We have stayed at this hotel twice now. The location is very convenient, and the pool is really nice. Not too busy and enough loungers poolside.

Last time we stayed there was more hammocks in the pool area, this time there was only one so that's a bummer, you just have to get up to the pool early or bide your time.

A bit of luxury and tranquillity in the hustle and bustle of Ho Chi Min City. Very clean, very friendly staff throughout the whole hotel. Beautiful bed linen and pillows. Incredible food for breakfast and afternoon tea.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Lily and Amy, who were so kind and attentive throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality really made us feel welcome. We also really enjoyed the afternoon tea, which was a lovely touch and made our stay even more special. Everything was beautifully presented and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and elegant. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended! ❤️

This is our third stay in a Silverland property and fave to date. Staff were friendly, attentive and polite. Rooms were well maintained and clean. We particularly loved the pool area with its indoor / outdoor feel and rooftop bar. Happy hours were fairly inexpensive and we loved the spicy Ayam cocktail. There was an extremely loud noise which started across the hall from our room which meant we were unable to sleep. Staff sourced a new room for us immediately and helped us move so we could sleep while they got maintenance to look into it. They organised for a complimentary airport transfer in light of this.

The breakfast and afternoon tea buffet were ok, a little disappointing and much of the hot food was on the cold side

A lovely boutique hotel right in the heart of District 1. We stayed in one of the rooms in the newly built wing, which was beautifully designed with great attention to detail. The rooftop pool area and bar are spacious, relaxing, and offer stunning views. The staff, especially Penny, are absolutely wonderful.

The equipment in the gym is not up to standard.

Excellent location and very convenient for access to cafes and supermarket.

Mooie sfeervolle kamers, lekkere bedden en schone badkamer. Ontbijt lekker uitgebreid. Her zwembad is echt een lekker plek om aan het eind van de dag even te relaxen. Met een regenbuitje kun je nog droog liggen. Bij de hightea was er live muziek en ook bij het zwembad: ook weer sfeervol.

The staff and service here was exceptional. Their attention to detail, friendliness and kindness has now spoilt me for other hotels, as no where else I’ve stayed in the world has compared to the service we received here. Dory and Amy were stand outs, they helped me arrange a birthday surprise for my husband during our stay and went out of their way to make it perfect. Dory’s fantastic communication and care started from the time we booked and extended through arranging tours and the birthday surprise. I would not usually book a tour through a hotel, but this was an exception because Dory had built a relationship of trust before we ever met. The hotel itself is lovely, but the facilities are outshined by their staff. At check out Amy asked where we are heading next and I told her and mentioned we were going there to celebrate our anniversary. As we were getting into our transport Amy ran to the car to give us an anniversary gift. Our positive experience will definitely brings us back to the Silverland May next week visit Saigon, and will be sharing our recommendations with family and friends.

It was an amazing and lovely stay - the check in was pretty smooth and fast, yet Amy offered a complimentary drink from their bar at any point of time during my stay for the ‘slow’ process. Pleasantly surprised that my room was upgraded as well. The facilities were all working well too and they offer laundry services as well. As the hotel is centrally located in district 1, it is convenient to travel out to different attractions, fashion boutiques and cafes on foot. Upon check out, they were still apologetic about the check in and offered a free ride to the airport. I definitely look forward to returning back to Silverland May Hotel.

We loved the staff, they were all so friendly and made us feel very welcome! My husband and I got a free upgrade to a stunning spacious room. The pool area is so lovely and relaxing with plenty of seats and space. The breakfast was really nice too and they were very accomodating to me being gluten free. Highly recommend!

Overall, the hotel has a peaceful and elegant atmosphere. The rooftop swimming pool is beautiful, and the rooftop bar offers an amazing view of the city. A special thanks to Wendy and the pool staff for their warm hospitality. Everyone was so friendly and cheerful, making us feel truly welcome. I highly recommend this hotel!

We had a 2 night stay at this hotel and the location perfect. Nice area and easy walking to opera house and the hop on hop off bus -which is also a must. The rooms are clean and comfortable but a little bit dated in the shower area. No shower screen but a roller blind and a big climb into the bath to use the shower which can be tricky and slippery. The pool is spectacular and we thoroughly enjoyed using this space. They had a big screen playing the fifa World Cup you could watch from pool and then band started playing. The water was cool but refreshing after a day in the heat. Buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of options and good coffee.

Silverland May Hotel staff is truly amazing! Special thanks to Grace for accommodating me when I stayed there. Brunch was great with a great selection of food, lastly the rooms were clean, nice soft beds and cold air blowing from the air conditioner in the room

Maya Rooftop Bar at Silverland Mây Hotel is a fantastic place to relax and unwind in the evening. The live music creates a wonderful atmosphere, making it the perfect spot to enjoy great drinks and beautiful city views. A special thanks to Brian (Lộc), who was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. His excellent service made our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable rooftop bar experience in Ho Chi Minh City!

Great service and location; Sophia, Thu, Amy, Penny are very helpful in giving tips about where to go in the city. Great food as well. The hotel is located in walking distance to the Opera House, Saigon Center, many quaint cafes, and restaurants. One thing is note is that the hotel is renovated from the building of an old hotel in Saigon, so aesthetically some of the design choices can seem a bit old-fashioned. That said, knowing that the staff did an amazing job at renewing the place and leaving some of the old aesthetics of the old hotel in is particularly helpful in understanding why certain design elements in the hotel look the way they do (e.g., door paint and the mirror in the elevator).

The staff were so helpful and gracious - the hotel was always clean and nicely presented. We enjoyed the afternoon tea each day and again staff were always so attentive. The location in District 1 was excellent and close to the walking street and the centre of history. WE would stay again and recommend this hotel

I just wanted to add a note of appreciation for Mr. Huu Pham, the Assistant Front Office Manager at Silverland May hotel here in Saigon. I was a little disappointed in the room size I originally received, I then had some problems with the safe in the room, requiring multiple visits by technicians to try to rectify the problem and there was some unfortunate maintenance going on in the gym that put it out of commission during my stay. As a repeat customer I was recognized and Mr. Huu generously upgraded me to a suite on the 12th floor, which was a very nice upgrade indeed. In the end, good customer service is really just good business. It’s a win-win strategy where loyal customers get VIP treatment and an incentive to come back again, and the company gets to generate more revenue at little additional cost . Other service providers take note, in a world where good service is increasingly rare. Thanks again for the hospitality.
