Estancia excelente. La ubicación es perfecta para visitar Santiago, con restaurantes, bares, metro y muchos lugares de interés a poca distancia. La habitación era cómoda, limpia y tranquila, ideal para descansar después de un día de turismo. El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar con recomendaciones y cualquier necesidad que surgiera. Sin duda volveríamos a alojarnos aquí y lo recomendaríamos a cualquier persona que visite Santiago. Una experiencia de 10.

O que mais gostei foi a localização do apartamento, em um bairro com muitos restaurantes e vida noturna intensa, além do fácil acesso ao metrô. Além disso, o atendimento do anfitrião foi sempre tempestivo, cordial e atencioso. Uma satisfação ser atendido pelo Mitchel.

Não tenho nada digno de ressalva no sentido negativo.

La zona era genial, cerca del subte, estaba super prolijo todo, tenía lo básico para cocinar y eso se agradece mucho.

Tuvimos un poco de frío, solo había un caloventor pero el resto muy bien.

The property is situated at an excellent location, close to the main attractions and close to the metro for trips a little further away (airport). Is it also secure, with gate and 24hrs doorman. We were abel to leave our luggage with the doorman upon early arrival, which was very convenient. Furthermore the neighbourhood was also safe. The apartment itself had all the facilities one needed. It was spacious and clean. Finally the host was very communicative and supported us in English.

One can hear some noise from the street as restaurants are nearby. It didn’t bother us much. Energy saver on fridge was a bit over the top. We were caught by surprise the fridges electricity switches off at night and our food was going off. Easy to resolve though.

Das Appartement liegt im touristisch wohl besten Viertel, in einem Appartementhaus mit Pförtner und Aufzug im vierten Stock. Es ist erstaunlich ruhig, vor allem nachts. Das Appartement ist recht groß und gut ausgestattet.

Einige Dinge haben uns jedoch gestört: Die Badewanne mit integrierter Dusche ist nicht besonders angenehm zu nutzen. Das Bett knarrt bei jeder Bewegung. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war übermäßig und unübersichtlich. Über Booking, WhatsApp sowie über den Download eines zwölfseitigen PDFs und mehrerer Videos werden vor der Ankunft wichtige Informationen übermittelt, etwa die Eingangscodes – allerdings auch viele unwichtige Details. So wird beispielsweise sogar der Gebrauch des Duschvorhangs erklärt. Fast schon kurios: Der Safe hat einen festen Code, der offen zugänglich im Appartement liegt. Damit ist der Safe natürlich völlig sinnlos. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es nicht, was für uns allerdings kein Problem war.

Por lejos lo mejor del apartamento es la ubicación, muchos bares y restaurantes para todos los gustos, como se despliega el barrio el fin de semana, la tranaquilidad para caminar en la zona. Instrucciones claras para ingresar sin inconvenientes. Valoramos que hubiera portería 24 hs. El propietario respondió rápidamente ante un inconveniente.

Llegamos un lunes y hasta el jueves todo cierra muy temprano, 21hs, haciamos un paseo y al regreso casi no teniamos tiempo de ir a cenar. Respecto al apartamento en si, no había jabon en la ducha, muy poco papel higienico para 6 noches de alojamiento, el apto no cuenta con aire acondicionado, muy necesario si hace calor como hizo esta semana, solo había un ventilador, muy ruidoso por cierto.

You are right in the best neighborhood for the best food and drinks in the city. The host is very accommodating and is very attentive, I haven't met the host personally, but he was always in contact and was very easy to reach. The apartment is very well thought of and has everything you could ever need. The apartment we stayed in had an awesome view of the lively Lastarria street, and oftentimes, you can hear live music!

El apt es preciso para unos días en la capital, está muy bien ubicado en el maravilloso barrio Lastarria y a unos pasos del metro, Mitchel fue muy atento y preocupado por cada detalle desde la reserva hasta mi salida del apt. Todo estaba muy limpio y muy bien equipado, se agradece muchísimo cada detalle para hacer de la estadía algo totalmente agradable.

La persona que vivía en el piso de arriba era un poco ruidosa, pero no era algo que hiciera de la estadía algo desagradable ni nada parecido. además que es algo que no puede controlar el anfitrión, es solo si sirve como acotación. Fuera de eso, no hay nada que pueda indicar como "negativo", fue una excelente estadía.

