El hotel nos encantó, porque tuvimos la suerte de estar en la planta 8 con unas vistas increibles de todo Hanoi. Esto fue el punto fuerte de nuestra estancia. Además estábamos en dos habitaciones comunicadas y muy espaciosas. Estuvimos muy a gusto!

From the minute we arrived the staff were so welcoming and always happy to share local knowledge and recommendations. Perfect location in the Old Quarter, we walked easily to all of the attractions in the area. Triple room was perfect for our stay. Beds were comfortable and so quiet even being for such a central location. Spotlessly clean 😊. Nice simple breakfast with options for everyone. Freshly made to order omlettes and pancakes. 💯 would stay again 😊

Hotel céntrico, personal atento, la habitación amplia, desayuno abundante, importante, no se oía el ruido de la calle y el jacuzzi en la última planta espectacular. Miramos muchos hoteles en Hanoi y fuimos sin saber que nos íbamos a encontrar después de ver muchas reseñas negativas sobre los hoteles. Este hotel fue un acierto.

While the hotel itself felt safe and was very good, the neighbourhood was less appealing at night.

Hotel bien ubicado.cerca de old town (centro ciudad). Buenas instalaciones, el desayuno en la última planta era bueno, tenía bacon y te hacen huevos fritos, tortillas y pancakes al momento.Las habitaciones son grandes y cómodas. Te cambian las toallas todos los días. El personal muy atento y amable. Sin duda repetiria.

Lo único que le vi de malo( que le falta) es una piscina

Perfectly located, adorable staff who gives plenty of advice, nice breakfast, jacuzzi on top (but you need to inform in advance for the staff to switch it on).

Very expensive compared to the rest of Vietnam. Also, we booked a suite instead of a double room and we did not see any real upgrade... not sure it's worth it.

Pareil que notre premier séjour de 3 nuits, nous revenons pour 2 nuits après les excusrsions à Ninh Binh et Baie d'Halong ! L'excellent accueil du personnel serviable, gentil et particulièrement de Julie avec qui on avait échangé par WhatsApp ! La chambre correspondant aux photos est propre, assez grande pour 2 et surtout bien insonorisée, on entendait pratiquement pas la rue du 5ème étage !! Le petit déjeuner est excellent avec du salé ou du sucré selon vos goûts avec là aussi un personnel très sympathique.

Pas d'équipements tels que piscine, spa gratuit pour une détente parfaite après une journée de visite sous une chaleur humide et étouffante !

Il est en plein vieux centre de hanoi. Attention la chambre standard elle n'avais pas de fenêtre je l'ai pas accepté alors ils m'ont donné une autre chambre.

L’insonorisation nest pas top. Notre chambre donnait sur la rue qui est assez animée, donc pas mal de bruit. De plus si vous voulez payer par CB, il faut ajouter 3% au prix réservé sur booking. (Très pratiqué au vietnam) Si le paiement se fait en cash, les 3% ne sont pas appliqué

Qualité de la literie, personnel sympa et serviable, propreté des chambres, emplacement dans Hanoi, le petit déjeuner, les services proposés par l'hôtel, les conseils de la réception, l'amabilité envers les enfants

Das Hotel ist absolut zu empfehlen. Es ist perfekt gelegen mitten in dem Old Quarter zwischen zahlreichen Cafés, Restaurants und Shops. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit unseren Freunden und Familie weiterempfehlen. Der Service ist sehr zuvorkommend und hat immer ein offenes Ohr. Wir konnten schon vor dem Checkin unser Gepäck dort lassen und die Stadt erkunden. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse war immer etwas unterschiedlich und man konnte sich noch zusätzlich Porridge, Pancake und Omelette machen lassen.

Quarto bom, cama boa. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e prontos a ajudar. O café da manhã é gostoso, bom para todos os gostos. A localização é muito boa, fácil de transitar pela cidade, faz-se tudo à pe. Nós ficaríamos hospedados novamente com certeza.

The best thing about the place is the staff. All were great but special mention for Julie who went above and beyond several times for us, more than we expected. The view of the skyline is great, we had a room on the 5th floor, didn't hear the traffic, room had blackout curtains so we could sleep in.

