Reviewed Apr 19, 2026A decoração do espaço é de muito bom gosto. A localização do apartamento é igualmente excelente. A disponibilização de cápsulas de café e de saquetas de chá. Óptimo duche com muita pressão.
A porta da casa de banho não fechava...só com muita força. A porta está inchada necessitando manutenção.

HEAT in living room was not working properly and was COLD! Heat in bedroom worked, but was super loud. Cable TV didn't work, and streaming (Netflix) also stopped working after 2 hours.

Reviewed Jan 18, 2026Beautiful and stylish apartment. Excellent washing machine and dryer. Very cozy.
The air conditioner in the bedroom is very noisy. It's impossible to sleep, so we had to turn it off. And it's very cold in winter. The faucet was broken. It leaked constantly. The drain button was stuck and made noise. The bathroom doors were warped and wouldn't close properly. There are many chips on the furniture, which spoils the impression of the apartment.

Found it difficult to get in without European phone number. Seems a complex system. First door is opened remotely then a key is retrieved from mail box.
