Reviewed Feb 28, 2026The location is perfect, convenient and well surrounded by shops, restaurants, and other essentials, plus near the malls. We had a comfortable and pleasant experience overall and would definitely recommend this place.
We just hope that there's black out curtains for nocturnal peepz like us 😎

The listing is false and deceptive. The apartment looks nothing like the photos. It was dirty, smelled bad, poorly maintained, and had broken or barely functioning facilities. The air conditioning and water system had issues, and the overall condition was far below acceptable standards. The “balcony with bay view” is misleading and heavily exaggerated. The building and surrounding area feel unsafe and are very noisy. When I raised these issues, the host refused to take responsibility and attempted to keep my money. Customer service and communication were extremely poor. This experience ruined part of my trip. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this property.

The nearby road is a bit noisy sometimes. It didn't disturb too much just sometimes when trying to sleep there is some car noise.

Reviewed Dec 18, 2025The apartment is comfortable and a good size. Comfortable sofa and bed with plenty of pillows. AC worked well. Basic kitchen with what you need. Nice TV. Many restaurants nearby.
There were a few bugs (not many). Overall the building seems a bit older and in need of some TLC in places. Area is very busy and not very walkable.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2025We stayed on the 25th floor and loved the amazing view overlooking the city! The room was comfortable and had everything we needed, though the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner.
The location is good, but it can be a little tricky to figure out where to drive in or where Grab should pick you up. Overall, it was a nice stay and the view really made it special.

but rain not good kc nababasa balcony but normal yan..ung room yong cabinet sa gilid may molds siya,walang lutuan kc sunog ang source sabi ayusin di nmn inayos the rest of our stay,but i dont know sa ngaun, so no cooking na nangyari, ung fridge minimum lng ang cooling niya, stagnant ang tubig sa banyo pg naligo,bring your own soap,shampoo

We had a problem with the wifi, the signal was too weak and i couldn't make a video call but i guess this was common thing in Manila because when i used my phone to make payment in the mall the staff took me outside the store to get better signal. The microwave was out of order and also the refrigerator was not cold enough to keep our food fresh