I wasn't a big fan of the breakfast buffet. I thought it didn't match the standard of that hotel.

Location and super friendly staff. They remembered us each time and asked about us to get to know us.

Beds are hard but I think that is just how they are made in Vietnam as its been an issue everywhere. Great if you like firm mattresses.

Es war etwas laut, ziemlich sogar. Wir sind früh ins Bett, mussten wir um 4 Uhr aufstehen. Der Lärm auf der Straße hat erst gegen 01:30 aufgehört. Frühstück nicht gehabt weil früh ausgecheckt..

Hotel couldnt be in a better location! Rooms were big and comfortable and the staff very friendly helpful and on the end of any messages I sent. Julie was very knowledgeable and from the start of the booking answered any questions I had. Rooms were very clean !! And breakfast up on the room was a lovely way to start the day. Would 100% stay here again.

The hotel is located in the centre which makes it nice for sightseeing but keep in mind it’s in the middle of busy streets.

The room could have been cleaned better - it was a bit dusty in areas around the bed, and the room was a bit smaller than in the photos. Breakfast was ok, there could be a bit more vegetarian options, but the eggs were nice.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Die Lage am Anfang der Altstadt - relativ laut, aber es gibt noch weitaus lautere Gebiete. Frühstück war gut und ausreichend auf Dach des Hotels, teilweise im Freien. Es relativ wenig Plätze und man muss manchmal etwas warten.

Dass es eigentlich keine Bar gegeben hat, denn die würde eigentlich sehr nett am Dach liegen. Die Bar war zumindest nie besetzt, wenn wir hinauf gefahren sind.

Excellent location, very quiet rooms. We’ve stayed in various hotels around the Old Quarter and this was by far the best for a peaceful night’s sleep. A great selection of dishes for breakfast from the rooftop restaurant. A nice spot for a cocktail at night, too. The staff were brilliant. Thanks to Thuy, Mia, Ang and co for a great stay.

Não é de maneira nenhuma um hotel ruim, mas também não pode ser considerado quatro estrelas. Digamos que é um ótimo hotel de três. O café da manhã não é nada variado, não haveria nem espaço para um buffet maior. Aliás, no rooftop também fica a "piscina", que é apenas uma banheira no meio do espaço para o café. Nas avaliações há pessoas que reclamam do barulho da rua. Já fomos preparados para isso, pois o hotel fica no meio da área de bares e restaurantes, mas não tivemos nenhum problema com isso. Já o barulho interno é enorme, não há isolamento. Dá pra ouvir a água passando pelos canos, vizinhos conversando, etc. Também tem apenas um elevador, o que nos fez ter de usar a escada várias vezes. Só que a escada está cheia de material, o que provoca preocupações com a segurança: O que aconteceria no caso de um incêndio?

We found the location wasn’t quite what we were hoping. Very noisy and busy outside the hotel. Was hoping for a quieter street. Breakfast was lovely food but very busy as only a small area so perhaps waited a bit longer for food than other hotels and often no spare tables.

Erittäin mainio sijainti, oikein ystävällinen henkilökunta ja siisti, mukava huone! Nukuimme oikein hyvin ja viihdyimme. Henkilökunta oli huippuluokkaa! Suosittelen majoitusta muillekin.

This is a fantastic value hotel, good price and a great room even though I got the basic one. Good bed, good bathroom, great breakfast in the top floor, just solid overall. Would stay here again 100%

The staff were very very polite, helpful and friendly. The rooms and toilets are very tidy . The location is spot on, at the center of old quarter in the midst of beer street and night market. Just step outside the hotel and you are in the midst of all the hustle and bustle of the old quarter. Very conveniently located for shopping and other activities.

The rooms were a little small to our liking. But it's understandable because of the boutique nature of the hotel and the location, were it's hard to find anymore space.

We hadb the economy room and the one with window is very noisy.. Staff at night was not nice.

Location is great, just in Old City, close to restaurants and the bar street. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bed and pillows are comfortable. The staff is smiling and helpful. There are safe, fridge, tea facilities, and drinking water in the room. It was very nice staying. There was not a good choice of European food at breakfast, but it is possible to order fried eggs or omelette.
