absolutely loved our stay in Ti Hon House. Hien is such a wonderful hostess. She welcomed us with a passion fruit drink and gave us a lot of tips about trips and restaurants. She's so friendly and sweet. The house itself is beautiful, with a nice swimming pool in the middle. Great to take a dip after a visit to the centre. Hien also arranged a bike for us, so we could tour around the rice fields and pottery village.Breakfast is very good, you have different options to choose from. The room was big, with large windows overlooking the surroundings and a little balcony, perfect to read a book in the evening. The house is located in a small and quiet street and you can walk from there to the city center. We recommend Ti Hon House! If we come back, we'll stay there again

Nothing was bad literally beat bang for your buck!!!!

I loved the beauty of the place, feels like a hidden gem. The host was super kind and offered me a drink/food on arrival. On top of that I got a free upgrade to a huge room which was essentially an apartment with a stunning bathroom, balcony and 3 beds.

Nothing in particular, it's an amazing place to reset/relax. The minibar didn't have bottled water, but the owner went and got me some free of charge. 10/10 place

This is a lovely small boutique homestay. It is walkable to old town. Hien was always very kind, respectful and helpful with a very professional approach to looking after us, providing advice etc. We stayed in a king room on the 3rd floor, which meant quite a lot of going up and down but the staff were always ready to help with carrying bags, etc. Ti Hon is beautifully decorated and the small pool is refreshing and protected from sunlight. Breakfasts were great and we enjoyed the guided experience of going out for breakfast when we chose.

We quite liked the location but after 3 days decided to change to a more natural setting along the river a little further out of town. Our second breakfast out was a bit rushed and not as friendly and informative as we would have liked.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean and modern, the hosts are very friendly and welcoming. They even gave me medicine for my digestive issues which helped me a lot! The house is beautifully designed and located in a cute side street. One of the best accommodations during our Vietnam trip!

Our host was so very personable and friendly. Our flight ended up being delayed and we came in very late. Our host waited up for us and greeted us with a lovely refreshing mango drink. Our room was beautifully decorated and the bed was so very comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful! We were given the choice to have breakfast at Ti Hon House which had a lovely selection or to go with our host to a local restaurant. I would highly recommend that you try having breakfast out with the host. Our host made our stay in Hoi An so very comfortable by sharing with us great places to eat and things to do. I also got a massage there and it was wonderful!!

We loved this property, it’s not a huge hotel. It’s a wonderful small villa type property with really great service. The host is a beautiful kind women who was so helpful and showed us the best places to eat, drink and walk around d.

Best experience at Ti hon, your host will welcome you with open arms and go out of her way to make you stay amazing. She organises, bikes, excursions, laundry, spa, laundry free off stress and you settle up at the end of your stay. Also recommends tailors and other shops. We also were supposed to arrive at 2pm in the afternoon but our travel plans changed and we turned up at 8am. We were check in to a room by 9 am so we could rest up straight away and all our washing was collected and back to us by early afternoon. Everything was beyond expectation. Breakfast was also great and we were spoiled every morning :)

The perfect stay in Hoi An! The location is great, very close to the centre but peaceful. The actual house is beautiful and the rooms as well. The host is super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very tasty. Everything was very clean as well. If we come to Hoi An we will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful, charming place. Secluded and in a calm area. Rooster is a rustic addition to the homey feeling. Host provided exceptional support, even welcomed us at 6am on our check-in day, booked trips and massages for us and went to a local breakfast with us. All in all highly recommended!

Beautiful crisp, clean spacious rooms with well thought out internal and external spaces. Tranquil setting set back from the road. Lovely attentive hosts and seamless support with excursions and transfers plus great help with extra meals and drinks drinks when one of us was unwell. Beds were perfect and breakfasts were all amazing. Try the local food its worth it! Would happily return

This will seem like an oversimplification - but literally everything was perfect. From the airport pickup, the greeting, the cleanliness, the breakfast, the vibe & interior, the location, the value, even the recommendations around town. A boutique, family run place by good people.

Hien’s property was really beautiful and she was really lovely, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was big. The bathroom was lovely.

There was nothing not to like. The only thing I would say is that the doors into the rooms are big bay windows/ doors so it can initially feel like there isn’t much privacy. Hien did offer ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper because of the roosters!! They didn’t bother me :)

Fantastic hotel. Very family-friendly, small and quiet. Very large and clean room. The owner is charming and very friendly and sends you transport from the airport, rents motorbikes and has a Spa. Highly recommended.
