・窓がない上に部屋がジメジメ湿っぽい ・Booking.comの表面上価格は8M VNDで値引き後2M VNDとなっていたが価格に全く見合っていない ・スタッフの対応がイマイチな上に、チェックアウト時のデポジットキャンセルを忘れられてて信用できない。そもそも500Kのデポジット取る理由が不明。 ・チェックアウト時の部屋確認に時間かかりすぎ

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The location was very convenient, and the room was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a good experience and we were satisfied with the service. There is still some room for improvement, but we would definitely consider staying here again. Location is best

Stayed here right in the centre of District 1 for 18 days, while having dental work done about a 5 minutes walk away. You're 5 minutes walk from everywhere here! The hotel had comfortable well serviced rooms with good aircon, WiFi & a much needed rooftop swimming pool, ...& gym, together with a beauty spa; but the latter two I never used 😁 The Fusion Restaurant offered an included, breakfast buffet with an awesome selection, which set me up well each day. From the moment I arrived my hosts were very helpful & efficient; they've all been outstanding, respectfully courteous, genuine & most of all FUN. Their caring & friendly manor has made me feel very welcome & at ease here for my first time in Vietnam. Its your people that make the difference; & everyone of you have had all the bases covered during my stay. Many thanx 👍 ...a really enjoyable base. I obviously can't recomend this place high enough - An absolute MUST STAY to Relax Restore & Recharge, for Business or Pleasure.

朝ごはんが美味しかった。 日本街の近くで日本語が話せるスタッフがいたり日本語表記があって日本人にもわかりやすい。

早朝便で前の日に人数や荷物の量を伝えてタクシーを頼んでいたのにチェックアウト時の担当には伝わっておらず、すぐに呼んでもらうように頼んだのに随分待たされフライトに遅れそうだった。 宿泊費とは別にチェックイン時にデポジット用と言われ出したカードから当日に引き落としされていて驚いた。他の方も書いていたが、デポジットの額や当時実際に引き落としをするならチェックイン時に説明が必要だと思う。 プールやフィットネスは写真よりダイブ狭い。 周辺は歓楽街の近くでファミリーフレンドリーというよりはビジネスや大人だけの宿泊向き。

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent stay – A special thank you to Mr. Binh! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. The hotel is exactly as shown in the photos. The rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable, and all the facilities work perfectly. The air conditioning works very well, the shower has excellent water pressure, and overall the hotel is very comfortable. The swimming pool is particularly enjoyable and stays open until 8:00 PM, which gives guests plenty of time to relax and enjoy it after a day exploring the city. We also tried the hotel restaurant and were very impressed. The food is refined, well prepared, and genuinely delicious. We really enjoyed our meals there and would definitely recommend the restaurant. The staff are welcoming, respectful, and attentive. The housekeeping team also did an excellent job. While we were away, they came to clean and completely refreshed our room, leaving everything in perfect condition. Most importantly, we would like to give a special thank you to Mr. Binh from the Front Office. We experienced an issue when we first arrived, and Mr. Binh immediately took responsibility for the situation and made sure everything was resolved. Thanks to his professionalism, kindness, and efficiency, the problem was quickly taken care of and we were able to fully enjoy the rest of our stay. We are truly grateful for his help and dedication. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Ho Chi Minh City, especially families. Vấn đề tôi không thích. Tôi book phòng cho sếp tôi ở và hotel có trừ tiền online trên thẻ của tôi. Đến khi sếp tôi đến ở thì bên khách sạn lại trừ tiền nữa. Nhưng không hề thông báo hay lại cho người đã booking. Cho đến 10 ngày sau thì sếp tôi hỏi khách sạn đã hoàn tiền cho tôi chưa và tôi không biết tại sao khách sạn lại trừ tiền của 2nguoi. Tôi đồng ý khi sếp tôi đến ở không show được thẻ của tôi. Thì khách sạn có thể trừ tiền của ông ấy nhưng cũng nên báo đến ngưòi booking và tiền đoz sẽ hoàn lại cho tôi. Giờ tôi gọi lại khách sạn thì nhân viên khách sạn nói sẽ hoàn lại sau 1 tháng. Ủa sao trừ dễ dàng và hoàn lại thì tôi phải đợi cả tháng vây. Nếu sếp tôi không nói chắc tôi cũng không biết. Dịch vụ quá tệ

The breakfast was great with a wide variety of options and tasted delicious. The location couldn't be better, as it's very close to the Japanese area.

