La localisation et le calme de cette rue dans un quartier sympa à 10 mns à pied du métro Grande chambre propre bien agencée avec kitchenette et grand réfrigérateur

L’absence de réponse à une demande par @ et le non catégorique pour rester une heure de plus après le Check out avant de partir pour l’aéroport J’y ai passé un certains nombre de nuits sur trois séjours, un petit effort aurait pu être fait ! Le coffre qui ne fonctionne jamais

Le personnel est d’une gentillesse et d’une grande disponibilité. Les petits dysfonctionnements sont réglés rapidement. La chambre est spacieuse, claire et très propre Le lit est très confortable. Il y a la climatisation pour ceux qui apprécient et le ventilateur au plafond pour les autres. La petite kitchenette (micro-ondes bouilloire et plaques) et le grand réfrigérateur sont un plus. L’emplacement est dans une ruelle très calme qui a une vie de village et en trois minutes, on retrouve la fébrilité de la ville. Nombreux restaurants aux alentours, une très bonne boulangerie. Métro à 15 mns à pied

Beautiful residential area . Spacious room with comfortable bed. Cooking facilities and fridge in room . Bottled water provided. Laundry service available. The guy on reception was very helpful and friendly .

A few lights don’t work and the shower door doesn’t work, either. Otherwise it’s pretty perfect.

I've known this place for years. The rooms are beautiful, the gentleman serving you is a sweetheart, and the location is unbeatable if you're traveling for work and looking for some peace and quiet.

Unfortunately, it was torture, two days without sleep. They had a family with two children upstairs, in a room with only one bed, and they had taken an entire family. They were running around, moving furniture, jumping, starting at 4 a.m. or even earlier. It was horrible. I asked them to please change the room for them or me, but I couldn't go on without sleep since my job is very intense. They ignored me, and they made me endure two horrible nights.

Sen Boutique is my go to place to stay in the Thai Dien District 2 area of Saigon. The Staff are really friendly , the rooms are more than adequate with their facilities , spacious , comfortable and have balconies , you're in the heart of a beautiful residential area with a real authentic feel. Location is fabulous close to vibrant shops , bars and restaurants . A real hidden gem and excellent price for the location and facilities.

There isn't anything to not like about Sen Boutique, I have stayed here multiple times now and will always return when I stay in this area of Saigon.

The air conditioning was not sufficient. In the middle of the night I woke up and everything - my bed and myself were covered in bugs. Left in the middle of the first night and did not return. Request a refund please.

I love this Boutique Hotel so much , it's my favourite place to stay in Thao Dien , the location is fabulous, the property is spacious , clean and comfortable . The hosts are wonderful and friendly. Highly recommend and I will be back again in July to stay !

This is an exceptional small boutique stay , the accommodation has everything you require with living area, small kitchen dining area , wifi tv , balcony and superb location to the cultural Thao Dien area. Have stayed here many times now and will always be my first go to stay in HCMC .... the staff are wonderful

Very elegant and comfortable room and bathroom, including a couple of small balconies overlooking the quiet walk-street. Calm neighborhood but still with excellent cafes, boutiques, and restaurants nearby. Price also ensures great value.

Only quibble is that property managers did not respond to texts via the booking app, and the manager couple, who are super nice, speak no English.

My favorite place to stay in Thao Dien when for several days or more. I love the quiet but interesting neighbourhood, with narrow green streets.

All is fine

The location is okay, in a quiet alley yet close enough to the main road to pick up a taxi or Grab. Staff is all friendly smiles, no English though.

It was just okay. Like with many of this kind of properties, there is no maintenance, things break or do not work properly and are just not fixed. But there we no major issues, it was fine for a week but I was happy to move to another place once the rent expired.

Excellent value for money, exceptionally clean. Room was cleaned daily without request. Staff were very nice and helpful. Location was ideal for our purposes.

The shower head was not affixed to wall where you could shower under, the shower head had to be held in one hand whilst showering.

