Zentrale Lage, moderne Ausstattung, tolle Regendusche, freundliches Personal. Mega Dachterrasse mit Blick über Barcelona und vor allem auf die Sagrada.

Zimmer ok, aber ohne Fenster nach außen. Nur Blick nach innen in die Empfangshalle des Hotels. Wirkt irgendwie bedrückend. Pool wirklich sehr klein und in die Jahre gekommen. Sah nicht einladend aus. Wurde auf der Internetseite sehr vorteilhaft fotografiert.

Beliggenheden var helt perfekt, og selvom vi boede ud til vejen, som var trafikeret, var der stille på værelset. Vi kunne godt lide at bad og toilet var separat.

Poolen var MEGET lille, og der var ingen liggestole. Der var heller ikke plads nok til gæsterne i poolområdet, hvis man bare ville sidde ned. Morgenmaden var meget cafeteria agtig. Jeg savnede noget mere grønt og rene/naturlige juicer.

Tutto perfetto struttura in ottima posizione, pulita, impeccabile. Un bellissimo rooftop e personale gentilissimo che ci ha sistemato la camera ogni giorno rimpiazzando anche quello che usavamo dal frigo bar ( in maniera totalmente gratuita) Assolutamente consigliato per vivere barcellona in relax e spensieratezza

Absolutely liked the view and the enormously large and comfortable bed. The shower was also nice. The room seemed bit tiny as most of the space was occupied by the bed. The AC was nice, also the free minibar. Top location for walking around, airport transfer and sightseeing.

The breakfast was nothing special, we would appreciate more fresh vegetables. The frout selection was ok. There was no toilet brush.

Very clean and beautifully designed. Lovely staff who were caring and kind. Restaurants had great food and gorgeous rooftop bar and pool. Very comfortable beds and awesome shower.

Pool area was very small Our room didn’t have an outside facing window - it looked over reception which was very noisy throughout the night, despite being on the 4th floor

Location was very central and felt very safe.

We did have engineers walk into our room at one point, whilst we were in there. Hadn’t reported any issue so not sure why however we hadn’t put the light on to say don’t enter.

Si pagas más por tener “ habitaciones con vistas a la ciudad” es una estafa total, a mi me colocaron en una segunda planta y después de protestar en una cuarta en la que solo veías la plaza de enfrente.Solo hay vistas a partir de la quinta.Es una estafa total.Tengo 56 años y es la primera vez que hago una reseña negativa…que forma de reírse de la gente…Una vez que me subieron a la cuarta tuve que lidiar con una ducha que solo funcionaba en formato manguera y un porta rollos que te quedabas en la mano porque estaba totalmente despegado…

Check-in was quick and convenient, and we were greeted with a glass of cava on arrival. One of our party members had a birthday, and the hotel left a cake with a candle and matches, along with a bottle of cava, in the room—a really nice touch. The pool deck was lovely on hot days, and the bar staff were really friendly and engaging.

Hand or body lotion in the room would have been nice.

My room was on the 7th floor lovely room but the the lock on the door malfunctioned which I was told it was basically my fault no keys would work I was locked out for 2 hours. My bags wore already unpacked and I was only staying for 2 nights so I already had time wasted bear in mind I missed a dinner reservation because of this. I then eventually got into the room and the door still would not work with a key so I had to get moved to another room on the 3rd floor which I had to repack all of my bags and then in that room the aircon would not work. I asked for a voucher for the bar for the inconvenience for myself and my partner as it was a chunk of the evening wasted for us. I then got a voucher for 2 soft drinks and 1 dish of tapas to share eg croquettes. Absolutely disgraceful I am very unhappy especially with the price it cost me for 2 nights and also the amount of money I spent in the bar. I will not be back

Papírvékony falak, szorult a fürdőszoba ajtó, ablak a szállodába volt így nem lehetett kinyitni, a zuhanyzó eresztett így ha nem figyeltünk folyt a ki a víz… aludni sokat nem tudtunk mivel a falak vékonyak voltak így minden zaj hallatszott ( ajtó csapkodástól kezdve minden),takaró húzat nem volt hanem két lepedő közé akarták behajtani a takarót.

Clean and welcoming, very easy to get too. Walking distance from a lot of attractions. The rooftop bar is a great spot and I also used the sauna.

Rooftop terrace and location.

