The staff was friendly and attentive.

The shower ran out of hot water shortly after starting during my stay.

Ampliamos 3 noches más a nuestra primera reserva porque nos gustó mucho el hotel (habitación, limpieza, piscina, ubicación,…). Esta vez añadimos el desayuno en la reserva. Aunque hay muchos restaurantes cerca fue un total acierto!!! La comida tanto en el desayuno como en la cena es deliciosa y muy variada. El personal muy amable y profesional. Dar las gracias porque nos dejaron hacer el check-out un par de horas más tarde porque nuestro vuelo salía tarde.

La habitación es amplia, muy limpia y te hace sentir como en casa. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, cerca de centros comerciales, restaurantes y varios lugares turísticos. El personal es muy amable y profesional. Nos ha gustado tanto que hemos decidido ampliar la estancia tres noches más.

Staff was helpfull, room clean and.gym.opens at 6 am.

Breakfast is not a buffet but good.

Cannot charge food to your room you have to pay as you order , specially when you’re in the rooftop swimming pool.

The staff were friendly and attentive. It's easy to communicate with them and provide concise answers to my inquiries. The studio room is also nice and spacious.

The swimming pool could be heated, though understandably it was cold due to the rainy weather.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, always greeting you with a smile. The head server, Jimmy, in the cafe greeted me every morning ready with my coffee which I enjoyed. The pool is nice and clean, great for those hot Manila days. Very comfortable clean accommodations with only one issue. There was only two sets of utensils, plates, bowls and so on which made it difficult when having visitors. Other than that it's a great place to stay.

I'm used to booking a room with breakfast, and like all four-star hotels, they offer an open buffet breakfast to suit the tastes of guests from various cultures. However, I was surprised to find that the breakfast only consisted of specific Asian dishes on the menu, catering to a certain category of guests.

Citadines has excellent staff who are friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the rooftop swimming pool was a great place to relax. It was also convenient having a café and restaurant on the ground floor. There aren't many shops nearby unless you're willing to walk to Greenbelt, so food delivery services came in handy on days when we felt like staying in.

A couple of minor improvements would be cleaner glass windows and a more automated laundry service, as guests currently need staff assistance to start the machines.

I wish there were restaurants near the hotel although there is a restaurant inside the hotel but it was always full for breakfast. They have a great menu tho. Thanks for the free coffee!

The hotel was nice, very close to the main malls in Makati. It is a nice place to relax for few days.

The lobby was small and the same goes to the restaurant.

Room comfortable with drinking water and toiletries included. Breakfast was good. Great choice of a meal and a coffee and cold drink included. Cafe was open all day and prices were reasonable with a good choice for lunch or dinner also.

It was a great hotel, well situated for exploring the Makati area. The pool on the 32nd floor was great for cooling off in the late afternoon. Our room/apartment had everything we needed including a washing machine which we made use of after our 3 weeks exploring the Philippines.

There was no buffet breakfast. We had to wait 45 minutes for the breakfast which was only 1 dish per person. So crowded and very small eating area. Windows in the room were dirty. No water bottles in the room. They gave us this little water tank from which we have to fill the water ourselves but the water hardly comes out.

This is the first 10 rating I think i have given. For the price and the location the whole experience was faultless. Easy check in, clean and wonderful room, infinity pool (which we had to ourselves for a while on our last night). Close to malls, bars, restaurants and local shops, was actually exactly what we wanted.

Honestly nothing, I wont even split hairs, for value, location and quality it will be hard to do better.

A few steps away from Makati area with all the shops and restaurants and very close to the airport, takes by Grab less tha 15 minutes. Very friendly staff!

We didn't use the kitchen, but there are lots of things missed in the closets for a proper cooking.

It was an excellent location with great facilities

After a dinner at a restaurant close by, my partner of four years was stopped by security who questioned her legitimacy, even though we checked in together. It was humiliating for her and very frustrating for me as I did not understand the language. The manager came to our room the following day to apologise after I complained through booking.com.

Superbe appartement, chambre spacieuse avec lit confortable, séjour et cuisine bien équipée, bref, tout ce qu'il faut. Accueil du personnel chaleureux. Situé dans un quartier calme.

. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré, le choix est un peu limité et trop rigide.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff were always available and very helpful. They helped book last minute airport transport to Clarke Airport on a public holiday - the staff were very reassuring and eased my stress. 24 hr massages and facials are available which were great! The inclusive breakfast option was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel! There is a wide selection on their menu - decent serving size, presentation and taste was amazing!! The food at the restaurant on site was exceptional and the staff were friendly, we ended up preferring to have dinner and drinks there some nights instead of venturing out! Rooftop pool was clean and had a great view of the city! The gym also was clean and had a decent range of machines, weights and equipment for a small gym. The room we booked was cosy but was fine for the two of us, it looks exactly like the pictures online. They have a safe (that is easy to use and works! Not like other hotels), iron and ironing board which is a godsend for disorganised travelers like myself that didn’t pack a steamer! Location is great! We mainly walked to restaurants and shops nearby. It’s walking distance to all the high end malls. We felt really safe walking to and from our location.

Leider das Personal. Bis auf den Türsteher waren alle nicht so motiviert. Des Weiteren wurden keine Handtücher um 7 Uhr morgens am Pool bereitgestellt, obwohl der Pool schon ab 6 Uhr offen ist.
