The rooftop restaurant has a lovely evening ambience with warm lighting, perfect for dinner. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Good value for money for a one-night stay.

Took 30% extra for early check in. nothing was provided in room - water bottles, bathing soap, tea/coffee sachet. They had even charged for water bottles after questioning on this they agreed and less the charges. but that point shouldn’t even come its basic.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Tudo bacana, bom atendimento. A localização não é fas melhores, mas uber e tuc tuc chegam de boa. O ar estava funcionando bem, o quarto estava ok, toalha de banho e roupas de cama limpa. Cafe da manhã estava excelente e é servido no quarto.

How can a hotel like this be listed as a four-star property? I can’t believe the lack of control there is over the properties allowed to advertise on this platform. Breakfast was included in the price, but when you arrive, they tell you that there was a fire in a hotel in Delhi in which many people died, so they are not using the kitchen as a precaution to avoid setting the hotel on fire. 😆 The room was dirty everywhere. There was dust on the floor and on the sheets, as well as bugs and cockroaches. The kettle still had food leftovers inside. The furniture was old, damaged, and falling apart. I have attached photos as evidence.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and will return, as I travel to India frequently. Now that I've met them, I don't plan to change anymore. The food is very good and the breakfast has a variety of dishes, enough for my taste.

The area around is noisy and FULL OF DUST. Dust just get everywhere...on the bed sheets, the clothing cabinet inside too! Often u r moving in the lift and it suddenly stops!! The light off too!! Not recommended...