Pillows on bed were awful led to a really poor nights sleep, reception recieved from staff was not warm or welcoming - welcome drink not offered, facilities such as the iron were inadequate also had to request x3 times.

We had a wonderful stay at the Negresco Princess and genuinely felt very well looked after from the moment we arrived. My wife and I had a lovely time, and the staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful throughout our stay. The highlight was the lovely birthday surprise — the team arranged a beautiful cake and champagne for my birthday, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch. It made our stay even more special and memorable. We also loved the rooftop area, the atmosphere, the cleanliness of the hotel and the central location. Everything was perfect for our Barcelona trip. A big thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable!

Honestly, we had a fantastic stay and there is very little to complain about. Everything was comfortable, clean and well organised. We would happily stay here again.

Toilette im Zimmer sehr eng. Fenster in unserem Zimmer sehr hellhörig! Da unser Zimmer Ausblick in den Innenbereich des Hotels hatte, konnte man sehr viele Gespräche in der Lobby hören. Zudem fühlt man sich etwas beobachtet im Zimmer, trotz abgedunkelter Scheiben. Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen. Hotel wirkt an manchen Stellen etwas renovierungsbedürftig Wenn man im Sommer an den Pool will, und 10 andere Personen die selbe Idee haben, wird es bereits sehr voll und man hat keinen Platz mehr. Nur drei (halbe) Liegemlglichkeiten am Pool.

Perfekte Lage, Metro und Bus direkt vor der Haustüre, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erreichbar

For a 4-star hotel, several areas need improvement. Cleanliness could have been better, and the room was missing a Smart TV. Additionally, the pool was very small and overcrowded, and the water didn't seem to be properly recirculated.

Номера с окнами во внутренний атриум !!! Ужасно. На фото при выборе номера это не видно. Нужно читать где-то мелким шрифтом, что Ваш номер будет по сути без окна. Потом у что окно не ведёт на улицу, это окно в коридор и на лестницу внутри помещения.

Spent my last night at the police station giving a statement on a police report due to a member of the cleaning team taking my bank card from the room then kindly helping themselves to nearby shops. Upon alerting the hotel staff I was initially advised this could be a misunderstanding - not quite sure they came to that conclusion when it was left in the room and was being used whilst I was at the beach. Since then I submitted a formal complaint but advised that their investigations found no proof of this, not sure what the investigation was? I've since seen others have belongings stolen from this hotel. Shame as the hotel itself was nice however for this reason AVOID AVOID AVOID

The location was very convenient, and the rooftop pool and views were nice.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness and room security were very disappointing. I initially received a higher-category room, but it was not properly cleaned: the sink was dirty, there was water around the shower, and there was hair on the bed, with visible marks on the bedding. I was then moved to a standard room, but the cleanliness was still not satisfactory. More seriously, the electronic door lock was not working properly, so I could not securely lock the room. For a 4-star hotel, this is a serious safety concern and not something I expected.

The location was perfect, the staff was excellent, the rooftop bar had excellent views and the pool, while small, was perfect on a hot day

Clean and unique. Everything you need and central. The mini bar was a nice touch and turning down every day. Really nice atmosphere in this hotel, would definitely visit again.

Rooftop bar had some unbelievably angry lady named Ellis. She was unprofessional and aggressive. She clearly stated her hate to tourists: all I did was to ask her to serve me after letting her have 4-5 people buy pass me while me standing there like a puppy. She went crazy on me. Of course I moved on and was polite. Her Colleagues Emil and Thiago were very good.

Sie Lage war sehr gut. Ruhig genug für eine Stadt und so gelegen, dass alles super zu Fuß oder ÖPNV erreichbar war. Check in und out waren unkompliziert. Blick des Zimmers auf die Straße gut. Aber das lag an der Zimmerkategorie. Gut war, dass Omeletts frisch zubereitet wurden. Auswahl beim Frühstück gut, auch wenn es nicht so gemütlich war.

Störend empfand ich Träger mitten im Zimmer. Das war bei diversen Zimmern der Fall. Putzen war etwas oberflächlich. Essen im Restaurant weniger als mäßig. Pool und das Deck in einem eher desolaten Zustand. Wirkte vernachlässigt und somit auch nicht hygienisch. Dass der Pool nur 85cm hatte, war bedauerlich. Sauna die ganze Zeit defekt.
