Sea-Renity Picton, Apt B

1bedroom accommodation. Well designed. Quality. Above our expectations. Did not want for anything. Ensuite bathroom. Comfortable bed. There are steps going down to the car park. You can drive up to accom drop off luggage (there is a small ramp leading to deck and entrance) then park below. Take steps back to accom. I will admit I was concerned about the steps as my hubby has very bad knees. NO PROBLEM - he was so thrilled - so was I. Very gentle steps. Whilst sitting on the couch, it was so relaxing looking out over the sounds. Leave the blind up evenings and watch the lights go on as it gets dark, especially on the ferry. Better on the deck on a Summers evening and a cheeky glass of wine. If you haven't been to Picton give it a go. Good restaurants, plenty to see and boat trips. We will certainly be returning.

The place was very comfortable, clean and convenient to amenities. Me and my wife enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommended.

The apartment was stylish and very well equipped. We had an excellent view over the town and thoroughly enjoyed watching the interisland ferries arriving and departing. The owner was very quick to respond to any queries that we had. Parking was in a designated bay just below the apartment - it was clearly explained and signposted.

It was slightly inconvenient unloading & loading the car on a steep access road to other houses, otherwise all was good.

The accommodation was clean and very well presented. It had everything we needed for our stay. Stunning views of Picton, including the harbour and the mountains. Lovely place! Highly recommend. 5 stars!

The location is great, just a short walk into town. The flat has everything you need and is very comfortable. We loved the balcony in the sunshine. A real suntrap and great views. It was great value for money. We loved staying here. Great hosts, very good communication and so helpful to us when out ferry was cancelled. Thank you!

Breakfast not included. The location was up on a hill so we needed a taxi as we had luggage. The instructions were very good to get to the accommodation, but it would have been helpful to stress to tell the driver to take the made road to the address, not the driveway as it was difficult to carry the bags up the stairs. this was suggested but overlooked when just at the taxi.

The shower should have an exhaust rather than a perspex"lid".

The apartment had everything you could have asked for, very clean and bright. The views over Picton were excellent.

We loved our stay and will definately be back and recommend the property to friends and family. The apt was spotless, lovely and clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well stocked with crockery, platters etc, the beds were comfy and the linen of good quality. A lovely sun-drenched balcony to sit on with views of the water and a bbq to use. The information book was very useful also. Loved the modern decor and feel of the apt overall.

Not so much what we didn’t like it but there is parking downstairs below the property which for elderly or children getting up the steps could be a little challenging but this was well explained in the instructions and that we could park closer to the apt to unload the car so not a big deal for us.

Eigentlich hat uns alles super gefallen! Tolle Lage und perfekte Ausstattung!

Leider müssen wir wegen der Sauberkeit einen Punkt abziehen. Vielleicht war es tatsächlich einmalig, aber wir hatten einige tote Insekten in den Räumen und leider in einem Zimmer schmutzige Kopfkissen (mit Blutresten). Kann passieren, sollte aber nicht sein!

What a stunning view. The house was so clean, coffee machine was perfect. It’s spacious for its size and really welcoming and comfortable, and cost and warm. It was completely well equiped to make a wonderful stay.

Bed was a little hard, but that’s just personal preference. We were lucky enough to not have anyone in the front u it while We there, but imagine it could be a bit of a different experience when the front units booked.

Lovely view of harbour & spacious accom. Washing & drying facilities much appreciated. Bbq great although had a bit of trouble igniting it. Very comfortable stay.

Wasnt sure how to operate hot plates but used Bbq.

Tha location when it comes to view is nice but the entire place is not suitable for senior people. The road is stip only good for young people.

The microwave is place in a very low area. No milk . It's good that 4 square is oprn we buy or else we're hopeless. We are even ask to put away our rubbish. We been staying in a different motels hotels and first time telling us to put away our rubbish before check out.

The curtains didn’t have blackout lining so it was very light at night

We ate out in Picton. Only 1 breakfast we made ourselves. The view was excellent. We watched the ships come and go from our room. It was very quiet and would certainly return.

Great view of harbour from an elevated street. Large rooms. Good sized bathroom. Comfortable lounge. Close to supermarket and restaurants. Walking distance to harbour’s attractions including inter-island ferry.

Location of a steep street might be a problem for guests with mobility issues.

A lovely little apartment, centrally located and well equipped. We particularly appreciated the laundry facilities after 2 weeks on the road. A nice little deck area and off-street parking. I'm pleased we booked apt B (2 bedrooms), as it gave us somewhere to put additional luggage.

The information booklet made reference to a welcome pack, but there wasn't one. However, there is a decent supermarket nearby.

Could get in because they didn’t send the code for the lock. After calls and emails we got the code but it was stressful for an hour

Outside sensor light on path shines through slats into bedroom which is disturbing during the night. Very few of the lights on stairs are working.

This is the best rental we have ever stayed in, it is so well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and a BBQ. The apartment is in an excellent location- a 5 minute walk to the shops, restaurants, and harbour. A wonderful view of the harbour, you can see the ferry arrive. I cant speak highly enough of this place, we just wished we could have stayed longer.

Sea Renity is a beautiful place to stay. The living space has windows on all aspects and the views over the Picton sounds are stunning from the huge picture window you can see from your bed and sofa! Also watching the sunset over the mountains from the decking area was wonderful. Bed is huge, comfortable and shower powerful. Kitchen was the best I’ve had in NZ…first one that’s been fully equipped. Was able to access streaming services too. Short walk into the centre.

Great apartment. Very clean and tidy. It had everythng we needed for our stay. Excellent location in Picton, as it was within a short walking distance to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again! Thank you Grant and Gina

The view was fantastic very comfortable

The only thing we didn’t like was the security light at the bedroom window keeper coming on and off every night that we where there The light in the corner by bbq was on all night as well very very light inside the house

Could do with some shelves in the wardrobe part of the bedroom. The rest was very good.
