Great location, it's clean, and good value for money.

I didn't care for tub/shower combo in the deluxe room. I rather prefer a shower.

Good and convenient location. Many cafe and restaurants nearby.

Low water pressure for the shower facility. Breakfast variety and quality need some improvement

Room a bit small , not much facilities

Some non-management staff quite helpful like older gentleman in foyer who helps with luggage, directions etc.

Inability to accommodate a dietary medical request advised to them when booking made months ago. Certain staff 'passing the buck' telling you to raise your problem with F&B (restaurant) and restaurant staff well trained to 'pass the buck' to reception. Reception unable to escalate any problem presumably for 'face-sving' reasons. Reception staff totally inflexible on everything. Reception staff well-trained to pretend not to understand two words in English and want to defer to GM later, later and later, seemingly hoping you'll give up, forget or have left before they respond. Hotel doesn't provide simple item that 99% hotels across the world do - a fold out to place your case on. Reception adamant they don't supply these; don't want to supply a spare table as an alternative. Reception don't want to provide early check-in unless charging more than one day's room rate. Breakfast is very basic and doesn't provide for any dietary problem even with advance notice. Hotel doesn't want to spend $1 to buy in milk that guest will not be allergic to. Breakfast items not sufficiently labelled to understand what they are. It's impossible to see anything from the tiny (45cm broad) window as has privacy glazing that prevents seeing out. Only local tea bags available - so best bring your own! Majority of staff duplicity by pretending to care and behaving the opposite: they seem to be well-trained to behave like this!

Keurig hotel, prima hotelkamer met een goede douche. Personeel is vriendelijk. Super locatie in district 1, veel dingen op loopafstand. Winkelcentra en 7eleven vlakbij.

De bedden zijn keihard, dit aangegeven, ze hebben er een topper opgelegd waarna het beter was.

Excellent customer service, staff are very helpful and friendly.

Gutes Hotel, liegt gut, alles in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Schöne Roofbar mit gutem Essen! Der Portier macht einen super Job, lächelt immer und es ergibt sich ein kleiner "Schwatz", ohne Google-Transleter;-)

Great location in Japantown area. Rooftop bar was clean, quiet and chill. Breakfast was great

(1) Location - Very near to everywhere, especially night life. (2) The roof top bar was nice, serve nice french fries. (3) Circle convenient shop is around, plenty of restaurants (Japanese). (4) Hồ Chí Minh City People's Committee and Ben Thanh Market just 10-15 mins walk away

(1) The hotel could not charged my credit card when I was still in my home country, it kept on sending me the message asking me to change the credit card, I did it twice for 2 different credit card but they kept on message me not successful and threaten me my room was not guaranteed if payment not thru. Finally when I reached the hotel, used the card they mentioned could not used, but I discovered no problems found at all. (2) Then everything was good until last day, last minute, I just rush back from outside at 11.50am and thinking to take a quick shower before checking out at 12.15pm, but the front desk called me at 12pm sharp and rushing me to check out, I asked for 20 mins more but he reluctantly said ok and gave me 10 mins. What is this? I have been many hotels in the world and I never experience this before, I just asked for another 20 minutes more, the frond desk no need to rush me out like never before. It is a shame as I was happy (aside the credit card issue) with the stay until that minute, so I didn't even dry my hair just pack and get down at 12.08pm. (3) Also , very small restaurant at level 2, breakfast choice are so limited.

I like the centrality

Just a solid location and comfortable room. Amenities are lacking. But you can find stuff nearby such as a gym.

Service was exceptional. Ms Susan, reception manager, and her team went beyond expectations by organising tours, suggesting tourist sites and walks and recommending excellent restaurants nearby. Buffet breakfast had great variety and, in the evening, the Sky Bar was the perfect place to unwind. Highly recommended!!

price was a bit on the higher side, for the facilities it offered. there was also construction noise heard from 7am onwards.

Great location for District 1 tourism, very nice breakfast, huge bed, enclosed shower! Cute rooftop bar.

Small window, no view

The staff Is rude. The bathroom was clean but stinky. During the entire day there were some works in the building on the side so it was very noisy. The breakfast was very poor. The location is good but, overall, not worth the price of the room. Better to go for another accommodation in Ho Chi Minh!

We had a good time in Ho Chi Min City and the staff at 22Land were very nice.

The hotel is a nice sized boutique style hotel in a very convenient location. Whilst its near the nightlife of bars it remains very quiet in the evenings so no trouble with noise. The staff are very friendly and helpful too and nothing seems too much trouble. Breakfast is a good selection with a nice range of fresh dishes made to order. I didn't use the pool or bar on this occasion which was a shame as they looked most inviting.

The location is very good and the staff was friendly. Nice view from the top floor bar- but be careful, the menu prices don't include the tax. The room was comfortable and quiet.

I didn't like the breakfast, the selection was quite poor. Nothing horrible, just not great. The staff was asking us to post good reviews on a couple of occasions, that felt a little pushed. The most disappointing was the price of the late check out, we had to pay almost what we paid for one night just to stay 4 more hours.

Air conditioning is not really good, feel it didn't reach the temperature which we set. The draining of the bathroom is bad.

So happy I stayed there. Room super clean and the staff were amazing. I got there late and tired and they ordered me food in their own delivery account to help me otherwise I would just have gone straight to bed. Morning staff also amazing. My room didnt have window but I was aware about it when I booked it.

Check in was smooth. Phu that works in the front was very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located. Close to malls , good food and amenities. Worth the price and really great for a short stay of 1-2 nights. I would def return to this hotel if I ever needed to

The cleanliness is the most important for me and it passed. 10/10 Bed and Pillow are clean and comfort. Toilet is well set up, but too bad it doesn't have medium size of towel.. ^^; Breakfast line is ok. Staff is ok. Location is great, few walking distrance to shopping area and restuarant.

Excellent place to stay in the centre of Sai Gon.Rooms spotless and beds/pillows so comfortable. Sky Bar for drinking they do in the top and it was superb.All staff so welcoming and happy to help with anything. Thoroughly recommend booking for your stay in 22land hotel saigon

The location is excellent. Within 20mins(max) walking distance of so many tourist attractions and shopping. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the Sky Bar makes great cocktails. It proved to be fantastic value for money.

The beds are very firm. I'm sure some people rather this anyway so just an observation really.

Clean and new facilities. Sound prove is excellent.