However, the Wi-Fi was disappointing. The connection speed was too slow to get any work done, and my online meetings kept lagging.　There were issues with the plumbing, specifically the washlet and shower. I wish they had checked these prior to my stay. Staff told me it was fixed, but when I checked, it still wasn't working.

Very good hotel. Location is faultless. Room could be improved, cupboard hinges etc. But decent amenities. Breakfast and staff are excellent. Will definitely recommend

Shower was good. Breakfast was pretty good. Kids like the berry smoothies.

I found one of the desk staff a real douche. Scoffed when I went to use the entitlement to afternoon tea with my kids. Then said we could only have if ate outside…really? Only checking in guests could eat use certain chairs. When I asked guests directly whether they were checking in…they advised me that they were not. Real disappointing. Refund my hold and be done with this place.

This hotel was amazing!! Customer service was incredible, 10/10 all round. It’s a must stay when visiting ho chi min. Good area aswell. See them soon!

Excellent location, situated on a beautiful, quiet street shaded by large trees, just a 5-minute walk from the city center. The amenities are of standard quality, and the staff is both welcoming and fluent in English. Since the clientele is mostly international, the hotel remains peaceful. A good choice for a one-night stopover.

Rooms smelt like mould, pool disgusting and you had to walk up a weird stairwell to it.. not at all like the pictures. Aircon was a split system smelly aircon. No Bath and hallways were small, dark and enclosed. By accident I went to the wrong floor and when I used the card to open what I thought was my room it worked. I walked in on another persons room… identical to mine just with all their stuff in it. How can I feel safe if my room key opened room 909 but also my room 809 .. just blows my mind and when I went to reception they did nothing

The most pathetic hotel I have ever stayed,will not recommend to anyone. No welcome drinks being served ,wen asked for some water ,staff said take it yourself. Their staff needs lots of trainings as they are unfit to be in hospitality business, they are rude ,they don't smile. They made us wait for three hours at the reception for room.wen I asked for ird menu card they said you don't know how to scan and check.for simple things like water bottles and empty cups in room they argued with us and then gave two half litre water bottles and no cups.Truely disappointed.

Decent location.

Lots of mould in the bathroom smelly room from the mould. The night manager refused to help change our room and offered to have someone come up and clean the bathroom at 11.45 pm!!!!! which would have taken a good hour to clean, very poor customer service considering poor housekeeping standards.

Rooms were functional but dated. We were staying in family room which we felt was not big enough for a family. The aircon fan was making noise the whole time while it was operating.

Not even close to 4 stars! The hotel is outdated and the corridors have an awful smell. The rooms are disgusting and filthy. I informed the duty manager that my bathroom was dirty upon checking in and the response was "you can upgrade for an extra $34". There were three plugs in the room and the one was broken so we couldn’t charge all our electronics. The bathroom door was also broken and wouldn’t lock. Avoid this hotel if you are looking for a true 4-star experience.

I had a very pleasant experience at Paragon Saigon Hotel and would like to thank Supervisor Mr. Thang and Chef Luc for their excellent service. They were both very kind, professional, and well-organized, making everything feel smooth and welcoming. The breakfast was especially enjoyable, with a wide variety of delicious and tasteful food options. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and nicely presented, which made each morning a great start to the day. Thank you again to Mr. Thang and Chef Luc for their hospitality. I truly appreciate the care and attention to detail, and I would be happy to return in the future.

