Property was very clean and convenient. The host Bertus Pretorius and his wife were exceptional. They guide you step by step.

Bathrooms could be upgraded slightly.

Clean, good facilities. Wildlife in the surroundings. The estate pool is very good. The onsite restaurant is excellent and the views from the golf course amazing.

It would have been beneficial to have the access info the day before we arrived. Some info in the lodge about the estate and a map would have been helpful. We did pick up a leaflet from the golf centre but not till a day later.

The people make the place ! Communication with our hosts was informative and friendly, Ristine answered many questions and even helped me with some planning already weeks before our arrival (1st time in ZA). The lodge is equipped with everything you could possibly want, including electric blankets, an airfryer and a microwave. Nothing was lacking - even extra garbage bags and dish-soap were provided. Simply EVERYTHING.

Cleanliness of the place. Fire place made a big difference.

The location is wonderful and the setup of the house is ideal. Spacious and comfortable accommodation with a lovely view. Everything you need in the way of appliances including television sets in 4 rooms. Nice indoor barbeque area ideal for those windy and rainy days. Beautiful clubhouse and restaurant with fabulous views. The hosts were very attentive and helpful.

Love this property. Animals roaming within the estate - our boy loved it. You can see why Pinnacle Golf Estate is rated amongst the best in the world. Lodge 70 doesn't disappoint either.

Hosts were fantastic and arranged for extra days, everything is in place in the accommodation including extra warm blankets, fire and anything you need.

Security getting in and out of complex is a little strict especially if you do not have your license with you. You do get a code to enter but still have to wait for security, show a drivers license, take a photo and scan going out and coming in. If this procedure gets interrupted then you have to start again. I am sure a simpler system with guests getting their own pass ( like many other places in the cape) would be easier.

We loved ALL THINGS LODGE 70 It's a beautiful place. There's electric blankets on the beds The unit is fully equipped. The hosted are superb.

This property is ideal for a short or long stay. Very clean and equipped with everything you will need including an inverter. I liked that the property is big enough for private spaces. We enjoyed the fireplace and indoor fireplace. Close to shopping and many places to visit in the area. The Mosaic tunnel on Pinnacle Point was a highlight and a must see. The restaurant food was very good and a visit is recommended. Stunning views. Owners exceptional and responded promptly to all aspects communicated.

Property have a dishwasher and a washing machine however it does not have a tumble dryer Lodge cleaning staff seem to have a set schedule for changing towels, linen and cleaning days, I found this to be somewhat disruptive during our stay. Security rules impacted on our experience with entering and exciting of Pinnacle Point, owner resolved with codes obtained

A very spacious home which was really well equipped and had everything required for a short stay. Lovely views to the rear of the property. Our nearest restaurant was Pinnacle Point Clubhouse where we dined with excellent meals for two nights. Worth visiting.

A bit of home decoration (paintwork/skirtings/plaster work would enhance this lovely property but didn’t affect our stay whatsoever.

Bertus and Ristine made sure everything was easy for us on the day of arrival and dealt with any queries during our stay very efficiently. The pŕoperty was very clean and had everything we needed and the location was perfect. The Brai Room was an added bonus which we loved?

Stunning location, no shelves or cupboards in the bathroom and the beds are too hard.

The beds are too hard. The bathrooms desperately need shelving.

There were no outside chairs or a table

Fabulous place to stay. My husband played golf and the course is stunning. The owners of the property went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.

Our familiarity with the Golf Lodges set the bar high, but Lodge 70 effortlessly soared above our expectations. Right from the get-go, our hosts showered us with a thoughtful welcome gift, setting a warm and inviting tone for our stay. The lodge itself was a pristine haven—immaculate and well-maintained. The thoughtful touches didn't stop there; the provision of essentials like coffee, tea, sugar, and even dishwashing liquid added a layer of convenience that we truly appreciated. However, the real showstopper was the enclosed braai area, offering panoramic views that could steal your breath away, especially during the enchanting sunsets. Lodge 70 turned our getaway into an unforgettable experience, leaving us eager to return for more moments of serenity and scenic beauty.

There was nothing that we did not like

We didn't have any meals at the house, but the house has everything you would need. The wine is a nice touch and makes you feel welcome. Bertus is an excellent host and really goes out of his way to check that everything is fine.

Amazing house, impressive ocean views, we loved every moment we spent in it. It's got everything you need. A big thank you to Bertus who has been a fantastic host and helped us and advised us through our stay. We will repeat as soon as possible.

Large stunning house, quite blown away by it. Great kids playground. Wildlife we spotted walking around, a few deer and a rabbit. V comfortable beds and quiet. Host was helpful when we called.

We could have done with a booklet or something with some information in the house. E.g where is the restaurant, how far is it etc? Signposting around the resort is poor so that also didn't help. We wandered around for at night looking for it as guard had pointed us in general direction of restaurant but we didn't realise it wasn't really walkable and were expecting some signposting. Host was responsive though and helped us when we called.

Breakfast not included but kitchen facilities were excellent.

Everything was AMAZING! Firstly, the host, was friendly and made sure we were sorted with the check in. Bertus was really phenomenal and made us feel comfortable before we even got to the accommodation. The check in was pretty easy and you walk in to a clean and fresh vanilla smell as you are welcomed by beautiful panoramic views of the ocean and the golf course. The house has everything you could possibly need and felt like home from an Airfryer to dishwasher. The rooms are beautifully decorated and there is ample packing space. I almost felt like moving in! Electric blankets were such a treat. Loved that there were tv’s in both rooms, in the lounge and entertainment area and they had full DSTV and Netflix. I absolutely loved everything about this property and the golf and the fact that the host ensured our safety during the national strike.

I could not fault anything.
