Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Loved the sunny house, stunning views, pretty spaces, couch with cushions and blankets so super cosy. We didn’t cook there as we’re out with others but the kitchen had everything you need and in summer would be super with outside bbq area.
Couldn’t get electric blanket to reach plug without moving the bed..easy fix with a wee rearrange.

Noise from the port below at night. Pictures shown were abit misleading as didnt realise how steep the steps were . Also that other parts of the building were tenanted & another apartment

Reviewed May 25, 2026First thing we thought when we parked the car and turned around: WOW, what a great view! 🤩 Second thought when we entered the apartment: WOW, it’s spacious! We didn’t expect that it is so big. We absolutely loved it. The apartment is very comfortable, especially the big sofa was perfect after a long day out in the Sound. There is a huge balcony with absolutely stunning views. But also inside the apartment you have the same great views. We had everything we needed for our two nights stay. The apartment is located on a hill, but it is only a short walk downhill to the center of Picton, the waterfront, lots of cafes, restaurants etc. It is absolutely doable and we did it several times. We would definitely stay here again and only regret that we didn’t stay longer. We can highly recommend staying here.

They left us small pouch if chocs which was a lovely touch. Easy walk into town, bit steep coming back up but views from property make up for it,

Bedden in slaapkamer 2 wat aan de korte kant, niet geschikt voor mensen langer dan +/- 1.70m. TV heeft geen zenders, alleen apps zoals Netflix.

Reviewed Feb 26, 2026Fantastic view over Picton yet very near to town. Great apartment with everything you might need (except kitchen scissors and working speakers but really no biggie). Brilliant walks and swims nearby.
Everything was great tho anyone with mobility issues should be aware there are stairs and a hill to climb.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2025Really awesome views. Loved being able to watch the ferries coming in and out. Apartment was warm and homely. Lovely decor. Gas cooktop was fantastic. Kitchen was well supplied with all items we needed as a family. Really helpful hosts who communicated well and replied promptly. Apartment had everything we needed.
Being really picky here, but I'd like a bin in the bathroom! Also didn't find the bed very comfy as it was a bit hard for my liking. Saying this, it would definitely not prevent me from staying again.

This is not a dislike at all - the house is on a hill side with a fairly steep approach. That said because of the location there are superb views, it's very peaceful. The supermarket is at the bottom of the hill too.