This hotel was awful. Please don’t stay - you’ll regret it. The bathrooms on the old wing flood - and I mean flood - right through to bedroom. They don’t care - they’re aware (Google it) The staff try and charge people for false things - eg your slipper are missing you must pay us, your towel was dirty you must pay us, etc etc. they claim to have cctv of you - but then can’t produce it, but they shouldn’t be videoing you in your room!!!!! The aircon in the old wing doesn’t work in all rooms - some rooms are icy and others are still at 30 degrees. The Staff just shrug when you complain When you buy a drink - check the bill! They charge for drinks you haven’t had then charge a surcharge but they can’t advise what for STAY AWAY

We stayed in Paragon Saigon Hotel in April 2026, and it was a fantastic, affordable hotel in the ideal location. It was only a short walk to Nguyen Hue Walking Street, the river, and Saigon Opera House. We stayed in a 1-bedroom family Premier room. The room was clean with plenty of space. The buffet breakfast was large with more than enough options. The hotel offered welcome drinks and a complementary afternoon tea. It had a lovely bar area and a roof top pool, with a gym and shower facilities. This hotel is very good value for money for the location it is in. Plenty of restaurants ,cafes and a grocery shop close by. Staff were processional and accommodating.

The bell boy and receptionist recommended a beautiful restaurant to eat at on the last night. It’s a shame the rest of the experience was so disappointing. If you are looking for exceptional stay in Ho chi min I would recommend Mai House.

The property had it priced at $800AUD for the night with the price discounted to $244 for a family room. The rooms it’s self was definitely not worth $844, however we didn’t pay this, I do feel the initial higher advertised prices was misleading. Our rooms were not high quality at all, the razors provided slices our skin (do not use them). The air conditioning was an old unit that stank. The beds are rock hard and very uncomfortable. We stayed on the 7th floor and we woken up at 3:30am to extremely loud banging a floor above is, it seems the hotel was renovating, this deeply upset us as we are a family with three small children who were traveling back to Australia the following day. There was also another room on our level who had a domestic with their door open at around 4am & the hotel security didn’t do anything to help support those guest getting their issue sorted. My husband had to walk out at night and see if everything was ok, and kindly ask them to go to bed and they agreed and stopped arguing.

The showers head was terrible. It was a nightmare to have a shower. Makes a mess due to the type of shower head. The second room we had the bed was all dusty.

Bardzo fajny hotel. Znakomite położenie, wszędzie blisko a zarazem cicha i spokojna okolica. Śniadanie urozmaicone, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.

Jedynym bardzo małym minusem jest to, że basen jest mały, ale w tak fajnie, że jest.

Stayed at this place for 4 days. Family suite is a one bed room unit with 2 rolled in beds. Ok. We have 3 young kids so we can deal with it. Room smells smoky and dusty. From third night kids started to cough through the night. Aircon filters are dusty and not cleaned properly. Second last night our 6 year old daughter had a bleeding nose during sleep. She didn’t wake up till the following morning to find out the sheets are blood stained. We told front desk straightaway and put up the make up room sign. Sheets were stripped and piled by us. No one came to collect them till 3pm when we came back. Rang the front desk again before leaving for dinner and confirmed that we are happy to pay extra for cleaning because of the stains, only to be told that house keeping worked only from 8am to 5pm. After insisting on getting the sheets collected and left a good tip, we came back to find a note saying they are not recoverable and we will be charged by $2,700,000 VND for them. The following morning we were shown the breakdown after asking for it. It’s $20USD for a pillow case and $50USD for a bed sheet, then the mattress protector. What a rip off. Based on Google review we are not the first victim on bed sheets charges. So be really mindful booking with this hotel. This place is absolutely not recommended for families. The management shows no sympathy at all.

Centrally located which was convenient. The staff were extremely helpful and always friendly. The room was perfect. The breakfast was the best we’ve had in Vietnam. The rooftop pool was excellent too.

The mattresses are too hard. The location is awesome and the breakfast was top notch. You could do with 2 coffee pots and possibly more coffee options. Maybe also clearly mark where the guests should stand when waiting for cars or busses as a safety factor.

The double bed room does seem a bit small. The room with 2 single beds was larger than the double.

Initially welcome was great ,conceige was very happy and engaging, unfortunately thats was the end of any kind of genuine service received, reception manager was very rude, breakfast staff was even worse, room was tired looking , with old tv , rust on pipes in toilet, swimming pool picture was cleverly taken to look a lot larger, family of 5 was in pool ans no room for anyone else , plunge pool not swimming pool, no umbrellas to keep shade under the 5 sun beds provided ,gym was ok , and to top it all off a film crew filming in lobby , felt like I was in the way amd left to do work in a cafe , simply awful , stayed 4 nights