Lovely and welcoming hosts, will stay again It is perfect location to visit our family who live nearby

The hosts were exceptional at Sen Boutique, always helpful and happy to greet you. There is a lovely seating area in reception with free coffee/drinks in a lovely surrounding of greenery and tranquility. The location is superb only a short walk to the bustle of Thao Dien with their lovely bars and places to eat. Even though the location in Thao Dien is quite central it is a completely quiet area. The rooms are extremely comfortable with all amenities and with balconies and great air conditioning

Charming, pleasent, with a very friendly staff, the street was particularly atmospheric. The area a bir away, far from the boisy bustle of downtown.

Comfortable apartment in a nice part of town, located on a quiet (but safe) street. Handy to have a kitchen in the room.

The place could use a bit of an update, especially the bathroom. As other reviews have mentioned, the shower is over the toilet so this gets soaked.

Cozy rooms and quite environment. Tv is small but ok.

Internet connection is really bad. I preferred mobile data rather than using their wifi.

the staff were very helpful and friendly. the location meant that I could walk everywhere I wanted to be and the location is in a small Vietnamese street with lots of local people going about their daily life. it was so cool to observe.

Didn't realise how big HCMC was and District 2 is about a 20 min drive into District 1 and 3, I would probably book closer next time.

Incredibly clean and spacious room with a lovely kitchenette. AC worked really well.

Toilet is in the shower so be careful not to slip when using the restroom after showering. My grab driver had a hard time finding the place. It's tucked away in an alley with no major signs, but the maps should take you directly there.

They were very friendly and I got a gift of electrical items o arrival which was nice.

I was on the bottom floor and was woken up multiple times by people ringing the bell to get I to the building. It was from 11pm-5am so I checked out early.

We loved the quiet, green location. The beds were also very comfortable, as were the pillows. Water was available to refill our water bottles. We ate good Banh Mi’s at the crossroads with the main road at Banh Mi 362. The receptionists were very friendly, Queen was always smiling and happy.

when we first arrived it wasn’t so easy to find, the taxi driver didn’t know where it was nor did the people around. Would had loved it even more with breakfast.

Apartments are comfortable staff friendly.

Location is very narrow street. Difficult for car access if bikes parked in street. 400 - 600 metre walk to restaurants.

It was unclean, I bought cleaning products myself as I felt uncomfortable. The staff spoke very little English. My sheets were changed once in my 3 week stay. They were very inflexible about checkout time. The original Bookings.com advert for the hotel indicated that breakfast was available on site, this was not the case. if I hadn’t been made to pay in full on arrival I would have changed hotels.

Location is OK, on a green, lush street, nice view from the rooftop terrace. Friendly staff and owners.

The room was dirty and a bit ran down. There was dust and grease everywhere, as well as mold and ants running in the kitchenette. No soundproofing. The area is quiet overall, but you can hear other guests at night as if they are next to you in the room.

The property is in a very great location. Very close to Thao Dien Cafes & Restaurants. The room was spacious and cosy. Laundry service was also super affordable. I would definitely stay here again!

The location was beautiful in a green residential area, but quite far from the city center, no good public transportation, so we had to use Grab. But lots of cafes and restaurants around. The room was ok, decently clean, it was great to have a small kitchen! The staff was nice but didn't really speak English. All in all I would say a decent hotel, not amazing but still lovely :)

The toilet in the shower was strange. I wish staff spoke more English so they could give us more information, but they were still nice :) The location for access to city center not great.

I couldn't ask a better place in HCMC! The picture of the room with the garden attracted my eyes and it was way above my expectations! Communication with the owner was very smooth and he even let me use a bike after check-out also staff was very friendly. Only stayed here for 2 nights but truly enjoyed the room looking at trees and plants at the garden. Will definitely come back for my next stay in HCMC and highly recommend anyone to stay this amazing place!

The location is a bit off but they allow the guests to use their bikes for free:)