Hermoso apartamento, cómodo, tiene todo lo indispensable. En el corazón de un bellísimo con excelente y variada gastronomía, pintoresco y con mucha cultura alrededor. Sin dudas volveré y lo recomiendo.

Fijn appartement in de wijk Lastarria met barretjes en restaurants op loopafstand. Het zelf inchecken en betalen ging ook soepel door de verstrekte filmpjes vooraf. Erg fijn dat we niet op iemand hoefden te wachten. De keuken is goed voorzien qua bestek en keukenapparatuur.

Het enige wat tegenviel was dat wij rond middernacht na een lange vlucht aankwamen en er geen flesje water in de koelkast stond. Alle cafés en supermarkten waren dicht en het werd afgeraden om het kraanwater te drinken.

O apartamento é muito bem localizado próximo aos principais pontos turísticos, bares e restaurantes o que possibilita andar a pé para se deslocar na região que é bem bem segura. O espaço tem utensílios novos e roupa de cama cheirosa e de boa qualidade. O anfitrião foi super atencioso em todos as dúvidas que tivemos, explicou detalhadamente como chegar e entrar no prédio para pegar a chave e como efetuar o pagamento. Vou recomendar para amigos.

The location is great, the host was really nice, he let me leave my luggage in the morning and checking with me if everything was ok every now and then. There’s a reception of the building for 24h so felt really safe. Nice small apartment to stay!

The shower was a bit old and got some strange dark patches on it, felt not very clean.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It has a great location (a lot of great bars and restaurants), it has Netflix, comfortable bed and a small kitchen with everything you need for cooking. The communication with the host was great and very clear. We would definitely stay here again!

I appreciated that Michael was there to greet me and give an orientation. The property was in an ideal location for walking the historical part of Santiago and for restaurants.

There was no air conditioning, which didn’t bother me but might be an issue for others.

The location. Near to many restaurants and cafe. Walking distance to subway stations on 2 lines and places of interests. The 24 hour security and staff always on duty. Make you feel safe even though it is a busy area. Best of all is Mitchel (my contact for the booking), who is very responsive. He send me various helpful information before my arrival on how to get to the place etc. He even provided a portable aircon as the weather was v hot during those few days I was there. That was greatly appreciated. Would stay there again when I do visit Santiago.

The location was really good. A lot of attractions close by. The host was very friendly, helpful and very accomadating

It was spotlessly clean and it had everything we needed to cook for ourselves, store food, eat and comfort and have a good sleep. That said, there are so many little restaurants and bars around in that delightful vicinity that there’s always somewhere to have a coffee, quick snack, a good meal and a drink. Our host allowed us to prolong us stay a few hours to make it easier for us to book a late taxi to the airport. I thought that was very kind.

Quiet, clean and comfortable apartment and located in a great small area with bars, restaurants and street life. Not far from center and next to the great city viewpoint.

Wonderful apartment, wonderful location! Excellent hospitality from the very friendly host. The only downside is that there is no air conditioning, and it was quite hot in Santiago during my stay. Other than that, it was perfect! I would definitely stay here again.

The location could not be better. Everything you need to enjoy your stay in Santiago, a beautiful city. Mitchel was so helpful and accommodating, highly recommended.

The apartment location is right in the heart of the Lastarria neighborhood, convenient to restaurants, the Metro, museums and other attractions. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped and clean. The shower was a bit small, but it worked and the water was hot with good pressure. Great views from the rooftop deck. Finally, Mitchel was a perfect host, with great communication. I arrived early and he met me so I could leave my bag until the room was ready. He then showed me around the apartment and made sure I had what I needed, and checked with me during my stay. Highly recommend.

Fabulous location in Lastarria , I felt very safe . The apartment had everything I needed (except a hair dryer ) and was exceptionally clean and comfortable . Although close to the Main Street with lots of bars and restaurants it was very quiet . Close to excellent restaurants and bars and an amazing ice cream shop. Mitchel was very friendly and helpful and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect.

Hot water only lasts about 5minutes. This works fine for one person, but it would be challenging with another person

We loved everything about the apartment - it was in an amazing location and was beautifully clean. Mitchel was a great host with great communication and he let us store our bags as we arrived before the check in time, then met us at the apartment to give us the keys. He left us some water and wine in the apartment and was always on hand via WhatsApp to send information etc. The WiFi was great, the bed was really comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed. We can also really recommend this location - we loved the Bocanariz wine bar round the corner and the amazing ice cream just downstairs. Thanks so much for a great stay in Santiago Mitchel!
