Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit richtig guter Lage. Das Personal war unfassbar freundlich, hilfsbereit & zuvorkommend. Besonders der Mitarbeiter Tony hat sich sehr um einen tollen Aufenthalt bemüht & uns viele tolle Tipps für Hanoi gegeben. Ich würde die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wieder wählen, wenn wir in Hanoi sind

Exceptional staff. Always there to help with whatever questions we had. Organised for us a one day cruise trip in Lan Ha Bay which was fantastic.

The staff were extremely helpful and gave excellent recommendations for the area. The bed was comfy (soft) and we had a room at the back so street noise was minimal. The shower was powerful and hot. Breakfast was very good the first day and ok the second, minimal western options. Great location for exploring and nearby restaurants. 35% discount on spa.

The room was a bit dated and needed some maintenance. The surface was very dusty and the bathroom fan was blocked with dust. Did request for them to clean all the dust but only the fan was understood. Noise from the corridor was very loud so if you have noisy guests or want to nap during the day it's not possible. Higher floors and rooms at the back are significantly better.

Great location and easy access to every sightseeing and restaurants and night market. all are within walking distance. staffs are really friendly and gave lot of information about hanoi. Specially Alice is so professional and knowledgeable, provided a great customer service and make our Hanoi stay memorable

An amazing stay in Hanoi! We stayed at Serene Boutique Hotel & Spa for three nights and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was fantastic and the staff were so welcoming and helpful. Our room was lovely and spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable — just what we needed after busy days exploring Hanoi! The food was also great, with plenty of delicious options. A special mention has to go to Alice, the manager, who was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to make our stay easy and enjoyable. Alice organised our tours to Ninh Binh and Ha Long Bay, including our wonderful boat cruise, and everything was arranged perfectly. There were no issues at all — everything ran smoothly from start to finish. It was so reassuring having someone we could trust to organise everything for us, and Alice’s help made our Hanoi experience even more special. We would highly recommend Serene Boutique Hotel & Spa to anyone visiting Hanoi. Fantastic hospitality, great food, a comfortable and clean room, and wonderful staff. We had an amazing three nights and would definitely stay here again! ❤️🇻🇳

Die Unterkunft war super gelegen, das Old Quarter ist fußläufig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat bei allem geholfen. Preis-Leistung ist unschlagbar.

Grundlegend war alles sehr sauber, nur die Bettwäsche hatte an einigen Stellen leichte Flecken.

La atención de todo el equipo, en especial Tracy que estuvo atenta y nos hizo sugerencias para planes, cambio de dinero y sitios para visitar en todo momento. Estamos súper agradecidos por su trato. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, en pleno corazón de Old Quarter para disfrutar del espíritu de la ciudad Nos han comentado que próximamente harán reformas para mejorar las instalaciones, si volvemos por Hanoi sin duda repetiríamos aquí

Good room in a great spot in the old quarter whit all the services you’ll need (transfer, laundry, breakfast ecc..). The room is well sound proofed so you won’t hear the constant scooter clacson noise. Also the spa service is worth it. Maybe a bit pricy for Vietnamese standards, but you are getting your money’s worth!

Great Stay & Excellent Location! I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and everything was well organized. The location is excellent. The hotel is very close to the Night Market, and many restaurants, shops, and other attractions are nearby, so it was very convenient to explore the area. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of food and good taste. The staff were friendly and welcoming as well. I didn’t need much assistance during my stay, so I didn’t have much interaction with the staff, but everyone I met was polite and pleasant. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable hotel in a great location. I would happily stay here again.

Una estancia genial. El hotel está muy bien ubicado y todo ha sido perfecto. Queremos agradecer especialmente a Alice, que nos ha ayudado muchísimo durante nuestro viaje, organizando traslados, el crucero y estando siempre pendiente de que todo saliera bien. Lo staff, in particolar modo Alice, è molto cordiale e disponibile! Le camere erano molto belle, confortevoli e molto pulite. Il letto è molto comodo. Ogni giorno viene data 1 bottiglietta di acqua a testa, come succede in molti hotel in Vietnam.

I bagni delle stanze sono un po’ vecchiotti, sono funzionali ma avrebbero bisogno di una ristrutturazione. La colazione potrebbe offrire più varietà per i turisti occidentali: c’era un solo tipo di marmellata e non c’erano molti prodotti da forno (c’erano solo 2 tipi di pasticcini, niente torte o plumcake).

Todo estuvo genial; hotel céntrico, con personal atento y agradable, habitaciones más que correctas y limpias, desayuno completo incluído en el precio... Creo que la calidad precio del hotel es más que buena. Probamos un masaje en el spa e increíble también :)

zimmer groß genug, das bad war sauber, groß und schön, das frühstück abwechslungsreich, das personal sehr freundlich und die lage angenehm, weil es nicht mitten im trubel war, aber trotzdem war alles gut erreichbar

5泊しました。どこに行くにも便利な場所です。お部屋の清掃やタオル交換は毎日あり、ペットボトルの水も毎日補充されました。朝食も毎日メニューがかわり、飽きずに過ごせました。 目の前の通りは大型バスは通れないため、ツアーに参加するときに通りまで移動しましたが、それも徒歩1分です。Wi-Fiやエアコンの調子もよく、お湯も問題なく出ました。また泊まりたいです！

Excellent Stay We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was excellent, making it very convenient to get around and visit nearby attractions. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we needed anything. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from. Most importantly, the room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great experience and definitely a hotel I would recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

L’hôtel est très bien situé , mais pour moi les chambres ne correspondent pas à un 4* plutôt 3. Surtout que dans les chambres on voit des dégâts des eaux. Le déjeuner pas top , pas beaucoup de choix.

Super Lage. Nettes Personal. Es wurden uns Restaurants und StreetFood Läden empfohlen und direkt per WhatsApp weitergeleitet. Das Zimmer war sauber.

Leider war die Tür des Hotelzimmers und des Badezimmers kaputt und konnte schwer zu- und aufgemacht werden. Trotz Beschwerde wurde es nicht repariert. Der Türrahmen war schwer beschädigt.

Exceptional customer service from the humble and attentive front desk staff, with a special mention to Vincent for his ultimate hospitality from start to end. A huge thank you to the team for beautifully arranging our room for my wife’s birthday!

A spacious bedroom & very comfortable. Central to everything and a delicious breakfast buffet. Tony was amazing, he messaged regularly to check everything was ok and gave us so many recommendations. Tony also helped to sort our transport to the next destination 😊
