22Land Cosmos Hotel

Dans l’ensemble, un hôtel convenable avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix. La chambre est confortable et le ménage est effectué tous les jours avec soin. La literie est très confortable. La climatisation, la télévision, le réfrigérateur et surtout la machine à laver sont de vrais plus, notamment pour un séjour de plusieurs jours.

L’hôtel est un peu excentré du centre-ville, mais cela permet d’être au calme, contrairement au Old Quarter qui peut être très bruyant. L’accès reste facile en Grab, scooter ou taxi. La salle de bain est propre grâce au ménage quotidien, mais certains joints sont noircis et mériteraient d’être rénovés. J’ai également retrouvé trois cafards durant mon séjour, dont un petit dans mon lit. Je ne pense pas forcément que cela soit lié à un manque de propreté, mais cela reste tout de même désagréable. Enfin, l’accueil de certaines personnes à la réception était assez froid, même si ce n’était pas le cas de tout le personnel.

Great friendly staff, with any help required was sorted immediately.

This hotel is well suited to the traveller that wants to be near local options, upscale coffee, and close enough to old quarter energy. It was nice to leave the hotel and not get assaulted by vendors flogging their wares at you. Room was excellent and a great time to relax.

I had a devil of a time getting hot water from the shower.

I think you need 2 cards for each room as we left ours in for the power 24/7 because we had food in the fridge. We had to keep getting the receptionist to open the door every time we would come back to the hotel and we didnt like to bother them. It was a bit hard to have a proper sleep because you could hear the traffic which was really noisey it sounded like the door was open, and could hear the person in the next room. It would also be good to have instructions on how to use rhe washing machine/dryer as it took about 4 days to get it work properly. We had ro constanrlt communicate with the hotel and reception about this, they were reallt helpful But if there were instructions in the room on how to work it that would be much better. Other than that we had a awesome time.

Nicely situated for our late arrival from the airport, and for our onward journey the next morning. The rooms were large and had everything we could wish for, including washing machines. The reception and rooms were immaculately presented, in fact the whole place looked new. The staff were excellent.

On 30th march at 10.45pm, I arrived to check in and there was two young men on reception. When I went to pay for the hotel, the staff member tried to short change me 100,000 dong ($5) when he saw I was counting my change, he hesitated and then gave me correct change. I know he knew what he was doing and he was probably thinking he could get away with it. It felt like his done it before. The other staff member seemed ok. And THE SMELL of this hotel is so bad, like wow, it’s so strong and bad, they have an extreme, overpowering, air freshener situation that is throughout the building and it is so strong that it literally makes you feel sick. I had to put a towel over the small gap in the bottom of the door just so the smell wouldn’t come into our room. It’s obviously to cover up another smell (maybe mould or sewage) because no one in their right mind would ever put something on so sickening and strong. It’s weird cause it’s yes it’s a beautiful modern building but something isn’t right. I’m being honest here

The property is much nicer inside than the surrounding area.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel in Vietnam. When I arrived, I was initially given a room with essentially a wall view despite booking and paying for a better room with a view. Only after I challenged it and was prepared to leave was I eventually given the correct room. That gave a poor first impression. Later, I accidentally got a small amount of hair dye on a towel. I know from previous experience that alcohol can remove this type of stain, so I suggested they wash it. Staff initially seemed satisfied, but when I checked out, I was still charged 150,000 VND for the towel. Because I was concerned about being unfairly charged, I recorded the interaction and asked to keep the towel if I was paying for it. My advice to travelers is that if a hotel charges you for a damaged item, ask to keep the item you paid for. In my opinion, the issue seemed more like staff not understanding that the stain could likely be removed rather than the towel genuinely needing replacement. The area outside the hotel was also far more run down than I expected. The pavements were damaged and uneven, and at night there were rats around the streets. I was also surprised by the number of cockroaches on the pavements, as I had never seen so many outdoors before. That said, the inside of the hotel itself was clean overall, and during my stay I only saw one spider in the room. I also found the staff to be quite cold and unfriendly compared with my experience in Da Nang, where people generally seemed much warmer and more welcoming.

Overall, everything is good. The price/quality ratio is good.

The staff seemed aloof when it came to handling day-to-day issues. It always felt like you were in their way just by being there.

思ったほど清潔だった。想像通り。掃除の方はとても親切でフレンドリーだった。

日本人で2週間仕事で利用した。ジムがその間一回も清掃されてなく、ちょっと匂ったり、大きな蜘蛛の死骸や飲みかけのペットボトルがずっとあった。1週間に1回くらい掃除してほしい。あと自分のコミュニケーションミスだと思うけど、冷蔵庫のビール受付で聞いたら無料だって言われたのでいっぱい飲んだら最後お金取られた。

Location is very far from central. However money wise was expected.

The room was not properly cleaned. The kitchen area was dusty and the bathroom had visible mold and did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly. The plate and cups were also dusty and not throughly cleaned. Thankfully I only stayed for one night. However, the bed itself looked clean and was comfortable

The apartment is super cleaner than usual in Hanoi, and so big and I love the light. The housekeeping team is super professional, I come here twice already and would not go somewhere no more whenever I come back to Hanoi

The rooms were spacious and spotless. The staff was extremely kind, professional, and always ready to help. They arranged our airport taxis and took care of all our requests promptly. Everything was perfect and I couldn’t be more satisfied!

Literie au top, emplacement bien,le seul bémol un problème avec la location des scooter qu' elle nous a conseiller et la sortie a la baie d'halong elle a oublier de prévenir le taxi pour nous emmener au point de départ alors qu'elle s'occuper de tout.Pas commerçante du tout .dommage

Ces erreurs la réception pour les scooters qui nous a arnaquer de 200.000 dongs .Pas pour l'argent mais le principe et l'oubli du taxi pour aller a la baie d'along.

Great room and shower and TV....and staff (just one person but she was fine).

The Booking listing says it has a spa and gives massages....nope....not at all. Also, no window except at looking at a ventilation shaft. No breakfast and no restaurant really close.

We stayed for 4 nights and I have a baby we asked multiple times for daily clerk but it was Very dirty, daily cleaning is nothing at all no change for the sheets or towels, no mopping for floor

The rooms were spacious. It also had kitchenette which helped us eat food while watching TV. What we loved was they had provided us netflix account username and password and because of it we had an amazing night watching stranger things finale. The hotel is located 3-4 km from the center. It is in very peaceful location around the lake.

La mejor estancia en Hanoi! Muy limpio y nuevo! Está un poquito alejado del centro, pero bien comunicado. En taxi unos 15 minutos. Calidad precio perfecta!

Отель очень хороший. Чисто, уютно. Уборка, замена расходников каждый день.Бронировал три раза подряд с 27.12.25 по 6.01.25. Сейчас сижу на ресепшене жду номер, забронировал четвёртый раз с 6.01 по 9.01. До 27.12.25 жил в двух отелях, в Ханое, за такую же цену, разница существенная, 22 Land Cosmos выигрывает на два порядка.

Сейчас зима и немного прохладно (сегодня утром было 14, холоднее не было), кондиционеры на режиме обогрева в некоторых номерах (не во всех) не справляются с обогревом, но есть тёплые одеяла.

Big room. Washing machine and very comfortable bed. Shower is sealed off so no wet bathroom floor. Very clean

Only nitpick would be that the hot water for the shower only lasted 2 minutes or so. Not quite enough time to have a decent shower if you like it hot.
